Soul manipulation sounds like a dangerous thing to test on my self without experience. So that really just leaves soul sense.. yeah that's good I want to see whats going on outside, I want to see my new mother.

As I used the skill my vision that had previously just been the pitch black of the womb began to expand in all directions I could 'see' everything. I would think it would make me sick to experience this for the first time but somehow I feel fine despite seeing everything in a 1.5 meter radius at once. Which to be fair isn't very big but seeing a whole sphere of things should have felt very weird….oh well let's take a look at my new mom.

'Well self appraisal is obviously useful for keeping myself healthy and soul appraisal will help me figure out just how screwed I am if normal appraisal doesn't work on something after I learn it.' On the bright side I should be able to level up soul appraisal as long as someone gets close enough to my soul sense so I can use it, this will hopefully level up my soul sense as well.

Ok so basically I have till five years old to train till I drop… 'How much energy does [Soul Appraisal] use? While I'm at it how much does [Soul Sense] and [Self Appraisal] use as well?

So let's see I used [Self Appraisal] once so 100 energy gone, then I used [Soul Appraisal] twice for 27 and 36 energy so 63 energy total, then activating and using [Soul Sense] for 7 minutes. Wow my energy sure disappeared fast… well at least the energy drain for my soul sense is reasonable. Right now I can activate it and keep it up for 77 minutes… or 175 minutes with a full energy pool.

I might as well do that for training purposes..'[Soul Sense]'

My vision begins to balloon out to 1.5 meters and I see a rough stone street, my mother is currently wearing a big cloak and seems to have a slightly worried expression on her face… I wonder why.

After a few minutes of walking mom enters a small, well built building with the words 'Johns Clinic' written on the door. She walks in with what I can only guess is familiarity considering she just walked straight through. She walks up to a door and knocks.. after a few seconds she walks into the room and takes off her cloak. Wait is this it? Is she getting a check up… is she finally gonna notice me?! I wonder what her reaction is gonna be… considering her profession it could go pretty poorly, but that's fine I imagine an orphanage or a church is somewhere around here.
