It's the start of her weekend. She got off her bed and entered the bathroom right away. Brushed her teeth and took a shower. She wanted to go for a run today. She wore a pair of black high waisted athletic shorts and a sports bra together with her white running shoes. Descended the stairs and was greeted by Nari. Nari always comes by her penthouse every weekend for breakfast.

"Good morning! Going for a run?", Nari asked while preparing her breakfast at the kitchen counter.

"Yup. Wanna join?", she replied, walking towards her. Drank the glass of mango juice and scooped some eggs from her plate.

"No. Thank you. I'm too lazy to workout.", Nari said. She just laughed in reply.

"I gotta go. I'll eat this later.", she continued, then advanced through the door and left her penthouse. Nari just ate and left afterwards.

Ash was walking in the lobby while tapping on her phone, selecting her music playlist.

"Good morning, Miss Ash.", greeted Vince. He is wearing his gym clothes.

"Morning Vince, wanna join me for a run?", she asked while putting on her earpiece.

"Sure. Let's go.", Vince replied. Both went out of the building and started walking in the nearby park. They did their warm up before running for a couple of laps. Both sweaty and tired.

"Ha! I think I'm good for the day.", she said, catching her breath. They jogged to one of the benches and sat. "Do you run here everyday?", she asked.

"Not everyday, maybe at least 2 times a week. I normally workout in the gym inside JKL Suites.", Vince answered, leaning back on the bench.

"I see. Then let's do this every Saturday.", she casually said. Vince smiled and nodded back. After resting for a while, "Let's go and drop by near the café.", she said standing from the bench and began walking. Vince followed her inside the café as she placed their orders.

"Good morning! May I take your orders.", the boy asked.

"1 vanilla iced coffee and….", she glanced at Vince.

"Oh.. I'll have a green tea latte.", he replied, smiling back at the boy.

"To go please.", Ash added. Their orders were served after a few minutes. They walked back to their building while leisurely sipping their drinks.

"I'll see you again this Saturday Vince.", she said before parting ways.

"Sure. Have a good day!", Vince replied.

Beep! Beep!

She awkwardly jumped to the side after hearing the car horn. Vince saw that but suppressed his laughter. 'Miss Ash is so cute.', Vince said inside.

"Sh*t! That scared the f*ck out of me!", she blurted. "Who the f*ck…", she said annoyedly looking back. It was Zero driving her car. She narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms on top of her chest. Zero gets off her car, handing the keys to John and strode straight to her. He cupped her face and gave her a peck on her lips.

"W-what are you doing?", she asked, stepping back from him. Her face turned red by the sudden kiss. People around them were staring and whispering.

"Good morning to you too.", Zero casually said, smiling.

"W-why are you here?", she curiously asked in a low voice.

"I'm returning your precious car and I wanna eat breakfast with you.", he replied. Scanned her from head to toe, he clicked his tongue, then removed his jacket and put it on her shoulder. "Let's get inside. You're too sexy for them to look at.", he added as he grabbed her hand and entered the building. Surprisingly, she did not protest and just followed behind him. They are holding each other's hands until they reach her penthouse and she just realized it when Zero let go of her hand just for her to punch the door code.

"Come in.", she said lazily as soon as the door opened. Zero shook his head, smiling and entered her house while she marched upstairs.

"I'll just take a quick shower. We'll eat after I'm done.", she shouted and entered her room.

Zero walked towards her kitchen and saw the plate on her counter. He opened her fridge and brought out ingredients for breakfast and started cooking. Everything was prepared when Ash descended from the stairs. She was surprised to see him waiting for her at the counter. His eyes were glued on his phone screen and may not have noticed her. He is in his casual wear, just black distressed jeans and gray shirt with his black jacket that is currently on her couch. If she saw it correctly, he is also wearing a black sneakers. It's more of his laid back look and she likes it. 'How can this man look so good in everything? Ah! I love that messy hair.', she is screaming inside and hasn't paid attention that Zero is already staring back at her.

"Aren't I too good looking?", he asked, leaning forward on the counter top with his right hand supporting his chin flashing a devilish smile on his face. She rolled her eyes back to him. "Come on, let's eat!", he said, standing from his chair and pulling one for her. She did not comment on his teasing anymore and just advanced to the counter.

"You prepared all this?", she asked in disbelief while sitting on the chair. Looking at the food he cooked. "So, you can cook, huh?", she mumbled. He sat across from her.

"It's not that much.", he shrugged. "Dig in.", he added. They started eating.

"Why do I feel like this is your house and I'm just here to tag along?", she said, sulking. He laughs and ruffles her hair. "Hey! Don't do that.. I'm not your kid.", she said, annoyed.

"You're my big baby.", he said, calmly.

"Don't you have work today?", she asked, in hope of changing the topic.

He smirked before answering. "Only a dinner meeting. You? Do you have any plans?", he asked her back.

"I don't go out on weekends unless I need to meet someone important.", she answered as she casually continued to eat.

"Let's go on a date.", he suggested with a bright smile.

"Didn't you just hear me? I said I don't go out on weekends.", she replied.

"Make an exception for me.", he rebutted. "Just for today.", he pleaded.

"Hmm… fine. Let me get changed.", she said and was about to go up.

"No need. I like what you're wearing. You looked… cool.", he casually said. She is wearing a black high waisted sweatpants and a beige long sleeved crop top. Her face slightly flushed.

"Oh.. okay. Let me get my purse then.", she timidly replied, stood from her chair and started walking to the stairs.

"Hmm. Can I use your bathroom?", he asked, standing from his chair.

She paused. "That door.", she replied pointing to the common bathroom. "You can use anything in there.", she added. Zero just nodded and walked towards the bathroom.

She put on light make up and took her purse. Zero is already waiting for her by the door with his jacket on.

"Let's go.", she said as she passed straight to the door. She wore a white sneakers. Right after they stepped out of the door, Zero grabbed her hand and held it tight. She looked up to him with questioning gazed but he just ignored it.

Arriving at the basement parking lot, Zero opened the door for her in the passenger seat. Seems like he already read her mind.

"I'll drive.", he said, then closed the car door. He circled the car and sat on the driver's seat. Fastened his seatbelt after seeing that she already did hers.

"Where are we going?", she asked as the car accelerated.

"Let's watch a movie.", he replied.

"Really? I haven't done that in forever.", she said, smiling with her eyes sparkling.

"Lucky!", he said, smiling while his eyes were focused on the road.

Ring! Ring! Ring! She checked her phone and saw 'My Hero' calling, her mood brightened.

"♫♫ Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you~ ♫♫ Advance happy birthday.", she sang right after answering the call. She's on the verge of crying but looked up to prevent the pool of tears from flowing. "I love you.", she added, biting her inner cheek. Zero's face darkened and his grip on the steering wheel tightened after hearing her sweet voice talking on the phone. What more, saying 'i love you' to the person? 'Who is it?', he curiously asked inside.

"Thank you, princess! I love you more. Let's have dinner in the house today?", her dad said from the other line. She did not reply right away. "I already informed your mother if that's what you're worried about.", her dad added.

"I don't know if I'm ready to meet her.", she replied, her mood suddenly dropped.

"Just this one. I miss you, princess.", her dad pleaded over the phone.

"Okay. I'll be there. I miss you too.", she replied.

"Alright. I'll see you tonight, princess.", her dad said.

"Yup. See you tonight, bye!", she said then ended the call. She let out a long sigh, closed her eyes while massaging her temples.

"Who's that?", Zero asked. Startled hearing his cold voice, she almost forgot that she was with him. She tilted her head and looked at him, observing his current state.

"Hmm.. why do you look furious?", she asked, ignoring his question.

"I'm not. I just…I.. I heard you sweet talking on the phone and that you'll meet that person tonight so… I'm curious.", he said honestly. Just in time, they arrived at the mall and are currently parking.

"Are you jealous?", she asked, teasing him.

"I am. A bit. Don't I have the right?", he said, looking back at her. The car engine is already turned off. She was surprised by his honesty.

She smiled. "You don't have to.", she answered, smiling while undoing her seatbelt. "That was my dad.", she said at last. He froze for a moment. 'What was I thinking?', he asked himself inside. "Let's go.", she said, opening the car door. He chuckled and got out of the car.

Zero held her hand as they walked towards the cinema.

"Isn't that Zero from Business Magazine?", a woman said while looking at him full of admiration.

"The rank 1 for most eligible bachelors for straight 4 years?", another woman exclaimed.

"I heard that he just got back to Country A 5 years ago and established the ZL Group of Companies. Isn't he amazing! I'm now jealous of that girl beside him right now. Is that her girlfriend?", another woman whispered.

"Who is she? She's pretty though.", said the first woman with a hint of jealousy.

"I thought he's single? But you're right, that girl is stunning.", replied the second woman. Other people kept looking at their direction, murmuring and some were even taking pictures. They both pretended that they did not hear anything.

"We still have more than 30 minutes before the movie starts, anything you want to eat?", he asked sweetly, kissing her hand while she was checking her phone.

"Hmm… vanilla iced coffee and some sweet and sour popcorn?", she casually said, eyes glued on her phone.

[Sam: Hey bish!]

[Sam: Where are you? (wink emoji)]

[Ash: Why?]

[Sam: I was notified that someone is having a date.]

[Ash: Aren't you supposed to be happy?]

[Ash: You and Trix kept pushing me last time.]

[Sam: Alright. Fine!]

[Sam: Tell me the latest update later. (wink emoji)]

[Ash: We'll drop by Green Silhouette later for the suit.]

[Sam: Oh right. Okay, I'll prepare it for you. Enjoy! (heart emoji)]

[Ash: … ]

He stared at her but she didn't seem to have a plan to break up with her phone. He stood in front of her then cupped her face. She immediately looked up. Her lips were cutely pouting to him. He chuckled.

"Wwaahtt? (What)", she asked, getting her face free from his hands. He laughed.

"Babe, I'm here. Can you keep your phone for now?", he said, smiling at her.

"Oh.. I'm sorry. It was Sam.", she replied, turned off her phone then put it in her purse. "There. Happy?", she asked, smiling.

He leaned forward and gave her a quick kiss on the lips before she could even dodge. "Now, I am.", he casually said, grinning. Held her hand and strode in the snack bar.

"How brazen.", she mumbled. Zero just winked at her.
