It was easy to know where each of these came from.

He was told about the blessing of Janus by Willow once she was able to detect it, Primal instinct was when he got possessed by the Hyena Primal Spirit, Soldier spirit was from Halloween and the Arcane Blessing was from Willow… before she died.

"It is a skill that allows you to summon an army, like shadow monarch from Solo Levelling, or annihilation maker from DXD" Rex explained

Xander couldn't help but question "so my options are to use necromancy or to create monsters?"

Rex nodded in understanding "Tell me Xander, what do you think Necromancers are?"

Xander took a moment to think about it then responded "they are mages that desecrate the dead for power"

"Many of them do, yes. But Necromancy, in its essence is the study of death. It encompasses everything from souls to bodies. What the shadow monarch does is not raise the dead or entrap their souls; it creates a shade of the being that is raised. It has all the memories and skills of said dead being, but it is not desecrating them" Rex then raised a shadow "it will also help you in later levels by giving you the ability to heal souls. One can say, it is the ultimate healing magic"

As Rex finished speaking, a woman walked by the shadow and Xander could tell… they are the same person.

"So she died…"

"Yes"

"And you summoned her shadow and then revived her, while keeping the shadow"

"Yup"

"Cool. I still don't want to be a necromancer though"

"Ok, so what is it"

"How about the ability to summon anything I draw" Xander suggested

"Like That pale dude from Naruto?" Rex raised a brow

"Yeah, but it encompasses anything I draw"

Rex looked at Xander with judgmental eyes "Can you even draw"

With a bright smile "Nope"

"I do have a new system that makes learning skills easier though" Xander shrugged

"Fine whatever" Rex sighed and waved his hand

Xander took a moment to shelf his list of woman he will draw and summon for 'fun' for another time, for now, he had more fun… work to be done

"All For One. Like you said unique bloodlines and all that"

Rex furrowed his brows in thought "well, for me I used a mixture of a sacred gear and a symbiote to absorb part of a person's DNA to gain their abilities. I was also able to absorb souls, but I usually reserved that for people I really hate"

"Like who?"

"Voldemort"

Rex felt they were moving away from the main topic so he got them back to it "So, any idea on how you want to do it?"

After a moment of thought "Does it have to be from someone?"

"What do you mean?"

"Say I want the Sharingan, can't I gain it from a quest or some kind of specialised Instant Dungeon?"

Rex took a thinking position and started mumbling to himself. After a few minutes he snapped his finger and…

"This quest system is different" Rex explained "to get a quest; you must do one of three things. The first is ask for a reward, the System will then provide a quest proportional to the reward. Additionally, the reward must be part of the world you're on"

Xander interjected "So if I want a noble phantasm I have to go to the Nasuverse?"

"Or draw it" Rex replied with an 'are you an idiot' look

"Hey, give me a break. I've barely had this ability for a few minutes" Xander defended himself

"Anyways, the second method is to ask for a quest concerning a task. For these you will get only money and experience. They will however be proportionate to the difficulty of the quest"

"So I can ask for a daily quest that tells me to exercise and I will get paid and level up for it? What's the catch"

"The bonus" Rex explained "most quests like this will issue a bonus reward with a condition. For example, if the Daily quest grants you 10xp and 10$ every day, the bonus will give you 100xp and 100$"

"Simple enough"

"Great, the last one is for your IDs. In every world you go to, there will be special IDs. If the world is 'normal' like Nisekoi or Clannad, the IDs will be similar to the original Gamer. If the world is somehow different, the IDs will change themselves. One thing to keep in mind is that whatever world you go to the first dungeon will always be plain zombies. Keep that in mind"

"You still didn't tell me about the quests there"

"I'm getting to it. As you know IDs will have different levels, so to unlock the next level you must first clear the level before it and they will keep getting stronger and stronger till you get to reality warping levels. You will have a quest to finish each level and be rewarded for it based on the ID"

"What about the zombie ID, is it going to always give the same reward?"

"Nope, it will give you the basics of each world as a reward. So something like Chakra control exercises for Naruto world, Kido for bleach, unlocks your X-Gene for Marvel etc."

"Got it"

"for the last two things you need, the fourth is a servant, and the fifth is a base. For me it was Semiramis from Fate series as a servant and a modified Hanging Garden of Babylon for a base"

Xander furrowed his brows in thought "I can use a base, but why a servant?"

"You'll understand later but, I'm not giving you those two" Rex waved Xander off

Xander was alarmed "What? Why not?"

"Cause you can draw them. You just have to build up your Mana to be able to summon whatever you want" Rex explained

"Oh c'mon, first chance for me to be the powerful one and you cock-block me like that" Xander whined

Rex gave him a smirk "I'm not gonna give you the two, but I will give you 'something' if you answer me honestly"

"Ok…" Warily Xander agreed

"If your girls were happy to be in a harem, your harem, would you accept them?"

With no hesitation Xander replied "in a heartbeat" then continued "but only if they are happy"

Rex nodded "well, I think that's it. Good luck on your Adventure"
