" What do we do now?"
Stark asked Clark as he and clark sat down in the void exhausted from their fight with Stryfe.
" He doesn't trust us, nor does he believe us. For now, nothing. He's gone and won't remember this. The two of us will only be left with a drive to get stronger. Honestly, it looks like you and I are the only ones who will be in this fight, if it does come. Though I pray we are being taken for fools and that day never comes."
Clark explained to the man.
" Yeah! What a fucked-up thing. I get the chance at a second life and now, I'm told I'm what stands between that new life and all of reality being destroyed. Way to be a winner stark."
Stark complained.
" Do not fret. We have more brothers. And there are also others out there. We just have to hope they answer the call."
Clark explained.
" Clark, you said you had a family right? How long have you been married?"
Stark asked suddenly.
" Why do you ask?"
Clark wondered.
" Because I've got four wives, five daughters, and three sons. And I just... I don't want to lose them. I'm terrified man."
Stark explained.
" I know how you feel. I get the same feeling when I think about something happening to Anissa and Johnathan."
Clark replied.
' I still can't believe he was born in the Invincible universe. Never did I think I'd see the day.'
Stark thought as he looked at the man.
" We're going to get through this. We've got no other choice. I've been fighting non-stop battles for ten years. I've battled giant robots, Mutants with the ability to alter-reality, even gods. Now, I get to fight a being that can erase reality. Fun."
Stark said.
" Yeah, well. Let's continue searching for our brothers. We need to find at least one more to help us."
Clark said as he got to his feet.
" Yeah, let's go."
Stark stated as he too got to his feet ready for what was next to come.
