Would it be Love or Requital

A heiress to the famous Duke Walter went missing after an incident, she then wakes up in a strange location an island , but what's stranger was the fact that she had no memories of how she got there, or what had happened to her. The only thing she remembers is her name, but then she meets someone who happens to be the only person on the Island, and also someone who knows who she is. Eric; the Male lead, went over to the island to be away from everyone, but then Keerah came barging in and his plans for getting a peaceful time there was completely shattered. .... An average person would try their best to get back their memories after they woke up, but not Akeerah, she choose not to find out what happened to her. But not for long because she has to leave that island... When she left the island, she found out she was kidnapped, so she tries to get back her memories just to find out who were the people trying to hurt her. *** Akeerah vowed to seek revenge on the people who tried to hurt her... Do you think she would succeed... or would she forgive them. *** This book involves a weak to strong female protagonist, someone who used to see the world as a peaceful place with innocent people until she faced a near death experience by the people she trusted the most. The book tells the story of Akeerah, her love life, the choices she has to make, and what life forced her to become. **** The work is unedited, so expect a few grammatical errors here and there. If you're okay with all this, then proceed I hope you enjoy your stay... Ps. book arts doesn't belong to me.

I have a surprise for you

Keerah's POV,

At the hunting grounds, I watched how Eric skillfully used the shotgun to fire shots at the sight of a bird, but the bird escaped.

"Where did you learn how to shoot," I asked Eric watching how he tried to focus on aiming at a bird that was on a tall tree.

"From Drew," he said and continued to focus as if I'm supposed to know who Drew was.

"Your older brother?" I asked, but before he would answer me, he fired at the bird which came falling to the ground after the bullet hit it.

"He's like one to me, but he's more of a friend most of the time," Eric said before turning to ask me if I wanted to try learning how to shoot.
