Chapter 5: collaboration

The monster charges toward Rosario. Rory got angry and said "you bastard! Don't you dare to lay a finger on my master!!" Rory killed the monster in a flash with her sword and Rory said "if you want to deal with her, you have to get permission from my sword first, you got that?!" 

Rosario smacked Rorie's head and said "idiot! You just let the situation get worst!"

Rory said, "it hurts, what do you mean master?" Rosario said "for now let's run and hide somewhere. Janna, Sebastian, and Rengar follow us." The 5 of them hid and Janna asked "why do we have to hide here master?" Rosario said "shshshshs, keep it down, they might hear you." Janna asked "whose they? What are you talking about?" Rosario said, "just watch."

Within just a few moments they saw other monsters that had the same look as the one that Rory killed crawling out of nowhere. Some monsters jump out of the wall from the other side. They got the dead body and In just a few seconds they feast on the dead body Rosario said to herself while holding her mouth "this scenery makes me feel like I'm going to throw off." Their feast on the dead stopped when a huge monster came. Rosario saw that someone was riding the huge monster. Rosario looked at it closely and said "a masculine goblin is riding that monster and also why does its face looks human? This is strange." 

The goblin jumps out and walks closer to the dead monster and closes its eyes. The goblin hugs the dead monster and Rosario asks herself "why does it kind of feel sad?" Rengar asked "monsters start to turn into weird ones. I've never seen something like this in my whole life." Rosario asked "Athena, can you tell me what exactly is going on here?" Athena answered "as monsters undergo evolution, they gain a lot of knowledge about everything slowly. This only applies to low-life creatures of monsters like goblins, ogres, lizardmen, orcs, and harpies." Rosario said "I see, well that explains its strange behavior. Monsters gain the knowledge of how to acquire emotions huh." 

Rosario said "let's leave this place, right now. They might notice that we are watching them." All of them were about to leave but they stopped. Sebastian noticed something and said, "look master, that goblin has a friend." Rosario took a look and Rosario said "wait, that goblin is so sexy. Is she even a goblin? She's more like a human to me except that she has pointy ears and her skin is green. It's a shame I can't see how beautiful she is because of that goddamn mask that is covering her face." The 2 goblins are talking to each other but Rosario couldn't hear it because they're very far from the area. The female Goblin uses magic to suck out the magic in the area. Janna asked, "what are they going to do with those magic?" Rosario said, "I don't know." The female goblin cast large-scale magic and Rengar said "I have a bad feeling about this. I think we should run master." The magic created a 3D of themselves and so as the monster that they killed. Rosario said "I see, so they are using a magic that let them see what happened earlier in a 3D." Sebastian asked "what's a 3D master?" Rosario said "oh, it's just a word that I invented." Everyone saw that their 3D selves are approaching and also the masculine goblin is gone. Rory asked, "where is that guy?" 

As they were looking for the man, Rosario noticed that there is a strange liquid dropping down at Janna's back. Rosario looks up and she saw the man that they are looking for and he's riding the huge monster. Rosario noticed that it was about to attack them and the male goblin shouted "die! You bastards!" Rosario shouted "everyone! Watch out!" Everyone manages to evade the attack except for Rory. 

The huge monster swallowed Rory and her left arm was the one being left behind. Rosario freezes as she was surprised by what happened and so is Janna. Rosario said "Janna, did Rory get herself killed?" As she said it, tears have fallen in her eyes. Janna said with a cold expression "you don't have to worry about that master. I'll kill this asshole since he made you cry and it kill my best friend Rory." Janna said "well, I guess you know what I'm talking about, right? I'll burn you into ashes, along with your pet monster." The male goblin said, "try it if you can." Janna creates a fire in her right hand. Janna is about to use a skill and said "incinirati-" before she could use the skill she was stopped by someone and shouted "wawawawait! Don't burn me along this monster too!!!" Rosario said "wait? Is that Rorie's voice?" 

The monster turns into minced meat as Rory breaks free using her sword. Janna and Rosario were surprised and so was the male goblin. The male goblin said "wait? You're alive?" Rory said "don't even think about attacking me with a weak monster like that. You have to do better than that." Rory showed her cut arm and the man was surprised by what he saw. Rory left arm regenerated within just 1 second and the man said "wait, you're immortal?" Rory said, "since you made my master cry and made my best friend angry, I'll erase your entire existence alongside your body with my powerful demon sword." Rory summoned her sword and said, "come fort my demon sword, veldonuzur!" The scenery of the sky turned into a red blood moon scenery. Dark clouds gathered above Rory and in those clouds, a black and red color double edge sword made its appearance. The sword fell right in front of Rory. 

Rosario said to herself "if I could remember that sword has terrifying power where it can even destroy one floor of a weaker dungeon. I want to see how powerful that sword is because I need a sword too, for close combat. Moreover, sooner or later I'll fall into a close combat situation. However, I won't be able to see it right now because of our current situation." Rory grabs the sword and said, "it's time for you to die!" Rosario said "Rory! That's enough!" Rory didn't listen to Rosario. She wants to kill the man. The man said "please I don't want to die." Rosario walked closer to Rory and said "this idiot is thirsty for blood." Rosario made Rory bite her arm and drinks her blood. Rosario said while carrying Rory "let's get outta here Janna."

While they were preparing to go they were surrounded by the monsters. The female goblin said, "where do you think you're going?" Rosario said, "sigh, I have no time for this." Rosario used skill and said "frost beam!" Rosario swings her staff around as a white beam shoots out of it. The monsters that surrounds them turned into ice as they got hit by the frost beam skill. Rosario asked, "do you want to get in my way?" The woman was speechless and Rosario said "good" and they all went out. The woman said, "I'll hunt down that woman and kill her." The man said "I advise you not to get in her way for now. We need to ask for help in dealing with them. They're far beyond our power."

Rosario and Janna keep on riding and Rory fell asleep in Rosario's arms. Rosario said, "you always cause us a lot of trouble." Someone shouted "Rossian! Over here!" Rosario and Janna stop asked, "where did that voice come from?" Janna pointed to something and said, "over there master, look." Rosario saw the person and said "it's an old man, his survival instinct quite impressive. He manages to survive in this maze." Janna said, "it seems that it's asking us to go there." Rosario said "they are asking for Rossian and none of us are Rossian. However, it looks like he's staring at me." Janna said, "maybe we should try checking it out just for a moment." Rosario said, "agreed, Sebastian, Rengar, take us to that man." They both said "as you wish master"

While they were busy going there, the 2 goblins made their way to their village. They meet with their 5 elders and they both vow down. One of the elders asked, "Marks, how did you get those bruises and bloodstains?" Marks answered "the intruders are far more powerful than we have anticipated. We were being crushed." The female goblin said "but before we ambushed them, I managed to collect some remains of magic in that area. It might have come from them." One of the elders said, "may I see Elena?" Elena said "yes." 

Elena sets free the magic particles that she got earlier. The particles have a dominant color of violet and red. The elders were shocked by what they were seeing. One of the elders said "you gotta be kidding me. This is out of our league." The other elder said, "we will be wiped out if they advance further." The other elder said, "the maze couldn't handle such a powerful being like that." Marks asked "what's going on? You elders made it sound like we are all gonna die because of those people." One of the elders said "that magic, you've shown us. Most of it is from the Gods and guardian deities." One of the elders said "the guardian deities and the gods might have finally got an interest in taking over this dungeon. They might think of wiping us out in a process. Moreover, those people you've encountered might be sent to take over this dungeon in their stead." Their main leader has spoken and said "shut up! I've heard enough!" Silence takes over the room. The main leader said "this might be the strongest enemy that we ever encounter in our whole life but we have the upper advantage here. We know the mechanism of this maze more than they do. Every hour we know that all the traps activate even if it's not being triggered and they don't know it, we know that every hour this dungeon summons far stronger monsters that care about us. Even if those things are not enough, The demon lords got our back. They won't let us down!" The whole tribe is agreeing with what their leader said. The leader said "I will send a letter to demon lord Zestiya to give us aid in fighting against the forces of guardian deities and Gods. We will kill those people that they have sent and after that, we will kill the guardian deity and the God that sent them here!"

While the goblins are having their meeting, Rose and Keros are just playing shogi and out of the blue, they sneeze. Rose said, "that's strange, I don't have any fever and yet I just sneeze out of the blue." Keros said, "me too, wait, I've seen this from the manga." Rose asked, "What is it?" Keros asked, "if you suddenly sneeze out of the blue without any illness you are popular." Rose asked, "why?" Keros answered, "simple, many people are talking about you behind your back." Rose said while having a big smile "Wait, does that mean I'll become the most popular loyal subordinate of Rosario's mourning star?" Keros said, "that's my line you know?" Rose said, "you know, we both can become popular, that is if you win against me!" Rose put on a shogi piece on the shogi board and said "checkmate!" Keros said, "that's cheating you asshole!" They have no idea that the goblins were the ones that are talking about them and the goblins want to kill them.
