Chapter 12: goodbye Shinro Hinata

As Rosario falls asleep, Rosario wakes up in a different place. That place has so many beautiful trees and flowers and there are a lot of chirping birds. Rosario walks around the place and she was amazed by its beauty of the place. Rosario said, "wow, this place looks like a garden of Eden." Rosario heard someone singing nearby and it is a woman's voice. Rosario runs and follow it until she saw the woman.

Rosario was shocked as she saw the woman that is sitting on a bench is very familiar to her and she was about to cry as well. The woman invited Rosario to sit beside her and Rosario did. The woman faced Rosario and Rosario was about to cry. Rosario held back her tears as much as she could but the woman said "finally, I was able to reach you, Kazuya. This time I'll be able to properly say goodbye."

Rosario's tears have fallen and she asked "what do you mean, Hinata!" Hinatas tears have fallen and she said "the truth is, I'm already dead. What you're seeing right now is ivory of my soul that has turned into a core of the monster who killed me." Rosario was surprised and asked, "is there anything I can do to return you to life?" Hinata answered, "at your current power, you have no power to resurrect me and besides I already accepted the possibility that my life might end up like this for a long time since I got reincarnated." Rosario asked, "if I kill that monster and recover you from that monster that turned you into its core, will you return with me?" Hinata answered, "killing that monster without killing me will be impossible." Rosario asked, "why?" Hinata answered "you see, that monster managed to turn my soul into her core. If you want to kill that monster you'll have to kill me but I know you won't be able to do it. However, I know someone who can do it."

Hinata snapped her finger and an image of Athena and the girl that she's fighting can be seen. Rosario asked "wait, what is going on? Why my body is moving on its own?" Hinata answered "Athena, your skill has taken over the control of your body and she's going to finish the battle that you left earlier. The enemy that she's facing right now was the monster who killed me 12 years ago. She manage to grab my soul before I could go to the realm of life and death. After that, my soul has been sealed for 12 years. My soul has been endlessly supplying power to this monster for more than a decades." Hinatas started to cry and she said "for so many years I've already got tired. This monster is using my power to keep on killing so many people. It kind of feels like I'm a mass murderer. I keep on seeing this monster killing so many people and I wish that one day, someone will come to kill me and end this horrifying hell that I have been experiencing before I lose my mind." Rosario became speechless.

Rosario said "I can't imagine myself being like that in her position. If I try to prolong her life and managed to bring her out, her conscience and trauma will haunt her and besides, I have no idea how to get her out of here. This leaves me into choosing between 2 choices. 1. Watch her be killed by Athena and 2. Kill her with my own hands."

Rosario stands up and grits her teeth. She shouted "I'll kill you once I get out of here! Did you hear me Hinata?" Hinata kissed Rosario and said while crying "thank you Touma Kazuya. I'll never regret that I fell in love with you. If there is a chance that I got reincarnated again and you're there, I won't hesitate to love you again."

Rosario managed to return and said "thanks for taking care of her Athena. I'll take it from here." Athena said "yes master," the girl said "Hahaha, you're a strong skill. Maybe if I take your master's heart you'll be mine as well." Rosario said, "bad news for you, you're the one who's going to die here." The girl was surprised and said "wow! You've finally returned. How does it feels like, to know that the person that you've cared about the most was killed by me and your ab-" before she could finish talking. Rosario used skill and said "space manipulation!" Rosario manipulated every molecule that the girl's bodies possess and her surrounding as well. She increased the pressure on the girl's body and her surrounding. As Rosario does this, everything starts to freeze so badly. Rosario said "I finally remember what you are. You're the Demonoid slime that snuck in at my dungeon and I sealed you here because I have no time to deal with you. However, this time I'll end your life for sure!"

The girl has finally shown her true form and said "finally! You remember me!" The girl turned into a mass and large liquid form called slime. The slime said, "yes, I'm a Demonoid slime but that won't change anything!" The slime was about to move but she can't do it. She saw that her body is starting to solidify. Rosario said, "I'll make you pay for killing Hinata!" The slime said "hahaha, that's if you're willing to kill her as well. You won't be able to kill me since you don't have what it takes to kill her." Rosario said, "you talk too much for someone that is about to die." The slime said, "even if you have the resolve to do it, you don't know where she is." Rosario said "I already know where she is. She's on a different dimension, right? I just solidify your body so that you won't be able to dodge." The slime got angry and tried to break free from the solidification but she was too late. Rosario asked, "Athena, how are you able to cast multiple skills at the same time earlier?" Athena answered, "I use the skill that I created called Chronos keeper." Rosario asked, "what is that?" Athena answered, "it's a skill that allows you to cast multiple skills once you activated it." Rosario said, "I'll give it a try." Rosario used skill and said "Chronos keeper, bestowal and creation." Rosario used the fragments of her skill abyss magic manipulation to bestow it to her sword. Next, Rosario used the fragment of the skill space manipulation to create a skill. Rosario said, "this should do it." The voice of the world speak up and said "notice: the individual named Rosario Mourning Star request has been granted. Chaos creator sword has successfully evolved into soul eater sword, dimension slash skill has been successfully created."

Rosario faced the slime and said, "it's time for you to die, and please forgive me, Hinata!" Rosario used skill and said "dimension slash!" The slime was split into 2 and it slowly falls apart. Hinata whispered, "thank you Kazuya." She kissed her on her forehead and Rosario felt it as well but she can't see her. Rosario screams as she cries in pain, sorrow, and hatred.
