The Stronghold in the Underworld
Not all of the people bought into John's visual, and even fewer were convinced by his actions. Knowing that establishing a stronghold within the Underworld is going to take time and work on his end, John simply did what he did to build his position and company in S Prime the first time around.
He opened a clinic and used the rebuilt main hall of the Church as the place he sees the townspeople.
As a policy, those can use community service vouchers as a means of paying for his service, and he will happily take donations of various kinds too. Sister Pria also insisted that those that came and accepted his help go around and spread the word.
With the cooperation from the Market and Train station gangs, things slowly began to move in the little town that John has settled in. The streets soon started being populated with townspeople and gang members alike cleaning away the junk while some of the elderly managed the vouchers and examined from afar.
