Truth or Dare pt.2

"I wish I had your right to say no," he smiled, breathing deeply to calm down his fastened heartbeat. I pointed to the bottle, he pushed it, and it showed at Lucas. I immediately put my hand on William's shoulder, and he looked at me.

{We settled everything, Aiden. I'm just very possessive, you know…}

His thought made me believe in my choice of a Beta. Yes, I know, sometimes at the beginning of our work together I was hard on him, especially because he was the Beta of my father. I was always afraid William will start forcing me to act the same way my father was, but he never did, thanks to Moon God.

"Truth or Dare?" his voice was calm and relaxed. I took my hand away from his shoulder and put them in the pockets of my jeans, remembering my dear friend, Markus Malone, who's always hiding his hands in his pockets. I remember once I asked about that move and what he said made me slightly amused.

{Once you cross your hands on your chest, you show you're not fully confident. Better hide your hands in the pockets, it had more effect.}

"Dare," Lucas said, looking at William, and I could notice fear in the bottom of his eyes.

"Be wise, William," I whispered in my Beta's ear.

"Stand up and jump over the fire five times," William ordered in a confident tone, meaning he had already thought about what Lucas should do. And the last one had nothing to do but stood up, and without any emotions went to the fire. Everyone stood up and went closer to the fire to look at him doing William's order. I stood up and looked at Chris.

"Let's bring the water… just in case…," Chris went to the river just near us with a bucket, and I went to the fire. Lucas looked at William.

"Don't be afraid, Lucas. It's your fault. Be brave and do it"

"You can do it, Lucas!" Mark yelled and clapped his hands to cheer his Beta. I looked at William, and his calm facial expression, then turned around and started looking over for Letty.

"What is all the fun in this game?" She suddenly hugged me from my back and put her thin hands on my chest, and her head on my back.

"To know more about other people. They just can't lie," I smiled, and put my hands back on her waist.

"Why? Why they can't lie? Who will know they lied? Who will figure out it's a lie?"

"Me. I'm looking for everyone playing and following the rules."

"What will be, if a person lied, and you figured it out?"

"They will be punished with a duel. I chose the opponent," I answered, then turned around, and took her chin with my fingers, "Aren't you going to lie?"

"No," she blushed, "Unless there will be some questions about my father…or you… We have figured out a lot, however, I'm still not sure if I should talk about all of that."

"I'll take a turn then," I smiled and looked at some noise near the fire, "Is everything okay?"

"He did that!" Mark screamed cheerfully.

"That's good," I smiled, kissed Letty's little nose, and went back to my chair. Soon, everyone took all the places back around the bottle and Lucas turned it. It showed at Catherine.

"Truth or dare?" Lucas asked with a plain voice.

"Dare," she said joyfully.

"Kiss your husband," Lucas said without waiting even for a second after her answer, as if he already knew what to say, no matter who the person on the other side was.

Catherine turned to William, because they were sitting shoulder to shoulder, and kissed him. He kissed her back, and everyone around whistled.

"It becomes hotter," she said, after a while, and then turned a bottle, and it showed at me. "Truth or Dare, Alpha Aiden?"

"Truth…" I said back and looked at Letty. I can swear I heard her fast heartbeat.

"Can you tell us, when your friendship with Mark and Victor started?" Cath grinned.

"Since we went to the same High School…" I smiled, then turned a bottle, and it showed at Syl, "Truth, or maybe, Dare, Syl?"

"Dare".

"Why do you have a cat pendant?" I asked, and my question made her lower her head and look at her pendant. Then, she put her head up and smiled.

"I just love cats, and even if I'm a werewolf, I love them and I have two cats in my house, so… This pendant reminds me of them wherever I am…" She blushed, then lowered her eyes to the pendant again.

"That's a question not in a game, so you choose, answer it or no," I said, and when she looked at me, I continued, "Is it your wolf gift, to befriend other animals, no matter who you are?"

"Yes, I can speak with them as well," She smiled.

"That's cool! I wish to have the same gift!" Letty exclaimed, and looked at Syl, "It might be amazing to be able to speak to other animals. Do you understand them as well?"

"Yes," Syl giggled, "It's funny to hear my cats complain when I came back home…"

Syl turned the bottle around, and it stopped right at Letty.

"Now…." Syl grinned as if she was waiting for her entire life to ask Letty a question in this game.

"Be easy," I remind, and Syl looked at me, and then bowed her head.

"Truth or Dare?"

"Ehm… Truth?" Letty answered, and it was pretty easy to understand from the tone of her voice that she was unsure about her choice. I could feel her fast heartbeat that could easily differentiate from all others.

"When have you put a mating mark on Aiden?" She suddenly asked, making both of us blush.

"Ehm…" Letty's cheeks turned all red, and she tried to hide her face in her hair. I chuckled.

"It was three years ago," I answered instead of her, making everyone look at me. Letty was still hiding her face and trying to catch some confidence. She still has a lot to learn.

"Three years ago?" Victor yelled out.

"Yeah. Right when her stepmother took her out to the Dallas…" I answered, and then looked at her, and an immediate desire of kissing her rose up in me. She smiled at me thankfully, looking at me from her own hair, pretending she was brushing it with her fingers.

"I love you…"

"I love you too", I smiled at her, and then she turned the bottle. It stopped at Ifa.

"Ooh…" Ifa sighed with her voice trembling.

"I don't know too much about you, so… Truth or Dare?"

"Mh… Dare I suppose in this case?"

"Sing us your favorite song?" she asked, and Ifa sighed with relief.

"That's a dare I really love to do!" She smiled and started singing her favorite song. Her voice was flying around us in the woods, making everyone relax. It was a great song, and she sang it great as well.

"I love it!" Letty smiled after Ifa finished singing, and Ifa turned the bottle. It showed to me.

"Dang…" I laughed because I knew Ifa would never ask an easy question, so not to confuse Letty, I chose dare.

"Kiss your girl with all the love you have," she grinned, and everyone applauded. This time, I can't skip this dare, because I want to kiss Letty, I was just…afraid to do that in public to not attract attention to us too much? I stood up, put the bottle away with my foot, stepped closer to her, and held her in my hand.

"Come here, sweetheart…" She blushed from my words, and then took my hand. I put her up and put one of my hands at her waist, then took her chin in my hands, and whispered, knowing everyone hear those words. "I love you to the bottom of my heart."

I slowly pulled her chin closer to me, and finally touched her lips with mine. It wasn't one of those quick kisses we shared a few times from the time her memories came back. It was one of the deepest and hottest kisses I ever share with her. I remember her plump lips becoming wet because of mine kissing them. I can clearly remember how she slightly pulled her head to the left side and a bit back, so I pressed her tightly to myself. And I can remember her thin fingers wandering in my hair.

I remember how the ground vanished behind my feet and the world stopped existing around us. Her fast heartbeat, her unsure kiss becoming more and more confident, and her closed eyes… Those will be the things I will never forget.

"I love you," she whispered, breathing fast and heavy.

"I love you to the moon and back…"
