They were originally interested in the advanced civilization here, which is the civilization that made Firstborn, Kal'tsit, and Fiend King Crown. but the purpose of these Aliens wanted to give their knowledge to the previous civilization so that they were more advanced but the arrogance of the people in the previous civilization made them exterminated, the Arbitrators gave a punishment where they gave a unique stone that was planted on this planet, a stone that we call now Originium, Origin stone as simplified version. A stone that makes the dinosaur era extinct if you take the real history.

This unique stone has its own power, namely "Assimilation" and "Adaptation" which is where this stone can adapt to terra conditions at that time where technology advanced beyond limits but was thwarted because the people back then were too arrogant to challenge that extraterrestial being who from other galaxy civilization was more advanced than them, the war started but because the Arbiters were honestly peaceful being yet they showed no mercy to any enemy.

War ended with one sided annihilation, making all previous civilizations wiped out and out of pity, Arbiter created a new people that is Elder Race and many ancestors before Ancient race rule over terra.
