Our Journey Together (Vietnam 04 - Hanoi 2nd Part)

They woke up mid morning and went out of the hotel after taking their breakfast. Jungye and Shin walked around the city looking for a motorbike. Finally after lunch, they managed to get a motorcycle good enough to take them both wherever looping they want to go.

"want to go for a test ride?" Jungye asked.

"sure! but it's scary because it's about to be rush hour and a lot of motorcycles are now rushing through the streets."

"hey! You're a backpacker! have some courage and start to love the adventure! I am sure you will love it!"

"ok then! I trust you because you are the one driving" Shin smiled at him and she carefully hopped on the back ride. She was hesitant whether to put her hands on his shoulder or his waist. Jungye felt that she was hesitating, so he said "I don't mind you hugging me from behind." Since Shin was at the back ride, she didn't see the playful smile that he has on his face.

"Are you sure? I will hug you tight since I am afraid of motorcycle ride. Never a fan of motorcycles."

They drove around the city for more than an hour and stopping at Thong Nhat Park and spent the sunset there. There's a bridge at the left side of the park that has led red light color after the sunset. It gives a vibe that you are somewhere in ancient Japan.

They walked around Bay Mau Lake, walking hand in hand. Everything is so surreal for Lee Shin because it's been a long time she has been intimate with a man...being single for almost 8 years and she almost forget how it feels like to have a date. "date? I don't even know if we are a couple or not..." she thought.

"Hey, stand there and let me take a photo of you." Jungye said cutting off what she was thinking.

"We can have selfie there if you want." Shin shyly replied.

"I think you are a perfect subject of picture, I don't mind taking photos of you....naked if you want"

She was embarrassed to hear the last sentence and she instantly covered her face as people glanced towards them as well. Since it was after sunset, a lot of tourist are also there at the lake enjoying the scenery. "Jungye....don't say that...it makes me feel shy." Hearing what Shin said, Jungye instantly laugh at her " I was just kidding...but not really if you want to take it seriously" and he continued laughing teasing her,

They stopped by at a random restaurant after Bay Mau Lake to have dinner and went straight to their hotel room.

Lee Shin went to take shower as walking all day felt really sticky and she wants to freshen up before going to bed. Jungye was about to get in the bathroom to take shower just after few minutes she went out of the bathroom, he glanced at her while she was slowly combing her long black hair seated in front of the vanity mirror.

"wow! you look so fresh and pretty...I really like your long black hair..." then he came closer and stroked few strands of her hair. Lee Shin instantly froze on the sudden gesture of Jungye and she stared into his eyes from the mirror.

"Don't look at me like that Shin! I am not a saint! " Then he hurriedly went inside the bathroom and locked the door. He took longer time showering than the usual.

When Jungye went out the shower, Shin was already lying on the left side of the bed. The hotel bed is similarly smaller compared to the other beds they used to have when they booked a private room. She is actually nervous because they are relatively...almost no spaces between them and they will share the bed together..

Jungye: " I thought you are sleeping already."

Shin:" No. I just messaged my mom where am I and asked about home."

Jungye: "Do you miss home?"

Shin: " No...actually I don't miss going home. I am enjoying this wander and it feels great"....because I am with you...she thought of the last sentence.

Jungye:: " Ok, so we have small bed now...please don't....I don't want to be raped..if you are interested in my body, just ask and I will politely give way to you" the tone of voice was like a person asking for forgiveness although he didn't have any fault at all.

Lee Shin did not reply but instead throw a pillow to Jungye and covered her whole body up to the head with the blanket. She felt that he already laid down on the other side of the bed. It's warmer now compared to few minutes earlier. She removed the cover on her face and looked at the man lying beside her, only to find out that Jungye was leaning near her and staring at her..

"If you are trying to say that...." before she can finish her sentence Jungye's lips landed on her lips and kissed her intently. Then he gently pulled her closer and embraced her. They hugged and kissed each other for long....then suddenly Jungye stopped and gave her forehead and move few inch further from her and lay down comfortably getting ready to sleep..

She was puzzled why he suddenly stopped..."just like that and he is going to sleep" she thought.. Then she decided to turn her back on him but before she moved, Jungye held her hand and gave it a quick kiss.

"let's sleep just like this for now. I want to sleep holding your hand" Jungye whispered near her ear.
