Chapter 20 : The Super Treatment!!

After confirming that the genjutsu game indeed had a stimulating and strengthening effect on the Uchiha clan, or rather, on the Sharingan, the topic quickly shifted to Uchiha Kai, the one who created the 'jutsu.'

Under the cold gaze of Uchiha Fugaku, several Uchihas working in the Konoha Police Force showed expressions of embarrassment and shame.

After these words were spoken, the ashamed individuals lowered their heads even further, filled with deep regret and fear. In a time when they now saw hope for their clan's rebirth, even greater than before, if they lost this hope, they would become eternal sinners in the Uchiha clan's history.

At this thought, one excited high-ranking Uchiha suddenly stood up, shouting, "I truly deserve to die!" and attempted to commit suicide on the spot.

"All we need to do now is grant him the privileges he rightfully deserves, without hesitation."

After hearing these highly praised words, which can make Uchiha Kai himself get goosebumps, the Uchiha clan members reflected thoughtfully. 

They quietly discussed it among themselves and quickly came to the conclusion that this was indeed the right course of action.

As for the idea of seizing Uchiha Kai's achievements, imprisoning him, or turning him into a clan tool—such thoughts were never even in the Uchiha clan's consideration.

As always, the Uchihas were not like the Hyūga clan, nor like those ninja clans obsessed with control. The Uchiha clan had always been one of pure love.

Even if this purity seemed insane or eccentric to outsiders, the Uchiha had never changed internally.

Once the treatment for Uchiha Kai was confirmed, the next step was to officially verify the effectiveness of his 'jutsu' tomorrow.

If it was indeed as Uchiha Fugaku had said—or even half as effective—Uchiha Kai would receive the highest level of privilege granted only to the clan head and Uchiha Setsuna, the Great Elder.

In truth, under normal circumstances, Uchiha Kai would not have been eligible for such high-level treatment. Even if Uchiha Fugaku had suggested it, others would have opposed it.

After all, Uchiha Kai was merely a branch member and still young. Even if his contributions were great, it would have been too much to grant him such treatment right from the start.
