chapter 33

I couldn't help it when I saw Mike holding her hand and I snapped, without saying a word I pulled her away and grabbed her hand and we both walked away.

I pulled her inside one of the empty classes and slammed her body to the door,she was about to say something when I attacked her with a kiss, she didn't respond quickly and I didn't want her to feel like I was forcing myself on her or anything.

surprisingly she responded to my kiss and I couldn't help to pull her closer and I liked every bit of it and our lips were in sync I wanted to take her there but I control myself and left her in there.

As I walked out,I saw Mike staring at me coldly, she must be angry after what he sensed what happened. I smiled at him and left for class.

After school, I took lisa for a drive and shopping, we went from store to store to try dresses and by the time we were  still trying more dresses she finally found the one she wanted and I brought it for her even she insisted that she didn't want to buy it because it was way too expensive.

"You don't need to worry about the price, just take whatever you like I'll buy it for you babe " I said as I gave my credit card to the woman.

"I don't mind wearing simple clothes, you don't have to spend money on me toby " she said trying to refuse the money.

"I wont except no for an answer lisa and you better get used to it because whatever money i spend it's only for you alright so better not refuse it am warning you " i said as I grabbed her hand and left the store.

We then went to grab a bit and sat there as she ate almost everything. I sat there watching her taking bite of burger as she smiled at me with her mouth full.

After lunch, we took a walk around the mall and just had fun at the end she grabbed my hand and we both entered a photo booth, we sat down and took funny photos then finally she stared at me then pulled me for a kiss.

It was an amazing time for me and we left the booth,we both took the photos and split it. I took three and gave her three,she looked at me and she smiled at it.

"It looks amazing, I'll keep it for memories "she said as she put them in her jeans pocket.

By night I drove her back to my house since she will be leaving tomorrow after my party I didn't think she wanted to see veronica either.

So as we entered mom was standing at the foyer tapping her feet on the floor with her hands on her hips glaring at us angrily.

"Where on earth have you two been?" She asked pointing at us.

"Why are you angry for?its not like we left the city after all I took lisa for shopping any problem?"I asked her.

"You could have at least text me I was worried about you"she whined at me.

"Why would you be worried about, am going to be the appointed alpha staring tomorrow so you have to stop being worried and get used to me being absent for a while fro now on"i said.

"Oh love, I still can't believe that you'll take over your father's throne and lead your pack am so proud of you and am sure he is too" mom said as she pat my cheeks.

I was glad that mom was proud of me for taking over but am afraid that I might cause trouble for the pack even though my intention is to fight the person who killed my dad and until I finally find him I'll try not to worry my mom in any way.

Now that lisa know about the existence of supernatural world and the fact she might be one of us it could cause a huge problem and I'll do whatever it takes to protect her from them.

That night I spent the night in my room,I kept tossing and turning as my mind was thinking about lisa and the decision that she made, I wanted to talk to her but I didn't want to disturb her because she was sleeping and was tired.

I decided to talk to her the next day over breakfast. As I was waiting for her to come for breakfast the next day.

I kept looking back wondering if she was going to join us for breakfast and she did as she was late to get out of the room.

My heart jumped in excitement as I heard her walking towards the living room where breakfast was being served.

"Sorry for coming late,I was super tired since I was busy shopping yesterday "she explained herself.

"No need to explain dear,just enjoy your breakfast, am assuming you know what today is right?" Mom asked as she took a sip of her drink.

"Yeah I do am sure it will be a fun day I guess"lisa said as she turned to look at me.

"It surely will be,as long as you are there" I said holding her hand.

"You know I'll be there,I wouldn't miss it for the world" she smiled at me.

By the evening everything was ready and the guests were coming, I was getting myself ready for the night and I couldn't wait to see her again.

As mom introduced me to the upper leaders,I was looking around for lisa and when she appeared everyone turned around to look at her, she was wearing blue and white dress with black and white mask, she looked gorgeous with her blue eyes she looked like a model.

I walked towards her and extended my hand for her to take,she smiledand then took my hand and we both walked together towards the crowd.

We both danced to the night and by the time the music ended everyone applauded for us.

Then it was my turn to be appointed and lisa was with the crowd, as the crown was being put on my head, someone whispered something to lisa and she looked at me, i was about to stand when my mom stopped me.

I looked at the crowd but lisa was nowhere to be seen.

"Where the HELL did she disappear to?"I asked myself as I looked at mom but she shook her head.

Did she just leave without saying goodbye to me...
