A surprise visit

After finish taking their bath, they all sat on the sofa with their eyes having black circle under it all because they didn't get any sleep throughout the night.

If any one of them was to fall asleep on the couch, he would be woken up with a strong tap from Jenny.

"God!, look at what the both of you have cause, if only you guys listen when I said we should sleep, then we won't have been in this condition" accused Mikey to Kiran and Caleb.

The angry stare from Kiran and Caleb was enough to tell him not to ever repeat what he has just said.

At the dinning table, some of them were eating in an half awake position as they took their breakfast.

Once in a while, they will doze off with spoon still in their hand and food still in their mouth.

Jenny couldn't help herself as she shake her head because of the sight she was currently seeing, their ignorance was the cause of what was currently happening.

After their meal, Jenny gave them the go ahead to go get some sleep as she couldn't stand them anymore.

On hearing the words from her, they all quickly gave her a big hug before sprinting up the stairs so they could get some sleep before they faint.

After about four hours of sleeping, the first person to get up was Caleb, followed by Kiran and then Mikey.

Getting out of bed, they all walked downstairs and could see Mrs Hendrick taking a cup of coffee while listening to the news on the television.

"Good morning Mom" greeted Kiran as he walk over to take a seat.

"Good morning Mrs Hendrick" said Mikey and Caleb as they do the same.

"Morning, how are guys feeling?" asked Jenny as she continue looking at the news.

"We are doing good, unlike before" said Mikey while laughing.

"If you decide not to listen to my words again, then I wouldn't be so lenient with you next time" said Jenny seriously.

"I'm sure we all understand mom, pretty sure we wouldn't like to experience that again" said Kiran.

After saying for some hours, Mikey and Caleb decided to head home, not that their parents would be angry with them for staying till this time, but the just felt like going to show their presence.

Mikey called his driver to come pick him up and so did Caleb. It didn't take more than ten minutes before their drivers could be seen outside. Waving goodbye, they both for into their cars and drove off.

Seeing as his friends have departed, he walked back inside while going straight to his room.

"Kiran, are you doing anything of important right now?" asked Jenny as he walked into his room.

"No mom, everywhere is pretty boring with Caleb and Mikey gone, what do you want my help with?" asked Kiran.

"What do you say about paying your grandma a visit, I might allow you going to meet your girlfriend" said Jenny which cause Kiran face to heat up.

"Mom, she isn't my girlfriend, we are just friends" said Kiran as he use his hand to cover his face.

"What are you being shy for, grandma said she have betrothed you two already" said Jenny.

"Mom!, please stop, I said she just a friend" replied Kiran.

"Okay I will, if you are ready to meet your girlfriend then get dress, we will be leaving soon" said Jenny as she walked out of the room.

"She isn't my girlfriend" shouted Kiran as Jenny leave the room.

After about an hour, Kiran and Jenny are currently on the road to pay a visit to Patricia.

Upon reaching there, the guards quickly opened the gate on seeing who have come to pay a visit.

Packing the car in the garage, they both got out and walk straight into the mansion.

"Grandma!!" shouted Kiran as he run over to hug her.

"Where have you learn to shout like that" said Patricia as she hug him. "How are you dear?".

"I'm good grandma, and you?" asked Kiran.

"Good afternoon mom" greeted Jenny as she approached them.

"Afternoon dear, why didn't you inform me you guys were coming today?" asked Patricia.

"Today is my off from work, so I decided we should come pay you a visit and beside Kiran was pressuring me that he wants to see his girlfriend" replied Jenny.

"I didn't say that and she isn't my girlfriend" replied Kiran as he shake his head.

"Why are you being shy, don't you like her?" asked Patricia.

"I do like her, but not the type of like the two of you are thinking of" said Kiran.

"And what type of like do you think we are thinking of?" asked Jenny and her mom at the same time.

"You know, the like like type" said Kiran.

"We don't know that" said the both of them as they burst out in laughter.

"Huhh, I'm leaving, I can't stand the two of you" said Kiran as he walked out of the mansion.

"Make sure to extend our greetings to Abigail, okay?" said Jenny and her mom, not bothering to stop him as they knew where he was going.

"Wait a minute, is he going to walk all the way to her house?" asked Patricia as she just realized that Kiran didn't take a driver with him.

"He's a love struck teenager mom, what do you expect from him, he wouldn't mind walking two hours just to see his love, but thank goodness it's just a ten minutes walk" said Jenny while laughing.

"I should better call her resident so they can open the gate for him when he gets there" said Patricia as she bring out her phone and scroll through the contacts.

"My mind is telling me that he's planning on surprising her, I think you should call her mom, but tell her not to inform Abigail" said Jenny as she walked towards the kitchen.
