A sleepover

True to his words, Mikey walked back to the resting room in not more than three minutes where Kiran and Caleb were, a large grin could be seen on his face.

"Told you it wouldn't take me more than two minutes before finishing my next match" said Mikey with a proud smile.

"How come, how were you able to finish your match so quickly, who was your opponent?" asked Caleb as he couldn't help himself but asked because he knew it was way too quick for the match to end.

"Who else if it isn't Peter who thought he could climb up the rank by defeating me when he is clearly two step behind me, why couldn't he just stick to his fifth position, now he has clearly lost the fifth position" said Mikey.

"How else do you expect him to go up in rank if he doesn't defeat one of us" said Caleb as he shake his head at the stupid words of Mikey.

"Well I don't know, he should have been content with the position he have, not like he could even beat any one of us anyway" said Mikey.

"What do you say about going right now, we are clearly through with why we are here for" said Kiran.

"Caleb are you sure you would be able to walk, or you need some crutches?" asked Mikey while laughing. "I literally heard your bone breaking when Kiran kick connected" said Mikey in the middle of his laughter and he hold his stomach.

"What kind of human being are you Mikey, you couldn't even last three minutes when you fought with him, and now you are mocking me for losing" said Caleb while shaking his head as he got up from the seat and walked into the washroom with his clothes in hand.

"Well you can't boost of you and Kiran exchanging the first position anymore, because he has clearly won you twice in a roll now" said Mikey as he walked into another washroom so he can bath and have a change of clothes.

After they finish taking their bath and getting a change of clothes, they all walked out of the washroom to go and check the new ranking board for the month.

"Mikey, what do you say about going to Kiran place for a little visit?" asked Caleb.

"That's a good idea, I really don't feel like going home right now" said Mikey.

"Then Kiran place it is" said Caleb without even asking the said person if he agrees or not.

Without any problems, they all walked out of the Martial arts building. Kiran and Caleb walked over to the car they arrived in, while Mikey walked over to his.

After some few exchange of words with his driver, Mikey walked back to meet Kiran and Caleb who were waiting for him in Caleb's car.

"Let me guess, you are having some issues with your dad again, is it not?" asked Caleb as Mikey entered into the car.

"I just want to have a peace of mind which I never get when he is around, I might even call and tell him I'm sleeping over at Kiran place" said Mikey.

"If your dad agrees, then you are fully welcome to stay at my place, you know my mom wouldn't mind and so is my dad" said Kiran.

"I definitely won't be the one left out in this boys night, I will call my dad to inform him I would be sleeping over at your place" said Caleb.

"Hope your play station five is still available, I definitely want to get back at you for the lost of today" said Mikey.

"Keep dreaming Mikey, that's never going to happen, not to brag but you might actually be looking at the best play station player in the whole country" said Kiran.

"It's surprising how you are able to come out first in almost everything, how were you even able to cope with everything?" asked Caleb.

"There is time for everything, you do what you know is the best thing at the moment" said Kiran.

This isn't the first time Caleb and Kiran was sleeping over at Kiran place, and neither was it for Kiran, as far as their parents agrees with it, then they can sleep over.

The journey didn't take much time, as they all got out of the car, Mikey and Kiran walked inside while Caleb stopped to speak with his driver.

"Mom, I'm home" shouted Mikey as he opened the door.

"Good evening Mrs Hendrick" said Mikey the moment he saw Jenny.

"Evening Mikey, how are you doing?" asked Jenny.

"I'm doing good" replied Mikey.

"Good evening mom" greeted Kiran.

"Evening dear, how was training today and where is Caleb?" asked Jenny.

"Training was good, Caleb is outside having a word with his driver" replied Kiran.

"Mikey, how's your dad?" asked Jenny.

"He's fine, barely having time to come home because of business, but all the same he's doing good" said Mikey.

"Good evening Mrs Hendrick, how was your day?" asked Caleb the moment he walked through the door.

"Evening Caleb, my day was good, how was yours?" asked Jenny.

"It was good at a certain period, but change when Kiran beat me and won these month ranking competition" said Caleb.

"Wow, Kiran why didn't you tell me you won this month competition, congratulations" said Jenny while giving him a hug.

"Really Mrs Hendrick, why make my day worst by congratulating him to my face, you are adding salt to my wound, that's clearly my position he took" said Caleb.

"Thanks Mom and don't mind this grumpy kid over here" said Kiran.

"Sorry for that dear, you should work hard so you can take it back from him" said Jenny while laughing.

"Mom why would you say that, will you be happy if someone took the first position from me" said Kiran.

"Both of you are hilarious, I clearly can't stand you both, Mikey what position did you take this time around?" asked Jenny.
