Have you ever seen an ant?

All you know about them is their thin legs a ball like thing behind their back and a stinger as their mouth

Under the ground of devils den is multiple holes and passage leading you to nowhere, it's just a big maze

but who or what would make this passage under the ground of the devil den

The answer is the 'anti ant' they come from the bloodline of the insect that likes to steal sugar treat and those little ants that would bite you once you get in their nest

There as big as a pig and can carry half more of their size, they can carry the size of the bear beast with ease which dexter encountered

They are also covered in brittle black armor that can defend in any weak attack

But they have a weakness and it is their egg-like thing behind them that contains their stomach and organs used by them to continue to live

Its the only spot where the black brittle armor cant be spotted, it's the biggest weakness of the anti ant as it is their vital part and without it, survival is impossible even with a miracle

The giant ants stationed underground near dexter heard a whisper echoing in the whole passage

"How....crawl.....here"

Hearing the soft voice the ant immediately deduce that the being above them is a human

It's a creature that they studied and memorize the action of, it's not because they're scared of humans, but it's the only creature that entered this forest that is weaker than them

So they considered it a luxury

Hearing Dexter's voice the ant underground didn't spare any time and rush to the ground above to hunt the luxury

The ground near dexter started to rise and an antenna-like thing arise in the soil

This phenomenon happened all around dexters surrounding but his just a human with no known ability so he couldn't see nor hear anything

The anti ants started to appear above the surface and they swiftly enter the bushes to locate Dexter's location

An anti ant can think of a plan and can remember unlike any ant that has the same blood as them but even with the knowledge there still not comparable to human

A human might be weak but their memory is no joke, back in the place where Dexter's school is located

Unlike demon den where strength is everything, in Dexter's home humans reign superior they even kill the animals to cook and eat

There are even multiple recipes to how to cook them properly where their true flavor can be seen and taste

There is also a place called a zoo where powerful animals that saw humans as their prey is locked, they are now being looked down upon by the humans and being played by the kids human have

In that world, humans are the strongest while those animals are the weak and can be considered as tame and pets

But this place unknown to dexter is different there's no such place in this forest where the race of humans is feared cause they are the weakest and can only survive by either tricking their own race or running away from everything that can be deemed as dangerous

The ant surround dexter as they got near his location the sound of bush and the small dried leaves in the ground

*crack*

*beuush*

*swooosh*

The sound of the bush become louder revealing the anti ant's location to dexter

"What the hell is some monster getting near me?!"

Dexter mumbled as he crawl toward the place where he can't hear the sound of the bushes so he thought of it as a safe place

'maybe I can get out of this pursuit if I just head straight'

Dexter thought as he crawl on the ground making the flesh in his right leg that has been cleanly cut touch the branch near him

His leg strangled in the branches and its flesh started to be poked by the nearby sticks but all dexter could do is to resist and continue to crawl

cause he can stop once the beast following him stopped which definitely won't happen any second

"Urrrrrkkk!"

Dexter bite his lips as he felt a painful sensation in his leg

One of the sticks bend down as his body crawl toward it and flicks toward the wound in his leg as he moves away

The pain sends tears from his eyes but stops in a second as if it recovered or maybe dexter body has become so injured that he can no longer feel pain

The anti ants arrived in the place they heard the voice of the human

They're so quick that it didn't even take them a minute after hearing the sound to get In this location,

With only one bush to push through and they can finally see the luxury food they rush toward the bush leaving the state where they become careful with their movement

The anti ant approach dexter location with extreme care as not to scare or to not to let the human know that they are coming for him so they go in the location in stealth

But they quickly abandoned that plan cause they only saw that they only need to pass through a thin bush to see the human and considering that it's the human he isn't fast enough to dodge an attack coming from that near

*Baaaag!*

The sound of somewhat explosion in Dexter's previous location

"I knew it something is following me!"

Dexter said with extreme anger cause he only wants to relax but someone or something already is taking him as a prey and wants him dead

The anti ant goes through to the bush with extreme speed just to find that nothing is in this location

But the bent and broken branches in the surrounding is a clue that there is something in here earlier

The ant pounded the ground with one of its legs furious that he's human prey had fled away from him

*Baaag!*
