Julia (Priya POV)

"Mom's gone. My momma is dead."

Blood flowed like water and the sight was terrifying. My younger brother was visibly shaking.

Poojah, my elder sister, came to me quietly and told me to calm down because I was visibly shaking.

Anas' men had gone into the house, looking for the flash drive, whereas it was with me. Since uncle was the only one in the living room, my sister told me to room away, far away but I was so scared to even stand up.

"I can't, I can't do it," I said whispering to her.

Anas dragged my younger brother by the hair, while he tried to struggle free from his grip.

"Do you want to watch your son, the hair to your wealth die?" He asked coldly and smirked.

My younger brother, being very smart hit Anas in the groin. Anas loosened his grip on him and the gun fell off Anas' hand. My younger brother used the opportunity and took the gun and pointed it at Anas.

"Son shoot, shoot," Dad said but Ric, my younger brother couldn't do anything.

"Come on shoot," Poojah said.

"If you shoot me and I die, you have committed a big sin and the goddess won't be happy with you."

"Don't listen to him son, shoot."

Ric pulled the trigger, and a loud shot was heard, but Anas was still alive; Ric clutched his chest, blood oozing like water from his mouth.

A loud gasp escaped my mouth. One of Anas' men came out.

"We didn't see anything, sir."

Anas narrowed his eyes, looking at dad.

"Seems you don't like your family."

"If we all die, you wouldn't see it, would you?" Dad asked.

"Sir, I noticed something while you were investigating this man here." One of Anas' men said.

"What exactly?"

"What you're looking for is right here in this sitting room. I know who's with it."

My heart skipped a beat it two. Dad glanced at me and signaled for me to leave the place immediately but I didn't want to. I wanted to make sure I kill at least one person before I left.

Anas noticed it and turned to face me.

"You're the one with it?"

"All those while, you watched me ranting and you did nothing. How dare you!" He thundered and I shook.

"Right now." He barked.

"She's not with it, I'm with it," Poojah said and I looked at her, shocked.

"What is she up to?" I asked myself.

"Here it is." She said opening her palm, revealing a flash drive and I was surprised.

I touched my pocket only to realize that it was still there.

It was fake then...

Anas' snatched it from her hand and examined it.

"Daughter, what did you do? He's gonna conquer the world with that." Dad said looking disappointed. He didn't know that it was fake.

Anas' grinned widely then scowled.

"Finish them all." He commanded.

"We've already given you what you want," Poojah said in-between tears, and Anas laughed.

"You think I'm not gonna kill you?" He asked and smirked.

"Son of a bit**h." Poojah cursed

"You're indirectly calling your grandma a bitch." He said.

"Sir," one of the men called. "We're wasting so much tone and we've got other things to do, let's waste them."

"Go on, but don't kill the girls. I've got to exercise my masculinity on them." He said and I immediately understood what he meant.

One of the men fired two bullets on dad's stomach and I shrieked with fright.

I was going to watch my whole family die without doing anything. It was not going how I planned.

One of the men charged towards me and wanted to rape me, but he was stopped by Anas.

"I'll have her for myself. I know she's still a virgin." He said and winked at me. I felt nauseous like I would soon throw up any moment.

He came towards me, pushed me down to the floor, and unbuckled his belt...
