Episode17- Sebastian vs. The Dragon (Part Two)

"Hah…? Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!"  Unable to contain himself, the dragon began to burst into a sudden laughter. "What exactly are you saying…? Do you really think you can beat me a dragon in a fight? You might be strong, but you are not enough to beat me now that I have my consciousness back… I'm going to be able to think and use all of my battles, dragons are gifted with knowledge. Being alive for so long we have learned new abilities and skills."

After flapping his wings in the air, the dragon let out another chuckle, he shot the butler with an intimidating look with a sharp smirk, "My race is above all in this world. A race that could fight on par with the demon race… A race that has a higher potential than the human race, I am going to destroy you and all of the people that can with you for my king."

With that, the dragon opened his mouth wide, channeling mana into his mouth— and a brilliant beam of light was slowly forming inside his mouth. He was hovering over the butler's body with a stern look in his eyes.

"....."

The butler, Sebastian's gaze was firmly placed on the dragon that was floating above him, even with the pressure that the dragon was released, he felt no fear at all, the only thing he could do was smile at the incompetent dragon because not only did he think he was weak… he thought he was a human.

Brillant lights were radiating around his mouth causing Sebastian to squint his eyes as the light slowly enveloped the dragon's body. The beams were channeling all over his body increasing the strength of the attack he was charging up in his mouth.

Before long, the dragon blew his breath, releasing the brilliant beam of light that was in his mouth. A beam that was something that could reduce the stars to ashes. A beam that was nothing but destruction.

Along with the beam of light, he fired something else from his mouth— a beam that was the same as the one he released before his second one. The beam had the same power as his first beam. His time was faster than with the second beam because he was planning to release two in the first place.

Even with the power of the beams quickly making its way toward the butler, he stood in the same place.

"Haaaaa." Sebastian raised his hand, placing his hand in front of the face where the beam was approaching him, and grabbed the beams stopping them from going any further. The beams had enough power to destroy the stars, so of course, if he let the beams do too much, then they would reduce the world to ashes.

The beams were still being blocked by his hand and he showed no signs of struggling.

"Huh…?!"

In an instant, the brilliant beams of light were shattered like glasswork, showering the area before disappearing from the world.

With just his physical strength, he crushed one of the beams and noticed the second one approaching him at speeds that were beyond light speed. He lifted his index finger, flicking the second beam, shattering it like glass.

"Beams that could reduce the world— no it was a beam that could reduce the stars the ashes and maybe some of the things beyond."

Smirking at the sudden turn of events, the dragon shot a sharp look pointing his long fingernails at the butler, "I see you are strong enough to handle that kind of strike from me. Well, I guess we are going to be able to fight somewhere we I get to have more power at…"

Saying that, the dragon leaped into action, flying through the sky as if gravity had suddenly disappeared from the world.

"....Hmmm! Interesting! It looks like he is going to show me something interesting, and it doesn't matter how far I go because Master is still going to see my every move, no matter how far I go, the screen he's using can play anything, no matter what dimension the thing is in."

He already knew what the dragon was trying to achieve, but he wanted to see how much power the dragon currently had so, he flew in the air to meet the dragon.

He slid up by all of the trees surrounding him, its far end far out of sight, continuing higher and higher.

Finally, Sebastian broke through the thick layers of clouds and reached the fastness of the deep-blue sky.

"You have finally arrived… let's go ahead and get this fight started," the dragon suddenly disappeared, reappearing behind the butler, swinging his tail trying to land an attack on the butler, his movements were swift and he was infused with mana.

Sebastian turned his body, dodging the attack of the dragon before through an attack of his own. Infusing his fist with mana, he connected fists to the dragon's jaw knocking him further into the sky.

Shockwaves were sent throughout the whole world, but thanks to the barrier that was placed around the world, none of the attacks that would be exchanged between the powerful beings would destroy the world.

Flying after the dragon, he threw another attack sending the dragon flying through the vast sky.

The dragon caught his balance in mid-air by flapping his wings through the air.

Sebastian clapped his hands together— the trees that were below them started to stretch into the vast deep-blue sky, expanding in every single direction.

Each of the trees was infused with mana and Ki otherwise known as the Unkown energy. The energy that the magic knights used. And every single tree that was approaching the sky crushed the dragon's body in an instant, nothing could be seen, but the blood from the dragon dripping from the trees.

This dragon has the ability to heal his physical body no matter how many times it's destroyed… so show me what you can do with all the power you hold inside of your body.

Hou…. It looks like the dragon is starting to reform his whole body. Well, it looks like it's restoring all of his organs and bones.

He looked at the dragon as he was restoring his physical body, but that wasn't the only thing that he was restoring since, the attack that was sent at him before crushed his soul along with his body, so he couldn't help but stare at the dragon in amazement.

The fangs of the dragon grew shaper and the body of the dragon expanded, not only was the dragon getting stronger, but he grew heads on his body. The once one-headed dragon was no more because it evolved into a three-headed dragon.

"You seemed to have evolved is this the special ability of the dragons…?"

The main ability of the dragon race was they keep growing stronger after coming back from death. Since they had the ability to restore their physical bodies and souls even if they were completely destroyed or obliterated.

That was one of the reasons why the dragon was strong, along with enteral youth, they could revive themselves from death, but some people had the ability to bypass those kinds of things and Sara Mahinu was one of the people that could bypass immortality.

"Now that I have involved… It's over for you."

In response to those words, the dragon roared destroying all of the trees that were surrounding the area, and he released a beam of pure light from his mouth.

"Hou…!"

Sebastian in turn raised his hand, channeling his mana in the area, and restored the trees that were destroyed.

….The once-destroyed trees were being restored from below, and even though he was floating in the fast deep-blue sky, he was restoring the tress back to their original state, he controlled the trees and let them be damaged, so he didn't want to leave the area damaged.

The dragon gave a victorious smirk, "I told you, that you are not going to be able to beat me. Now as you can see, this is going to be my win."

He was confident that he was going to be able to beat the butler, as he thought that the evolution process of the dragon race was going to put him above the butler in their battle.

"You thought that your attacks were going to be enough to beat me, but that is not going to be happening this time because I have grown stronger, that's all there is to it. But you actually thought that an inferior race was going to be able to beat someone of a higher race… howev—..."

"Do you think that humans are really below dragons!?" Sebastian interrupted, "There are a lot of humans that are above you… you actually think just because of the dragon blood that you have that you are instantly placed above all humans… and do this knowing full well that the strongest human, but the head of you race without breaking a sweat."

"Huh…? What are you on about? I know that—that human is the strongest throughout all three of the worlds, but nobody else would be able to compare to our race except for her."

As Sebastian listened to the words of the dragon, his body was submerged in darkness, and he started to release the unknown power that was deep inside his body. Throughout the whole fight he had only used his power once, all attacks that were made by him were pure physical attacks. But then again, the black aura surrounding his body was getting stronger and stronger by the passing second.

"Unfortunately, I don't have time to play around…" the butler said with a small smirk on his face. "If this was a different kind of time, I would've joked around a bit. But I remember master telling me to kill you…"

Sebastian appeared before the dragon and kicked him five times all over his large body.

And then, he snapped his fingers—the stars and moon had cracked. Reality itself began to shatter as he kept a cool expression

"Unity…"

Suddenly, a barrier covered the dragon's body.

Nothing could be heard from outside the barrier.

Inside Unity, the dragon was screaming and crying. But his voice went unheard in the real world. All he could see was a colorless, microscopic world. Even the dust particles seemed to be plants—the stars began shrinking along with his body.

Sebastian shrunk the man's size. But he knew it wasn't going to be enough to kill him.

He drew a magic circle before staring at the dragon. "Keltz,"

He fired a colorless beam that destroyed the barrier. Keltz was the type of spell that destroyed a person's soul. A soul was said to contain concepts, knowledge, and all other things, and he had erased it along with his existence. The effects of Keltz were said to be irreversible.

"Well, that was the end to a pointless fight…" he muttered. "Well, it's time for me to go home now, I will not be returning master…"

The butler said those words before flying off deep into the cosmos.

[A/N] If you think this fight was underwhelming then I feel you. I made a mistake and forgot to write a part, so I came up with the first ending I could. I write daily. Although I have only begun publishing arc three, I have written almost finished five arcs. So it took me a while to post today's chapter.... sorry for the delay.
