Episode 49- Witch of the Dark Star...

Illayaka pointed her pistols at her father, they were the same pistols that she used when she was fighting with the demons a couple of days ago. Her pistols were gathering mana from all over the area, and she started to firmly grip her pistol.

"We are about to start our attack Papa so… be ready!" Illayaka said, placing her index finger on the trigger of her gun, "...Let's dance fathers, but first let us start this battle off with a… Bang!"

After saying that, she fired countless bullets at her father. Well, normally the bullets would be normal bullets, but the ones that she shot at her father were ones that held some of the elements. Portals that were the color of darkness formed and the bullets disappeared.

However, even after shouting her gun she was still not finished preparing her attack, and after a couple of seconds, the portals started to vibrate, shaking the entire world.

A split second later, weapons started to fly out of the portals, moving toward Shito at a speed that surpassed that of light—the weapons constants of all diverse types of weapons.

Looking at the weapons that were flying towards him, Shito blanked his eyes destroying all the weapons that were in his range.

Illya appeared in front of her father with a firm grip on her sword, "Don't forget about me, Papa! We twins are going to fight together." she said, swinging her swords at her father. The speed of her sword could transcend that of time if that was what she genuinely wanted.

Her sword was heavier than a star… not the sword could destroy the whole universe if she had dropped it. Even with the sword being that heavy, Illya still could swing the sword like she was swinging a stick.

Nearing his face, Shito gently swung his sword, parrying the sword strike that his daughter sent at him. The stick was enhanced with his mana, so it was comparable to a high-grade weapon.

High-grade weapons were weapons that were made from galactic stones. The galactic stones were the best thing materials to use to make weapons. People of the world were limited to how many stones they could receive because Sara Mahinu was one of the only people that could go into the depths of the galaxy and come back out alive. She limited the amount everyone could receive so she could prevent the wide spread of the weapons. High-grade weapons were items that people would kill each other over.

Illayaka and Illya had weapons that were comparable to that of high-grade weapons, but that was because their swords and guns were limited to how much mana they could release. But that was something that was not going to get in the way of their attacks at the moment because…

Illya smirked, "I knew this attack wasn't going to work, but I'm not fighting alone."

"You didn't forget about me did you, Papa!" Illayaka said, pointing her gun at her father's head. Her movements were instantaneous, even faster than any kind of teleportation spell that existed.

Once more, Illya thrust her sword near her father's chest. Since her sister was aiming for his head, it was only natural that she aimed for his body since if they both attacked him at different spots then one would hit but—

"Come on now, girls. That isn't going to be enough to hit me, so you are going to have to do better than that. Aim at me with the intent to kill me because you are still trying not to hit me, so you are unconsciously holding back." Shito said, gently smiling.

Swing his stick, A sudden wind gust formed, pushing the girls away from Shito. The stick released a heavy pressure that created wind.

Wow, papa is strong… if we were someone else then that attack would've probably knocked us out of existence. But even so—

Those were the thoughts of the twins as they quickly glanced at each other.

Nodding their heads, Illya suddenly stepped in front of her sister, and she started to slowly float off the ground. Her swords started to glow gold and her hair started to glow brightly. While the color was still the same, you could see how light the color was with the sudden glow to it.

… Hmm, I guess that I have to use that ability I unlocked a while back. The ability was called… uh, it was called… ah… it was called Astrohollow Manifestation.

A sudden magic formation formed over Illya's head and her body was suddenly engulfed in a shadowy light. Her outfit changed and her long light sandy-blond hair flowed, in her legs were covered in black armor that was light as a feather. The shirt that she was wearing was white and sleeveless, but her arms were covered by a long cloak, that was jet-black with the bottom of the cloak being covered in gold and blue specks that shined brightly almost like the starry night sky. The most visible part of her clock was the bright starry night color that covered the entire inside of her clock, even more beautiful than was shown on the outside.

Opening her eyes, Illya looked at her father, and a dark blue star was present in her eyes. The magic formation that was over her head was the same color as the cloak she was wearing. Illayaka was slowly becoming one with the stars because that was the power she held as the—

".... Starlight Witch," Shito muttered, looking at his daughter's sudden transformation.

—Starlight Witch. The name of the person that becomes one with the stars, but that would be the name normally but, in her case, it was different because of her body being combined with the void. For her transformation now she would be named the Witch of the Empty Star.

Before the two twins had the powers of their parents separately, but now they were starting to form their own powers by combining what they already have. That was the reason for the name 'dark star' because she inherited her father's darkness along with her mother's lightness.

Illya looked at her father and smiled, "No Papa, I'm not the starlight witch… I'm the witch of the dark star. Your daughter."

After saying that, Tenka looked up at the sky, noticing that it had already changed back to the normal light color. But after a few seconds, stars flooded the sky and the sky darkened.

Holding her hand in the air, Stars shake and fall to the ground. The stars were being controlled by her and she was combining them to make a very lethal attack.

A beam of light was forming in her hand that was condensed purely from the energy of the stars.

"Starry Phantasma!"

As those words came out of her mouth, Illya opened her right hand and thrust his palm forward.

Then, five three-dimensional magic formations formed around her body. One of the magic formations was below her feet, and the other magic formations covered her body from each angle. All five of the magic formations protected her whole body from any kind of harm.

In the next moment, a gigantic beam of light that was condensed from the stars was released from Illya's right hand. The beam continued in a straight line that was aimed at their father.

What followed could be called something that was completely 'Destructive'. Everything in the path of the beam was destroyed. The attack was enough to collapse higher worlds because of how many destructible properties that was continued on the inside. A barrier was placed on Shito that completely nullified attacks, but even that was destroyed when the beam reached him.

Finally, the brightly radiating beam of light settled down.

Silence. Steadiness, and stillness. They could barely see a moving object near the aura that their father was standing in because of the smoke that was caused by the beam coming into contact with something.

"...H-Huh…?"

The visual of the sight had finally settled down and they could see a person coming into view. It was their father who was standing unsheathed by the blast that was aimed at him. Even though he himself was unscathed everything that was around him was crystallized.

"That was a good spell… but that isn't going to be enough to harm me…"

The spell that nullified any kind of supernatural power was Manivoid. He was using that spell to nullify the attack that his daughters sent towards him, even though he could nullify the spell with the 'Manivoid' spell. This spell was created to help Shito survive in the realm of the void when he explored it over five years ago.

Both girls knew the spell that he was using, after all, they wielded some of the spells that he used.

"...W-Well father should you be using this kind of spell… You can nullify all types of supernatural abilities so that would be unfair…!" Illayaka looked at her father, shivering a bit. She was a little scared to fight against the ability he was using because there was really no counter.

"I'm not going to keep using this ability. So, there is no reason for you to be scared of this ability because you can counter this ability anyway."

"How can we counter this ability…—!"

Illayaka came to a sudden stop finally figuring out the counter to the ability 'Manivoid'. Upon hearing there was a counter to the power, Illya had already figured it out deep down, but it finally came to her mind before she could get her sentence out.

"You finally figured out the way to counter this ability?" Shito asked, curiously. "You are a smart girl… no you are beyond that of what we could call smart since you girls can read hundreds of books in a matter of seconds."

"Even though it's not a counter. However, the people who have the ability can nullify another person who has this same ability. But since this is an ability that cannot be copied, nobody had a way to counter it. We only have this ability because you gave it to use and with that, we now have the counter to the ability."

Shito smiled looking at his daughter, "You are really smart."
