Episode 26- High-ranking Magic: Bloodline Transfer

In the endless white space, three people stood looking at each other. One was Shito Mahinu, and he was creating a comfortable place for his daughter to lie down on. The other one was Tenka Vermillion, and their daughter Illya Mahinu. They were just looking at Shito as he was controlling the white space. 

Tenka looked around the space, trying to figure out what exactly was happening on the inside. The endless space was filled with mana, and the mana was pure. 

I already know that time has come to a stop but… What is with this white space, it is endless, and it is filled with mana. 

Although she did not know how big the space was, she concluded that it was infinite. It was known that nothing infinite could fit into a finite space, and the mana that was around the whole area was infinite. Furthermore, the plain white space was an equivalent size to the world they just came from, and the world they came from was infinite in size. 

Tenka looked at her daughter, noticing that her eyes were sparking from excitement. The joy of becoming a family with them was building up inside of her. Of course, she did not know that herself since it would be her first time having a family. 

"You look excited. Are you ready to change your bloodline?" 

Looking up at her mother, Illya nodded her head. "...Yeah, I guess I am ready," she said, smiling at her mother. While the smile was not as bright as a normal young girl's, you could tell she was really trying her best to smile. 

Shito looked at Illya, and slightly lifted his hand in the air. Illya started floating in the air. He was using magic to pick her up and send her to the bed he created for her. Shito did not like to make any small talk. 

When she arrived at the bed, Shito walked towards her, and slowly with his mind, he started to move the girl to the bed. They did not have all day to wait around there. Even though time was stopped, stopping it for too long would probably get the attention of a higher-level being and that was something that he did not want to deal with at that time. It was not that they were stronger than him… fighting would be too annoying knowing that you do not even have to confront them and the first place. 

"I am going to change your bloodline now. Are you ready?" 

"Yes, I am ready." 

With no hesitation, Shito started to channel his mana into the little girl's body. The spell he was going to use was not a spell people should go around using. The spell can completely alter and change a person's existence. By no means was this a spell that could be wielded by normal mages or even the highest-ranking mages? You got to reach a level that was above that. All the mages of the world are given a title once they reach beyond the highest rank a mage could reach. Other rare powers are given to the people that reach that rank like the ability to manipulate fate. 

Sara Mahinu also received her name being recognized as one of the greatest mages. The mage of eternity was a name that she gave herself and the name that she was recognized by the entire world. However, she did not have one title because people called her different things. 

Tenka walked up to Shito, gently placing her hand on his shoulder. She could not believe that he was starting the process of changing their daughter's bloodline without her being beside him. 

"Were you going to leave me out of this? I wanted to be here and watch it too!" Tenka shouted. 

"No, I did not leave you out… I was going to call you over soon but never mind that. Put your finger in front of my face. I need to do something right quick." 

Upon hearing his request, Tenka immediately stuck her index finger in front of his face. Shito looked at it for a while and bit her finger leaving a little cut. 

Tenka's face turned bright red, her whole body felt like it was heated up, and she turned her head away from her from him. 

"Wh-Why… did you bite my finger?" 

"Stop looking at me like that, it's for our daughter. Place a drop of your blood over her head. I am going to make her body absorb it, and through that, I am going to alter her whole bloodline." 

"...Ok," Tenka said, walking over to her daughter who was lying peacefully on the bed, unconscious. The mana that was being inserted into her body was strong enough to knock her unconscious, so she would not feel anything. 

Standing over her daughter's body, Tenka put her finger over her daughter's head and let a single drop of blood drip from her finger onto the girl's forehead. 

Illya's body started to glow, and her hair started to shine brightly. 

Shito walked over to his daughter and put his finger over his daughter's forehead. He cut his finger and let a single drop of blood flow from his finger. 

"Now that, that has finished start channeling your mana into her body like I am." 

"Why should I do that? Would not her body get destroyed having the mana of two magic knights?" Tenka asked a little worried about giving her daughter the mana that she possessed. Magic-knights already die from not being able to control the 'unknown power' that they get from mixing ki and mana. 

"No, her body is going to be stronger than any other knight." 

Tenka trusted the words of Shito, after all, he did not seem like the person that would kill his own daughter. No matter how indifferent he looked on the outside. She could feel the emotions that he had inside of his body, she could notice that he cared for Zero-Two after naming her as his daughter. 

"Ok… I will believe in you." 

After saying those words, Tenka started to channel her mana inside her daughter, Illya's body. Illya started to glow in a bright light. The light was similar to the light her mother Tenka released when she first unlocked the 'unknown power.' 

Shito looked at her body and started to analyze her, trying to check if anything was wrong with her body, and he quickly noticed some locks and chains that were deep inside her body. There we were made from pure mana and the chains and locks were binding her, it was a spell that bound human emotions. 

I see now, that was why she was still showing emotions even though assassins were said to have no at all. The reason was the seal on her emotions was breaking and every assassin had one. Some got theirs when they reached the age of three and some of them got the seals of their very own will. 

Looking at the seals that were binding his daughters' emotions, Shito's eyes shined brightly, and the chains faded away. He nullified the effects of the chains and completely obliterated them back to nothingness. 

Illya's hair started to change colors, and it turned sandy-blond, the same color as her father Shito's hair. 

"Wow… she got the same hair color as you." 

Before he could even say anything, Illya's eyes opened revealing the same eye color that Tenka had after combing her ki and mana. 

"...And she got the same eye color as you." 

Thus, this was the end of the transformation of her new body. A transformation that proved fruitful. The little girl, Illya Mahinu's entire appearance changed, and she looked like a mixture of both her parents. 

Shito looked at his daughter, watching what she was going to do next. After all, she just had her emotions unsealed. He needed to see what she was going to do. 

Illya looked at her parents and smiled brightly. "Hello, Mama and Papa," she said running towards her parents with her arms wide out. She was going to show her newfound emotions to her parents. After all the time she had her emotions bottled up inside of her, she could finally act like a kid. Something that she should have been doing for a while. 

Illya jumped into her parents' arms, pulling them into a hug while smiling brightly. The emotions were rapidly flowing out, and she was acting like a normal ten-year-old girl. 

Tenka smiled at the girl hugging her. "Hey… there my daughter." 

Shito looked at his daughter and noticed that her power was radiating from her body. Illya already had unlocked the 'unknown power' because she received it from her parents along with her blood. She also gained some of the magical abilities that her parents had. The abilities she got from her parents were currently unknown and he knew what he should say to his daughter. 

"Do you want to go out and show your powers?" 

"Hey, Shito! Why would you ask her that!? She is still just a child!" 

Illya nodded her head, looking at Shito whose facial expression had not changed, "I can tell that you are very serious about this… so I accept the to go see what new power I got, papa." she said very seriously. She could feel his emotions and how strongly he felt about this matter. There was something deeper than what his face was showing. 

"Shito… what are you trying to do to our daugh—" 

Tenka was suddenly interrupted by a ringing in her head, and she could hear someone talking in her head. Recognizing the voice, she looked over at her daughter. 

"Mama don't say anything!" Illya said talking with her mother through her head via telepathy. 

"What do you mean do not say anything? He is going to put you through something that you do not must do." 

"He is going to destroy the assassin's guild... I can feel it inside of his body, that he wants everyone in the assassin's guild dead." Illya said, looking at her mother. She did not know how but the emotions that her dad was not showing were something she could feel. But she knew that it had something to do with the power she and her papa shared. 

Tenka had recognized why he wanted her to fight the assassin's guild because if what her daughter said was true then her papa hated the assassin's guild. 

"...Ok, I see now. I guess I could allow that."
