Episode 18-   The day of the date.

On the morning of the day, they arranged their date together. Shito Mahinu stood waiting at the gates of the academy. Shito was not in his usual uniform; he had on an official military uniform, complete with decorated gold jewels, a jet-black double-breasted frock coat, A black fur-lined coat, black trousers, and boots.

His hair was left loose, and it flowed past his waist. Beautiful sandy-blond, and bright caramel eyes that shined like diamonds.

—Maybe, I went a little overboard with my outfit, I hope she does not mind me wearing all of this. I mean it is a little embarrassing... And it's kind of taking her so long. We live in the same dorm room…

Shito and Tenka lived in the dorm room that was close to the school, which was dorm number one, each of the dorms was grouped in buildings between the first to third years. Meaning that every dorm building was each for the different years, first years get their own building, and so on. Each building is on a different side of the campus with the first-year building being the closest to the school and the third year being the farthest from the school.

"I am here…! Sorry for keeping you waiting. It took me so long to get my outfit ready!"

Hearing the familiar voice, he turned his head about to say something to the person who was talking to him.

"No, it's all righ–"

Shito's voice suddenly stopped coming out of his mouth as he stared at the beautiful woman who was standing before him in awe. The Vermillion princess put her all into finding the perfect outfit to wear and it paid off. Tenka was wearing a beautiful gown that was made from the finest materials, a gown that showed some of her curves but not too much since she did not want to expose her body to all the people.

Tenka looked different than she did any other day, she was even prettier than she usually was. Her beautiful long, flaxen crimson red hair and the color of her gown made her stand out even more, making the best use of the color of her hair, Tenka looked better than she did in the clothes she was currently in when she did her usual school uniform.

There was only one word to describe her, and the word was–

Beautiful... Absolutely stunning, this is going to be a worthwhile date, but she has not looked up at me since she arrived. I wonder why that is. Shito thought looking at the Vermillion princess, who was staring directly at the ground. Tenka was so busy doing something that she did not even get to look at his outfit.

He looked at the woman with a calm expression. "Tenka Vermilion, look at me."

"...Huh, what happened–!!"

Tenka suddenly stopped talking, looking at the beautiful transfer student standing before her. He was standing under a halo of light, and the scenery around him complimented his beauty well. What kind of person is so beautiful that the scene around him adapts to him? What kind of magic allows one to do something like that? Tenka's silence was long, but she quickly figured out that he was not using any type of magic. The personality he gives off is that he does not care about anything around him but– Everything in the world looked like it cared about him, enough so that it would tune the surroundings that were around him to make him stand out even more than he already did. A handsome man who charms stood before all the people in the world, a charm that would even shame the gods.

Tenka admired the sight before her.

What is this? Can someone in this world be this beautiful? And the black he has one makes him even more beautiful and he is 170 centimeters (about twice the length of a baseball bat) in height…

Tenka smiled, looking at Shito who was standing in front of her, she was slightly shorter than him standing around the height of 165 centimeters (about 5.41 ft). The two just stared at each other, trying to figure out how to break the silence between them.

"What are we going to do today?" Tenka asked, trying to figure out what they would be doing for the entire day together. She had not planned anything for them to do, and she did not care for anything too special, spending time with him was the only thing that mattered to her.

"Let's just have fun and wander around together… we can eat food while we are out together," Shito said looking at the beautiful Vermillion princess.

The Vermillion princess smiled brightly. "Ok, we can do that if that is really what you want to do!"

"Let us get moving then, time isn't going to wait for us all day," Shito said, walking towards Tenka, holding his hand in front of her, and waiting for her to grab it.

Tenka looked at his hand, knowing full well why he stuck his hand out, she was not going to leave him hanging because she genuinely loved holding his hand, it gave off a warm feeling.

Grabbing his hand, Tenka smiled brightly, her touch was gentle, and she gave off a warm feeling.

"Ok, let us get moving then."

The two held each other hands, walking towards the city that was about twenty meters away from the school. The school was not too far away from the kingdom of Telmauth, a kingdom that housed some of the best knights. The kingdom was one of the four great kingdoms.

The Four Great Kingdoms.

The kingdoms were like any other kingdom, each of the kingdoms had their respective families that represented their kind. The four great kingdoms were, Telmauth, Shigou, Tenma, and Veeral kingdom. Those were the four great kingdoms of the humans. There were villages of the other kingdoms and there was the great demon territory. A territory that housed some territory monsters that were ruthless. All the kingdoms have schools that teach and give birth to some of the strongest knights and mages in the world.

In the kingdom of Telmauth, a city that was full of stores and buildings, two students stood inside the gates of the kingdom, staring at all the stores. One was Shito Mahinu, standing there with his beautiful face that was attracting the eyes of everyone in the kingdom. The other was Tenka Vermillion, a girl who was beautiful with her eyes shining like sapphire. Her hair was silky smooth, and her skin looked like it was shining brightly, it was as if the girl was bathed in a divine light.

Not all kingdoms are the same, and not all kingdoms have the exact same things. Of course, they could trade and get some of the others, but a person traveled through all the kingdoms and changed them around basing them on different themes. The kingdom Telmauth was a basic kingdom with things like the modern-day world, but the others might be based on times that were different from the modern-day world.

The person who was said to have designed the kingdoms had knowledge that transcended the knowledge that the people of the world had at the time. Everything including the books they read was said to be produced by the man that had all that knowledge.

An extremely smart person who could do anything without the need for strength. With strength, people could achieve anything they wanted to, but with both strength and intelligence, one could accomplish anything that someone with pure strength could not do. Being muscle and having no brains could get someone killed because in the world of fighting people would do anything to survive, and if you can tell your opponent's next move then you are going to die.

"Hey, let's keep going… we have a lot of time to make the best use of the off day we have from school," Tenka said in a hurry to get their day started. She wanted to make the most of her time outside of school, the only time they would be going out on a date for a while.

"...Okay, but do not pull my hand too hard. Remember I can walk perfectly fine." Shito said, getting dragged away by the Vermillion princess, knowing that if he did not say anything she was going to keep dragging him away.

"I just wanted to hurry up and start spending our time together." Tenka said, "The time we have together is not going to last forever, so it's best to make use of all we have right now."

Shito just stared at her, to some extent— everything she said was the truth, but something was false. That was because he was strong enough to make spending time with her forever possible, with power anything could be possible.

—Spending time together... Huh? If that were really what she wanted then it could be possible, via time control… I could control time in this world and make use of it to spend time together, but I would like everyone to see us spending our time together. My time-stop ability would not go away. If I stop time, I would be able to make it last for tens of thousands of years even longer than that.

With those thoughts, Shito started to walk forward slowly, holding the Vermillion princess's hand tightly. Their date needed to get started and they were wasting time just standing around.

"Let's get this started, we are wasting our time standing around her. Like you said time is not going to stop for use."

"Well, let's get our day started then, Shito!"

With that, the two students started walking through the big city, exploring to see what they were going to do for their date.
