Episode 11- The Day of the Tournament
The next morning.
Two figures stood in the middle of the living room. One of them was Shito Mahinu. He was wearing his Lemore Academy uniform, but the style he was wearing it in was different than usual. His uniform was jacket was over his shoulder it was using it like a cape. You could see his black undershirt. The other was Tenka Vermillion, and she was just looking at Shito, trying to figure out why he changed his style.
Tenka couldn't help but notice how handsome he looked. Even though he looked the same as he always did, the jack sort of made him stand out even more.
"What are you doing? Are you going to wear your school uniform like that?"
"Yeah… do you not like my new style?" he asked, looking at Tenka. He wondered why she was asking questions like that after all, he was not the type of person who cares about hate and things, but he was going to change it if she didn't like it.
Turning her head away from him, Tenka started to pout, looking at his new style. There was nothing wrong with it, but he looked even more handsome than he did before. He was always a handsome-looking guy but the way he looked now made him look… different.
Shito grabbed her hand and looked at the ceiling of the room. "Are you jealous or something? Why are you even pouting?"
"...Because you look better than you usually do. I don't want all of the other girls walking up to you and trying to get close to you," she said, looking out the window of the dorm. She was not usually jealous of anything but once you start having kids with someone you would naturally want to keep the person and the kids safe and out of other people's sight.
He looked at her before looking back at her room door, Illayaka and Illya were still in the room getting dressed, the two were inside duplicating the clothes that he had bought for Illya. Since they were twins the two of them naturally wanted to wear the same clothes.
But the reason he was looking at the door was to avert his gaze away from Tenka. She was standing beside him speaking her feelings. Feelings that came directly from the heart and he didn't know what to say but—
"I'm not interested in any of the other women in the world. It's going to be me, you, and our kids. No one else."
—Shito was going to speak from his heart. He honestly had no interest in any of the other girls in the world. Tenka was the only person he was interested in, and it stemmed from the fact that he could see her power. She had the potential to be the strongest, and she was willing to do anything to get there. That was one of the reasons he was interested in her.
Tenka had a will and an aura like no other. Shito most times sealed his abilities, but Shito could feel the intentions of the people that approached him. So, the girls that would approach him were most times covered in a black aura, which meant they had terrible attention, or their feelings were fake. He was beautiful, so girls would usually approach him just to get together with him. That was one of the reasons he avoided being around people.
The aura Tenka was covered in was blueish silver, a symbol that meant she was a good person. A symbol that everything she was thinking was pure. She was standing right beside him and was still covered in the aura. So, he was naturally able to be comfortable around her soft touch.
Void Eyes was the name of the ability he used to have since the feelings of people. There were more things the ability could do. Like, negate immortality and all abilities. He could permanently destroy people by erasing them from the world.
"Mama and Papa, we are finished!" The twins ran out of the room shouting. They were both dressed in one-piece dresses that were pink in color, their legs were covered in black leggings, and the shoes they were wearing were pink.
The two girls looked like porcelain dolls. The two were beautiful little girls who were ready to go out and support their parents' fight.
Shito looked at his two daughters and walked towards them. When he arrived in front of them, Shito grabbed them and placed both of them on his shoulder. Illya was sitting on his left shoulder, and Illayaka was sitting on his right shoulder.
He started to use mana, and the girls were stuck in place on his shoulder. The gravity was different for them. He had made it so that they would not fall off of his shoulder when he started walking.
"Before we go, I have to ask you a question."
Illayaka and Illya looked at the father and smiled. "What do you want to ask, papa?" they said looking down at their father. They had no idea what he was going to ask them but whatever he asked they were going to give him the true answer and not lie to him.
Shito could feel the abilities of his daughter and he knew that they were gaining more of his abilities. Even though he had some abilities that they couldn't use. Most of the abilities he had unsealed at the moment the girls could use.
Being the daughter of the void king had its perks. Shito himself was like a void or you could say he was even darker than the void. The void was said to represent nothingness but there was a civilization created in the void. The void had a lot of strong beings in it.
"Do you two have the ability… Void Eyes?" Shito whispered to his daughters. Tenka couldn't hear what he was saying but she knew it was a private conversation between them and she didn't want to interrupt them.
Hearing that question, the two girls went into a deep silence. They knew they had to answer the question that their father was asking. Both of them had the ability to use the skill of void eyes.
As a matter of fact, the two of them were practicing the skill in their mother's room before they came out. The two were using magic skills and started to negate each other's magic attacks.
"How did you know we had that ability?" the two girls whispered back in unison. They didn't want their mother to be her because it was something that she wouldn't understand. Even though neither of them understood the details of the ability they knew that they could negate magic attacks and that was not something that was common in the world they were in.
"The abilities you have received are a combination of me and your mother's so I can see what abilities you received. I didn't expect you to have received more abilities than I have given to you."
"...Oh, that should be expected." the two girls said in unison.
Tenka looked at the clock on the way and noticed that they were running a little late, and they had to go to the arena. Their battles would be starting soon, so they had to go ahead and get this fight over with.
"Let's go… we are running late."
"...Ok." the three shouted in unison. They didn't want to make her upset so they complied with everything she just said. After all, she was the mother of the house, and making her upset was bound to cause a lot of trouble.
Thus, the family of four walked out of the dorm room and headed toward the arena to start their battles. He knew that his sister would probably be in a secluded area where no one could see her, so he was going to send his daughters to be with his sister.
Teleporting them to the arena. Shito and his family safely arrived at the arena, they immediately noticed the dome-shaped arenas that were dotted around the room and the audience seats that were for the people watching.
Looking around the arena, he noticed a window above the seats of the audience, they were tainted, and you couldn't see through them. He knew that that was the room his sister was in. The windows were tinted to stop people from seeing what they were doing but they could see everything that was happening perfectly clearly.
"I'm going to go drop off the kids with their aunt… I'm going to be back soon."
"...Ok."
With that, he teleported inside the room. His sister was going to be expecting him, after all, she knew he was not going to leave his kids alone in the audience seats.
Upon arriving in the room, Shito noticed there was more than just his sister in the room. There were five people in the room, and they were the five great mages of the world. They were second to his older sister. She was the strongest and known as the strongest mage and the world and the other five were recognized as five of the strongest mages in the world after Sara.
