Epilogue– The Tournaments Long Awaited Conclusion

"Lucia Komeiji's blade has shattered! The long-awaited battle looks like it has finally come to an end! Will she be able to continue to fight!? Contestant Lucia has fallen, and she looks motionless!"

Everyone in the audience stands holding their breaths, waiting to see if she can continue the fight. They watched as the announcer teleported inside the arena and walked toward Lucia to see if she could still continue the fight. For a brief period of time, he stood over her body, analyzing her with mana before coming to his conclusion.

"The judgment has been made! Lucia Komeiji will not be able to continue this match! A great end to a perfect fight! The best student in the class has fallen! The winner of this match is Shito Mahinu!"

The moment the winners' names were shouted through the mic, cheers from the audience broke out and shook the entire arena. The audience started to raise their faces in shock.

"N—, No way… he actually won against the best student in the school…."

"It seems that way…."

"...But even with her dominating force of power, she was still barely able to make a scratch on him."

"I mean…. Look at his uniform…"

"You are right, she didn't even pierce his skin, but she completely tore off the sleeve of his uniform jacket."

The entire arena turned into a crowd of excitement and envy. Amidst the ceaseless cheering of the audience, Shito walked over to Lucia, who was still lying on the ground. He already knew that she was pretending to be knocked out.

"Are you going to get up now, Lucia?"

Lucia sighed, hearing the voice of her friend who was standing over her body, "Of course, you noticed that I was still awake."

Turning her body over, she looked up at her friend who was standing over her body. The two had gone through an epic match. A match that she wanted to win badly, so deep down, she couldn't help but feel upset, but at the same time, she was happy that someone had finally defeated her.

Reaching his hand out, Shito's gaze was still placed on his friend, and he was going to help her up off the ground. After a good battle, the only thing that he wanted was to help his friend up and make sure they could fight one day in the future.

Taking his hands, Lucia let herself be pulled up by Shito. The bitter feeling deep inside her body had completely disappeared. There was no reason for her to feel anything because she lost. After all, they would be fighting in the near future, so she had the chance to settle the score later on.

"That was a good match, for sure. For the moment, it's the best match I have ever had with anyone that is around my age." he said, staring at the heavens, "Let's do it again, so another time."

"I was thinking the same thing you were, one day in the future… Let us have another match like the one we had today."

"Paapaaaaaaa!"

Hearing two familiar voices, the two quickly turned their heads, looking at the two little girls who were standing in front of the purple gates of the arena.

Illayaka and Illya, what are they doing down here? Well, it's not like it really matters. The battle is over anyway.

The twins ran to their father, hugging him tightly. They had been waiting to see some of the things their father could do in battle, and they were happy to watch him fight even if he wasn't at full power, but that was something they didn't know. After all, they could never really tell what percent of power he was using since the seven seals were on his body.

Grabbing his daughter's hands, Shito started walking off the stage, heading to the purple gate. They had been in the arena for far too long, and it was time for them to return home.

Shito turned his head back, looking at the hero who was still standing in the same place, "Come on, we have people that are probably waiting for us outside of these gates, Lucia."

Hearing that, Lucia immediately thought of her friend Lilith and started to walk to the purple gate. That was the only way to leave the arena unless people decided to teleport out of the arena.

"Papa! It seemed like you had a lot of fun when you were fighting today! Are you satisfied with the fight that you had today…!?" Illayaka asked curiously, "I've seen you smile a couple of times in that battle, and smiling is something you rarely do!"

"I guess you could say that I enjoyed myself…. Why do you ask?"

"I don't know… it just seemed like you were enjoying yourself, so I wanted to know how you felt during your fight."

"Hmmm…. You know…. You are quite a curious child. I wonder who you inherited that gene from."

Illayaka looked up at her father and smiled, "I might have been Mommy or Aunty… because those are the two people that could be curious enough to ask questions because knowing you… if it doesn't have anything to do with you or your family, you wouldn't care about it."

Shito simply nodded his head in agreement. He was happy that his daughters were figuring out so much stuff about him. Everything that she said was the truth. Shito didn't really care for other people's problems, and he was only concerned about the people in his group. He never really had friends, but now he has two, and he would help them out if they needed it.

Arriving outside of the gates of the arena, two familiar figures could be seen standing directly in front of them. One was Tenka Vermillion, the lover of Shito Mahinu and the mother of the twins who were holding his hand. The other was Lilith Leoinbell, and she was waiting for her friend, Lucia, to come so she could greet her. The two girls were watching two of the people they cared about the most fight in one of the best duels they had seen in their lives.

"I'm really proud of you, Shito."

Tenka was happy to see her loved one win the fight. It was obvious that he had the strength to win the fight, but with the way he acted sometimes, she thought he would give up after fighting her at her full strength. After all, he had no reason to win the entire tournament since it would attract too much attention to him.

"... Thank you, I appreciate the support you are giving me."

Lilith walked toward her friend who was standing beside Illayaka, who was holding her father's hand.

"I was worried about you. I'm thankful that you at least prioritized your safety and came out of the battle alive." Lilith grabbed Lucia, pulling her head into her breast, "You act so recklessly. I'm glad to be able to be by your side because if I wasn't…. You would've already gotten yourself killed by now."

Lucia sighed, "H—, Huh…. Why are you acting like an overprotective wife!?"

"I-I am not acting like an overprotective wife… s-so stop saying such things. It's embarrassing."

Lilith's face was red from embarrassment. Being called an overprotective 'wife' of the person you care for the most because she loved her deeply to the point, she wanted to be romantically involved with her.

He looked at the two that were standing in front of him. Just from looking, you could tell that they were in love with each other, but they probably didn't want to tell each other about their feelings until they graduated from school. Lucia, on the other hand, had unlocked the power of the hero that resided in the deepest part of her soul. The soul was usually something that most people couldn't interact with, but Shito was able to destroy the chains that bound her power.

Lucia had to put an end to the tyrant known as the demon king, the force that kept forcing the world to do his bidding. Not only does the demon king have the power to invade the human world, but he also has the power to invade the spirit world. The demon race didn't have to be destroyed. The only person that made the demons fight was the demon elders and the demon king himself. By killing some of the elders and the demon king, they would finally be able to bring peace to the three worlds that had been fighting for so long.

However, there were more than three worlds that were out in the vast world. Sara created the demon, spirit, and human worlds after putting an end to the war that happened over ten years ago. With each world that she created, countless universes were created with it. She did that so they could have things to do when they get bored and need something to do.

The hero started to extend her senses, scanning the world they currently resided in. Her senses could reach across dimensions. Lucia unconsciously grabbed the hand of Lilith, as she was staring at the heavens.

…. Ah, now I don't have to worry about fighting and having to protect the people around me if I go to the world of the demons…. But that is something that can wait for now.

Those were the thoughts of the hero as she walked away from holding the hand of her friend, Shito.

"Well, we are going to be leaving now. I hope the four of you have a good day."

Shito nodded his head, "Of course, we will. Make sure the two of you enjoy your time together."

Grabbing the hand of her daughter Illya, Shito lets go of Illya's hand, letting her walk near her mother, but he keeps a firm grip on his daughter Illayaka's hand.

"Well, let's go home now… we have been doing a lot of fighting this week, so let us go home and finally get some rest," said Tenka.

"...Ok…."

Shito and the twins spoke in unison after Tenka finished her sentence. They all agreed to give themselves a rest. Since they had a week off from school, they could do something fun. After a couple of days of rest, but that was something that would come another time…

But in the meantime, the family headed toward the dorms. After all, that was the place they lived.
