Narcissistic Alice

After a while of students pouring into the classroom and settling down, a familiar black haired and opal eyed lady dressed in a tight black skirt that perfectly outlined her gluteus and blouse with buttons that was about to burst open in front walked in stealing the attention of the whole class, making the noisy classroom quiet before murmurs were heard again underneath.

"Hey who's that"

"Don't tell me she's our instructor"

"Hey stop disturbing me I'm trying to see something"

"Hehe, at least there's something good about the year, who knew we'd get a beauty would be teaching us"

"Yh those old men back in junior years were a sore to look at"

"Those old men had experience, that's why they were able to teach us well"

"Yeah what could a young woman not even in her 30s know"

"We should probably prepare to do all the learning ourselves"

While the boys praised her beauty and were looking forward to the academic year, the girls grew indignant sensing a strong threat to their hold on the males in the class.

The lady in question took her seat behind a desk placed in front of the class, adjusted the glasses masking her eyes, picked up a familiar tablet and looked through it for a while before finally fixing her gaze on the entire class, she appreciated the architecture of the classroom which was built in such a way that her desk was on a ground higher than the rest of the class allowing her to look down on the entire class.

'I think my narcissistic tendencies are acting up again, this happens when I get nervous I should say something and get my mind off it'

"It seems you half-wits have managed to get through the first phase of the academy, well thats to be expected, only mutts such as yourself would count that as an accomplishment, anyways, you all are here regardless, I Alice Hill have been assigned your instructor, you will refer to me as instructor Alice going forward, and I advice you not to look for me if there's nothing major you want to discuss".

"I have no need for the obscenity they refer you as so we'll skip the introductions, you all will identify with numbers that constitute your position in the class, by the end of the week that will be decided"

'That was good right, I did that right, right?'

The whole class went silent, everyone was stunned at what they were hearing, did they even hear right at all, what was she on about, not an accomplishment, obscenity my ass, my name's not obscene, bitch, she made it seem like we haven't been doing shit since we enrolled,

The students were not able keep their thoughts as thoughts so the murmurs in the class started again and they kept increasing, derogatory comments were flying about everywhere in the class, mostly from the females who already developed bad impression about her.

Julie and the rest were also stunned, this was definitely not how she behaved when they met, sure she seemed a little stuck up, but it wasn't this bad.

Arius himself who was slumped in his chair intent on sleeping through the whole introduction part was stunned and choked on his spit,

'What's wrong with her, is she perhaps on her period'

Alice who was now begining to get annoyed by the noise in the classroom frowned and spoke softly,

"Quiet"

What followed was a strong wind the went throughout the classroom with her as the focal point, unruffled their hair and the books present on their desks.

Surprised with the casual display of power from Alice, the entire class grew silent, no one even daring to complain, and it was within this pin drop silence that a cough was heard,

Arius who was bent over coughing due to the saliva he had choked on cussed his luck, now all eyes were on him,

However a mysterious light gleamed through the eyes of Alice, she had found a sheep she could use to escape her awkwardness.

Arius fiel, first in the junior exam rankings and popularly believed to be the most talented student of this set of candidates, obviously you'd be no.1 in my class, now do you mind giving your fellow classmates some tips.

"Ughhhhh-

Arius was rubbing the black cloth covering the lower part of his face, nervously thinking about what to say, he couldn't help but remember a comment from the forums of some game he went through some days ago,

"Get gud?"

"This bastard"

"Pretty face imbecile"

"Ahhhh, his voice is soo smooth"

"Heeeeeeee"

"Arius, I love you"

While the boys erupted in anger against Arius, the females squealed in delight, seemingly hypnotized with Arius' simple sentence.

However it only took a simple frown from Alice for all of them to quiet down, they had all learnt their lesson and wouldn't want to organize their desks again.

Alice then looked roward Arius with the frown still plastered on her face, obviously she expected more than that, but after a while of starring she felt maybe she was putting him in too much of a spot.

So she gracefully transitioned into teaching the students about the second stage in vi 'cultivation', outlining common roadblocks and solutions to tackle them.

As she continued her lecture, the students couldn't help but be stunned once again, they had all assumed she was too young and inexperienced to guide them, but the grace of which she led her lecture with would make one assume she was the one to propose these theories.

As only by having in depth knowledge of something would you be able to efficiently pass it on even to lay men, and 5hat was exactly how they all felt.

Within the few minutes she had spent lecturing, their knowledge had increased by leaps and bounds, and evenwhatthey thought they'd understood, it felt like they were just now comprehending it's intricacies, it felt so simple, they began to understand why she believed they hadn't achieved anything by promoting to senior class.

Their faces now flushed with shame, however they still refused to look away, afraid of getting distracted from their new instructors lecture.
