She entered her own book Malachi had also gotten out of a heartbreak but he did not like Lily. He didn't mind her company at school but was irritated by her presence after school. Later however he met a beautiful girl who he started talking to. His mother also got sick recently. He warned lily that they can only stay friends as classmates and that he wouldn't say it again. Yet every day he saw a new side of her... One day he woke up in a different world He was the crown prince of a fire kingdom of the North-East in a world named Zodiac. He had read manga before but wasn't sure how this world worked. Luckily he had a system to guide him. Unknowingly that this system is his classmate Lily. They were in a time before the first queen died. This caused natural instability in Malachi's new body making him weak for attacks. To his dismay he learned that he needed to marry his already chosen princess consort or he'd surely die and never return to his world. Lily's emotions were everywhere. She was happy, confused frustrated, because she would be spending her new life by Malachi's side. "You know My bride she is so-" Malachi started. "Lalalalala. Nope, nope. I don't want to hear it. you can keep your gossip to yourself, Vin- I mean prince Malachi." Lily responded "What did you just call me?" He said. "Prince Malachi." She replies "No before that." He said sternly. "I said the name of my previous person why?" She said back. "Previous person huh? You sure you don't mean crush? He said. "I... Well he was a fine specimen." She said with a smile on her lips. "But I will never see him again. Most likely." "Hey, don't sound sad." He said. "I didn't know systems could get sad." He comforted but joked "Unless you aren't a system," Lily let out a scowl. "I'm going bye." She shut herself off, "Hey, hey, hey. Wait come back."

Chapter 7 Princess Lilianna

Lily's perspective

"So I finally have a body again." I said looking at my hands. The bed was the softest I have ever felt. I did not want to get up from them. Moreover I did not want to start my new journey as a soon to be married woman. Suddenly I heard a knock on the door. Knock. Knock .Knock.

A/n: People of the fire kingdom actually conversate in Dutch but I am too lazy to write the sentences two times.

"Come in." I said. The doors opened to reveal... a girl. "Em... Princess Lilianna, you should get ready to move to the fire kingdom soon. Your parents want to speak to you before that." She said. I was about to speak but remembered that princess Lilianna wasn't often a kind person. I looked her up and down to analyze what her ranking might be. 'Maid. I think she's a maid judging by her clothes and... shyness."

"Okay, I see. Do speak a bit with more confidence and volume next time." I said emotionlessly and got off the bed. 'I am so proud of me' I thought then spoke again. "You're dismissed." I said looking at her. As soon as those 2 words were uttered the maid scurried of.

I walked to the left side of the room remembering the design I wrote for the princess's room. Never in my life have I seen luxury as this. I opened the wardrobe to see a bunch of clothes. "Oh. my gosh." Was the only thing I could say. Every shade of every color was present. "This is a dream come true!" I said excitedly. "What to pick. WHat to pick." I said when I realized I needed to hurry. "Hmm... blue seems nice. Why not."

Soon I entered my father's study room. "You called for me father?" my voice sounded. Stepping in, I saw both my father and mother in the room. My body tensed. "Am I in trouble or something?" I asked. My father gave me a warm smile. "No, not at all. We wanted to see if you were ready for your marriage" My father asked. "As ready as I can be I said." I replied with barely a smile; "But do I really have to get married?"

My parents looked at each other. "Well honey, if you're not happy with it we can cancel it..." My mother said. "We hoped you could find happiness there but if you're already unhappy..."

I sighed. "It's fine. It's not appropriate to cancel everything less moment anyway. Perhaps I can find myself again there through this marriage." I said.

My father looked at me. His dark green eyes seemed to be full of worry. "If they mistreat you don't be afraid to come to us okay?" He said; "They aren't weaker then us."

'That is right my mother and father, the king and queen of the air kingdom, were both in the lower stage of heavenly ranking. I had forgotten about that. They always prioritized cultivation and study over everything else. The perfect couple they were." I thought. For a second I broke out of character and gave a small smile. "I think I'll be fine. I'm not far behind from them either." I said; "I've heard Malachi is a good person as well."

It seemed that my small smile had not gone unnoticed by them. Their eyes seemed to light up a bit. Their expressions a little more youthful. A smile crept unto each of their faces as well. "Come here." My father said; "I will tell you everything there is to know about this marriage between the two kingdoms." My mother kissed my fathers cheek and left the room. But not before telling me that she would be preparing my outfit.

Right when my dad finished telling me all about my marriage and the military affairs involving it my mother came in. I promise somehow they're always on que. They're really made for each other!

But yes, my mother came in with a ton of dresses. Black, white, light blue dark blue multiple shades of multiple colors she had. It was a wonder that she still walked so elegantly while she carrying that much stuff. They were all stunning however one caught my eye. It was simple yet beautiful. Black. It was pitch black. "I want that one." I said.

My mother rose her eye brows. "Black? What an odd choice." She said. "Why not a lighter color."

"Well. First, It's a beautiful dress." I replied. "Second, if for some reason I get blood on my clothes it won't really be noticeable. Thus I'll still look presentable at the castle."

"That must be why you always wear black whenever you're with the military." My mother said; "I found it strange that you would wear black in such hot weather." I nodded. "Yes. That is true. But it looks cooler." I said. "No, you look scarier." My mother replied. "Precisely, the point." I said.

Suddenly my sister came in with a pout on her face. "Mom, Dad! You didn't tell me Lilianna was leaving." Crystal said. "Well, you were at school. We couldn't interrupt classes." My father said. Crystal just pouted and took my hand. "Lilianna! You can't get married!" she complained "I will have no one to annoy then"

I rolled my eyes and removed my hand. "That's the sole reason for my existence, huh?" I said. "Something to annoy when you're bored." Crystal shamelessly nodded. "Mhm. That and to help me practice my skills." She said. "Shameless." I muttered. "Really shameless." "Well the same goes for you to doesn't it?" Crystal inquired.

"Well, for practicing combat skills, yes." I replied. "However I have other things to entertain myself with than you." Crystal pouted. "You're so mean." She replied.

"And that is why she is getting married into the fire kingdom. Her temperament needs to be under control at certain times." Father said. "And she'll be learning to control that by entering a kingdom full of anger issues?" Crystal asked. "How does that work?"

"Well Crystal. The royal family know how to control their terrible tempers very well. I've met King Marion. He is a very nice man. And so is the crown prince." Father said. "They're probably the best people she can learn from."

"Or they could just be wearing a mask and be very abusive at home." Crystal replied in a nonchalant tone. Father's eyes darkened. "Well, if that's the case. I won't hesitate to wipe out the whole royal family if they hurt your sister." He said. "Remember to tell me if anything goes wrong, Lilianna. There is nothing to be afraid of under my watch."

I nodded. "I will if I can't handle it on my own." I replied; "I will be queen in the future right? I need to be able to independently help my husband rule. I can't always ask for your help." My father and mother looked at me with awe. However before they could say "Our little girl has grown up" My sister interrupted.

"Yeah, yeah. Enough of the mushy stuff." She said; "Let's spar before we have to go off to the wedding." I stiffed at the word spar. I'm not sure how well I'll do. "Um, Crystal. There is no wedding..." I said. She looked at me as if to say "You can't be serious." Here it comes in 3... 2... 1...

"No wedding?! How is there no wedding?" Crystal said. "The dress, the guests, the music, the cake... The beautiful, beautiful, delicious chocolate cake. How can there be no wedding." I sighed. 'Yep. I knew it.' I thought to myself. "Crystal-" my father was about to speak but Crystal continued. "Lilianna is so beautiful and respected and and... powerful! Yes, she's even stronger than that Crown prince Malachi! This. is. unacceptable. Utterly Unacceptable" Crystal complained.

"Crystal!" My mother raised her voice. Crystal immediately shut up and became obedient like a little child. "Yes, mom?" She said innocently. "Will, you calm down and listen?" My mother said with a glare. Crystal nodded her head. "Oh, what would I do if I never married you?" My father said to my mother. She gave him a sweet smile. "A sad life. You'd be leading a sad life, dear. But that wouldn't happen because..." She said but her eyes held something else in them. "I would make sure we'd some how be together. I'd never settle for anything less."

"Is it just me or am I getting psychotic vibes from mom's last sentence." Crystal whispered to me. "It's not just you. I think that's where we got our psychotic genes from." I replied. "I am not psychotic." Crystal retorted. I raised my eyebrows. "I am not!" She whispered. "What ever you say." I replied then spoke a little louder. "Anyways, There will not be a wedding because the previous wife of the king died not too long ago. Seeing as they're still mourning. It wouldn't be appropriate."

Crystal nodded her head. "But then... Cant you just postpone the wedding until then. That way you can stay longer here." Crystal said. "I'm afraid not. King Marion needs her to marry crown prince Malachi as soon as possible." Father said. "Or the prince might die."

"That's good. That way Lilianna doesn't have to leave." Crystal said. "No, not good. If the kingdom lands in the hands of the younger brother and that evil concubine of his the whole continent will be in chaos. Perhaps even the whole Zodiac..." My father said; "If such a thing were to happen..."
