"we're here" he said as he parked the car and turned off the engine.

OK so I was expecting something more bigger and fancier but not "The Farm of Beverly Hills" as per Chase type of caliber.

I was expecting something more classy and fancy

"Wow" I said surprised at how busy it looks

But deep down am happy he brought me here I honestly couldn't stand fancy.

"Yup, I love the busy serenade and anytime I feel down or sad I come here to relax"

I nodded as he walked me into the restaurant.

We sat down at a table adjacent the door

I looked around it's really nice, I feel at home.

"Mr Hunters, it's so nice to see you here" she said dropping the menu "I see you brought a girl, that's strange cuz you always come alone" She stated saying the 'alone' with outrage.

Wow just what I needed

"Becky this is my friend Aurora, Aurora meet Becky "

"Hi" I said trying to be nice

"You're Chase new bitch right? Have a nice time fucking him" She said walking away.

"What? " I said not knowing what just happened

Chase pulled her back squeezing her hand

"Apologize!" he said, she refused he squeezed her hand tight, she yelped.

"OK I'm sorry " She said grudgingly

"Good, now Leave! " He ordered, she scurried away

"I'm so sorry Aurora, I swear... "

I held out my hand signalling for him to stop. I honestly didn't want to hear his excuse. I am so hungry to get pissed.

How could skinny Becky call me 'His bitch', I pick up the menu and scroll through it all the dishes sound delicious already.

Chase signalled another waiter to come over

" I'll have the avocado toast, fried eggs and coffee" he said, he gestured to me to say my order without looking at him, I ordered what I want.

"I would like the buttermilk pancakes served with plum, greengages and peaches"

The waiter nodded writing it down, he left

"Good choice " Chase said trying to get me to talk.

I simply ignored him and checked out Instagram on my phone

"Your order is here" The waiter said putting down our food.

"Enjoy " he said

We ate silently, the silence was uncomfortable but I didn't mind, I ate my food quickly not even bothering to chew well before swallowing, I started choking.

"Hrrk" I started making ugly gasps, I waved my hand to my throat trying to make hand signals .

"OMG! Aurora" He said as he stood up and walked to my side.

"Are you choking " He said

Duh???? Does it look like I'm joking here

"Ye..ass" I croaked not after giving him a weird look.

Chase Pov

I looked at Aurora while scrolling through her phone. Becky was so mean to her I don't know what's wrong with that girl these days I'll have to warn during our next hookup.

I tried starting a conversation she simply ignored me.

I hate it when she's silence, her silence torments me.

The waiter brought the food, Aurora wasted no time in swallowing down the pancakes.

Her mum had told me how she doesn't drink any liquid while eating, so she told me to keep an eye on her if she start choking.

I started eating my food looking at Aurora once in a while.

She started giving these ugly gasps, is she trying to make fun of someone?

Then she started signalling to her throat

Is she choking?

"Are you choking? " I asked, she gave me these 'are you blind' eyes.

"Yeah" She managed to say

That means it's a partial airway obstruction since she was able to talk.

I thought, Thank God I know how to give abdominal thrusts

I walked over to her and pulled her up leaning her forward and pressed my fist on her stomach giving her 5 back blows with the heel of your and 5 quick upward abdominal thrusts.

The object which appeared to be the Pancake forcefully came out of her mouth.

This time people had gathered and started calling 911.

I look over at Aurora, her ponytail was loosed her hair fell over her face

Damn she looked really beautiful she looked at me and mouthed Thank You.

I looked through her eyes, she had this beautiful brown eyes and really long eyelashes her face was bare without makeup I remember not giving her time for that this morning.

I got to see her face without powder on it.

Very beautiful

People started clapping cutting me out of my trance, I quickly removed her hand from her stomach.

"Your mum was not joking when she said you were a child" I said and earned a slap on my back.

Aurora's Pov

He saved me, he saved me.

I mouthed a Thank You while looking at him, he had these green eyes and a very boyish but attractive look

His eyes was like a sedative, It was like a blue sea, I soon fell into a trance.

Everyone started clapping, we quickly moved away from each other.

Just that time, he decided to drop a witty comment.

Just then the emergency responders filed into the room.

"Who is choking? " one of them said

The people in the restaurant pointed at me.

"Well I'm fine now, he saved me" I said looking at Chase, he smiled

"Damn she's hot" the emergency responder who asked said.

"Are you sure, you're fine do you need a rescue breath" he asked

"Hands off!, she can talk meaning she is doing fine no rescue breath, now LEAVE!"

Chase barked.

"OK well... Can I get your digits" The guy said .

"LEAVE NOW! " Chase shouted

"C'mon let's go we are 10mins behind schedule "Chase said

"but my food, I didn't get to finish it" I said pouting

"Fine... " he beckoned on the waiter to pack it in a takeaway and bring the bill

I honestly don't understand what's going with Chase.

Since that choking incidence he has been really protective and then he got this strange call and his moods has been everywhere

I clutched my buttermilk pancakes with both hands looking at Chase who is starring daggers at the road.

"Hey so were are we going, it's been over 20 mins since you took that call, you haven't said anything since then"

He didn't answer immediately

"Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach "

"What? "

"We are going to Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach "

"OK I guess" I said since he wouldn't answer my questions without groaning

15 silent filled fucking mins later

"Wow it's so beautiful" I said checking the hotel out

This hotel is really nice like, really fancy now this is what I expect from Chase.

We walked into the reception as walked to the front of the large desk, Chase was busy on his phone texting.

"Mr Hunters, it's nice to see you, it's been a while" the brunette said rubbing his arm seductively.

Seriously? does this guy fuck everything in skirt? I'm starting to question his sanity?

"Yeah sure... The keys? " Chase said uninterested in starting a conversation with her.

"He has a long rope you will enjoy him" The brunette whispered into my ear as she handed him the keys.

I just rolled my eyes, Chase took the keys and moved gesturing me to stay beside him as he is walking.

We got to the suites, The door of the suites was written in gold text "Hunter Suites"

He unlocked and we entered, it was really nice, fancy but cozy .

There was a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, private balcony, indoor pool, TV in every room.

It was Luxury

"Go to the room by your right, that will be your room, unpack while I call for room service " Chase said.

"So know you can speak"

"I'm sorry ok, Just annoyed " Chase said

"Annoyed of? "

"The idiot wanted to give you a rescue breath"

"So how does him giving me a rescue breath make you pissed "

My question kept him silent for a while

"Go to your room" He said walking out without looking back.
