It wasn't her fault, but every time they considered inviting her on to grind, the reality was hard to ignore. Taking her along would mean carrying her through every encounter. One or two hits from the weakest monsters were enough to drop her character like a stone. It was brutal. She was squishy and without a healer on their team, Mila would be a liability, someone they had to constantly revive or protect.
So, they were stuck. Hanging out in the city was the best they could manage. And while the social aspect was fun, the adrenaline of battling monsters, collecting loot, and leveling up was completely off the table when Mila was around. Allen tried to be patient.
