Chapter Sixty-three

Tori was in Gracie's house and it had been a while since she came. The reason why she came, was to convince Grandma Lily to allow Gracie to come along for a party at Pete's house.

"C'mon, Grandma Lily, I promised to bring her back in one piece." Tori pleaded, giving all her cute puppy face.

"No... Did she tell you she's grounded." Grandma Lily asked as she was knitting with her legs crossed on the stool in her front and Lolo purring beside the sofa while she curled up.

Tori pouted and glanced over to Gracie who was less bothered about it. She was just flicking over the pages of the small book in her front. If things were to be her way, she didn't want to go for the party.

She didn't even understand the purpose of the party with all happening including the curfew. Kids in Mary Hills care less about their lives.

"I know, Grandma Lily... But trust me if it's of no importance I won't be bothering you, it's not just a girls' sleepover."
