Blood and Death

Facing the girl and her younger sister, a dragon was slowly approaching.  His claws and fangs were stained with blood lit by the sun's rays, his claws gleaming high in the air.

The girl closed her eyes and bit her lower lip.  His expression showed that never desired this situation. She was simply accepting her, since there was nothing left that I could do. If the girl had any kind of hidden power she would have used it before the dragon and fled.  But the girl had no power. Thus, there was no other conclusion. She and her sister will perish here, she wished her sister and she could be saved and would offer anything in return.

The dragon advanced on them with ferocity….  But the pain didn't come.

The girl opened her eyes that were tightly closed.

The first thing the girl saw in her field of vision was that the dragon had stopped in front of her. He had stopped his movement as if enveloped in ice. The dragon's attention was no longer on his body.

The completely defenseless state of the beast clearly revealed the shock that arose within its being.

As if guided by the beast's gaze, the girl also turned her face in the same direction.

Then she saw the desperation.

There was darkness.

Pure darkness as thin as paper, but of unfathomable depth.

It had emerged from the ground in a flame shape that seemed to be burning the air itself. A scene that evoked the deepest and most mysterious terror in the world.

 A door?

The girl couldn't help thinking after seeing what was in front of her.

When her heart thundered, the girl's assumption was confirmed.

Something seemed to be coming out of that dark passage.

And the moment the creature left the passage ...

"Hiii!"

The girl let out a shrill scream.

An existence no other being could ever surpass appeared before his eyes.

His eyes were black as the starless night itself had redder hair than blood with a few silver streaks. As he looks at the two girls, he resembles a beast staring coldly at its prey. In his hand was a terrible sacred sword of sovereign beauty that exuded a murderous aura that could swallow the whole world.

It was as if the world itself had created it, wearing a pure crimson cloak with some golden shields on its shoulders and knees.

The air thickened in the blink of an eye.

It was as if time itself had frozen at the arrival of an Absolute Being.

The girl had forgotten to breathe, as if her soul had been stolen.

In this situation, where even the sensation of time seemed to have disappeared, the girl began to hyperventilate and breathed as if she lacked air.

Death itself came from the other world to fetch us.

This is what the girl had thought, but she soon felt that something was wrong.

The dragon behind them had stopped moving too.

 "Urghh ..."

 A silent moan was heard.

Who was? It looked like it could have been herself, just like her younger sister, trembling or the dragon before your eyes.

Very slowly, his fingers reached out with his hand and pointed, "Not to the girls, but to the beast, as if to point to something."

She wanted to stop looking, but was too afraid for that.  She felt she would witness something much more terrible if she looked away.

 "[Ignis]."

The death of red in red made a gesture with his hands a cry of despair and fear invaded the ears of the girl.

She was afraid to take her eyes from death, but pushed by the curiosity of her heart that gave her strength, she shifted her gaze and saw the beast, burning with agony as she fought desperately to put the fire out of her body but all her efforts were gone.  useless, fire consumed her body as a small stone fell to the ground.

The dragon has died. Yes, the dragon died from the fire that made it disappear as if it had never existed.

The imminent crisis that threatened his life had completely disappeared, as if it were just a nightmare.

However, she could not rejoice, as death had manifested itself in a physical form.

Receiving the girl's look of terror and panic, death moved to the girl.

Darkness covered his eyes quickly as he quickly entered his center of vision.

"She came to take us the other way."

Thinking about it, the girl hugged her younger sister tightly as this would be the last time she would hug her sister.

The thought of escaping was long gone from his mind.

If the adversary were a human being, she could have taken action even though she knew she would not be very successful.  But the thing before her was an existence that would easily destroy that notion.

"Please at least let us die from a painless death"

The girl whispered these words that saved her and her sister's life.

Her sister was clinging to her waist, she was shaking with dread. She wanted to save her, but not could.  She could only apologize for her own helplessness and weakness.

She simply prayed that she would not feel so alone that they would die together.

And then ...
