After three years of marriage, Wendy Stewart was used to Michael Lucas's sarcastic remarks, his frequent threats about getting divorced, and even his indulgence of a mistress. She thought that she could bear with this her entire life, until she accidentally got pregnant with a child that Michael did not want. Finally despondent, Wendy signed the divorce agreement and left. Grandmother knew that Winnie wanted to get Michael and Yonina together. So when Yonina had arrived, she had had her concerns. She had not expected that Wendy would meet Yonina.

Sighing, Grandmother stretched out her hand and held onto Wendy. Patting the back of her hand, she comforted her, "We will see each other again. As long as I am alive, no one else but myself will make decisions for the Lucas family. When I crave having your lotus cakes in the future, you have to make them for me."
