Chapter - 3 [ New Companion? ]

"I...I need some time! I will ans—"

BOOOOM!!!

"What!?"

When she was about to finish, a loud boom echoed through the island. When the two looked to the direction which they heard it from, they saw that a ship was leaving the port. And people seems to be trying to follow the ship.

"What's happening!?"

"It seems some people are trying to leave the island. But the residence of this place seems to be acting strange. Let's go and take a look."

She nodded and the two ran towards the port. After running for a while, they reached the place. And people who saw her began to move away in fright. She forgot to bring her mandle when she just left now.

Feeling their stare, she began to tremble slightly. But then, Ash hugged her making her, and the people shocked for various different reasons.

She was shocked because he didn't hesitate to hug her and even tightly held her. She wanted to leave and cry somewhere. But then he whispered in her ears,

"What are you afraid of? Their eyes? If that's what makes you feel like this, I can make all of them blind. Or rather, I want you to show yourself to the world with pride. After all, in the future, you will be one of the most powerful being in this world."

Hearing him, her eyes widened marginally. Not giving her time to talk, he continued,

"And it will not be the end. So, it does not matter what or how they see you. If you don't want to show them, then I will gladly watch you. And if you don't have a reason to live or go forward, do it for my sake."

He pulled back his lips which made her ears go red. He then turned towards the ship.

While he was talking to the girl, the people were murmuring non-stop. They all were scared of the girl because of the tattoos in her body. Not only that, those who tried to do anything to her suffered truly. Unknowingly to her, the space around her always squeeze those who have animosity or ill intentions towards her. And it was the first time they are even her herself saw someone being fine even after touching her.

Ash saw in high definition that a group of people, or rather pirates were holding onto the children trying to kidnap them. That must be the reason why the people are here.

As everyone was looking at him, Ash suddenly disappeared from his position and appeared on the ship's deck startling every pirate. There he saw the idiots who ordered the kid to pickpocket him too.

He didn't do anything except flicking his finger. The children who were tied by the ropes disappeared and appeared at the port. Then he took left.

When he reappeared at the port, he saw the girl looking at him intently. He asked,

"What? Not trusting my words?"

"..."

She didn't answer. He smiled and walked towards her which made take a step back. But he didn't let her leave as he hugged her from the behind and pointed her hands at the pirate ship. Then he whispered again I

In her ear,

"I'll help you. Then you'll see what you can do.."

She wasn't sure, but she decided to trust him for now. So, she aimed at the ship. But she wasn't able to control or know about the power she possessed. Ash silently began to control her then made a squeezing motion with her fingers.

As if copying her actions, the Pirate ship began to compress not even allowing the pirates to escape. Then he controlled her hands completely squeezed the space around her, resulting in the ship exploding with a great pressure!

Seeing this scene, not only is the girl shocked, even the people were shocked.

"See? You are strong. You just need to train and learn to control your power."

She turned towards him and stared at him. Then she asked,

"So is that why you need me? Because of my power?"

She was testing him. Although he didn't read her mind, Ash wasn't that happy she doubted his good will. So his smile disappeared and he said,

"So be it. You don't need to come with me. I'm leaving."

He didn't even let her talk or apologize. He just disappeared making her fall to the ground in despair. He was the first one to approve her. Then again she was the cause of this. Only if she didn't distrusted him, this wouldn't have happened.

'No! I will find him and apologize! And this time I'll ask if I can travel with him!'

With that, she began to run off to different place. She tried every ports and sea side but she couldn't find him or his ship.

Unknowingly to her, Ash was flying in the air looking at her. He knows that she was testing her, but it made him a little angry. So he will give her a little punishment.

Finally not finding him anywhere, her body which was very tired from running all day long fell to the ground without being able to stop.

Tears escaped her eyes like a spring non-stop. She muttered while sobbing,

"I was....an... Idiot... Even after...he..said all that....I still... distrusted him... Now I understand. This is how...the people of this.. island also thought about me..."

She then looked at the sea and said,

"May be...I... should just die..."

When she said that, pain assualted her forehead. Feeling the pain, she groaned uncontrollably while looking at the source of her sadness.

It was the same handsome, Balck haired man, this time with a gentle smile looking at her. While she was taking in this in her brain, he said,

"I told you to live for my sake. Who give you the right to die?"

Unable to calm her overflowing feelings she jumped at him with her sore body and hugged him tightly and continued to sob.

He patted her head and back, giving her comfort and peace. Finally after a few minutes, she looked up at him with her upturn eyes, still red due to her crying, a small blush creeping on her cheeks, with her looking at him like that while hugging his chest, it was truly a sight to behold.

The moon light even increased her beauty and her tears as well as slightly tanned body under the light made it more attractive.

"You idiot... Why did you leave... I know I was wrong... But please don't leave me..*sob*"

Ash smiled and hugged her tightly and said,

"I wasn't going to abandon you. The moment I asked you, you were already mine. And I won't apologize since you know why I did that. But as an apology, I'll grant you any one wish, doesn't matter what it is. Whatever it is."

She nodded and said,

"I'll think about it. But thanks for accepting me.."

He nodded and said,

"By the way, my name is Ash. Chaos.D.Ash. You can call me Ash. What's yours?"

"Orna..."

"Then Orna, welcome to my adventure. From now on, you will be my first partner!"

Though she raised her brows when he said first, she ignored it as she knows she was the first anyway.

[ Hmph! I'm Master's first partner! ]

'Yeah you are. But since you won't appear in front anyone of them, my words are true.'

Julene didn't respond. But he could hear her hmph-ing from the background. He smiled and said,

"Since we are done here, let's leave the island tomorrow. I'll take you to the ship tomorrow. For now, go and take whatever you want. If you want money to buy anything, just say."

She nodded and ran off to her home to take everything with her....
