Chapter 17

~~3rd Person POV~•~

Ichiro was jumping through the trees when he notice that someone is now following him. He turn a glance. It was a little but his eyes widen to the sight of his brothers. He immediately turn around to face his front.

"Brother... I have some questions so please..." Itachi said "Big brother!" Sasuke said. Ichiro stay silence as he bite his lips forcing himself not to cry as once again he heard his dear brothers call him "brother".

Ichiro then started to slow down and this was notice by Itachi and Sasuke and soon after they see Ichiro stopping landing on the ground. Itachi and Sasuke then also stop, looking at their brother's back with eyes of anticipation and longing.

Ichiro slowly turn his head and face his beloved brothers. "You...just call me brother" he said and started to walk slowly towards them.

".... Brother.... I didn't know...."

"Big Brother...."

"Forgive u...." Itachi and Sasuke was interrupted and they were certainly shock when the arms of their brother Ichiro wrap around them. Itachi and Sasuke then return the hug of their brother. Hugging them tightly taking a deep breath, Ichiro look in the sky "ah! how I miss you two, I never thought that I still have a chance to hear you both call me a brother"

Ichiro break his hug and look at his brothers he then notice their eyes "those eyes are really suits you two" Itachi and Sasuke didn't know what to say and stay silence the whole time. "I need to stop.... No, we need stop the edo tensei jutsu...but I'll promised to answer all of your questions later" Ichiro said.

And the three Uchiha continue to move to the place where Kabuto is...

"It's an honor to see the three prodigy of the Uchiha clan" Kabuto said. "But your eyes will not have an effect on me" he adds as he put a layered screen in his eyes. And the fight start.

The fight do not prolonged as it used to be as Ichiro is already know all that is about to happened not to mention there are three of them who have a mangekyo Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. At the end Ichiro was able to put Kabuto to a powerful genjutsu known as Izanami.

He approaches Kabuto and remove the screen in his eyes and use his sharingan and commands Kabuto to put an end to the jutsu. While Kabuto is making the sign slowly. Itachi started to ask a question.

"Why?... Why brother, why endure eveything by yourself" "why spare us, why

only us" Sasuke asked. "Edo Tensei... Release..." Ichiro said. "So it's

goodbye..." Itachi said.

As Ichiro body start to glow in a pillar of light he turned and look at his brothers. Slowly his body started to crumble. Itachi and Sasuke look at their brother who slowly walking towards them.

"There... is still time... I can feel myself slowly losing consciousness now. I must tell everything before we say goodbye and be part for good... There is no reason to lie anymore."

"The night I left you two. I did want Lady Tsunade and Lord Jiraiya told you I did but there's more to it" Itachi and Sasuke bit their lips as the words came from their brother. "I'll show you the whole truth" As Ichiro use his sharingan to show them his memories.

They we're first shown the memories of what Tsunade and Jiraiya told them the event where Ichiro give the report to the elders and the Hokage, how the Hokage insist to talk everything out and lastly how Danzo approach Ichiro give him a choice to whether be killed along side the Uchiha and his brothers or annihilate the clan and save his brothers who do not have a knowledge about everything. Then the memories shift to another memories.

"Shisui, I know you're there" Ichiro said as Shisui emerge from the darkness. "Ichiro, I..." "Come with me, do you know that if you arrive a little later we are going to be late to the meeting" "No, I failed. The coup d'etat will happen. I'm planning to use my eye to help our clan member to talk this through with the Hokage but..." "Danzo take your eye" Ichiro said. Shisui was shocked

"Don't worry about it, and don't even think of plucking your other eye to give it to me" "How...how did you know all of this" "I'll tell you later, now come on, we need to fix that eye of yours, we'll going to be late at the clan meeting"

He turned around holding something "How did you have that" Shisui look at him and he give him a smile. "Because it's yours, and you'll gonna need it" "but I remember Danzo take my eyes, so how does you have it" "I infiltrate his base and change your eye with something similar, I can't just let this to fall to his hand"

The memories then once again change to the meeting of Uchiha clan...

"Ichiro what's the matter, why are you..." "I'm sorry father and my dear fellow clan member but if not to much to asked can you please listen to what I'm about to say" "alright, speak your voice" "please I beg you stop the coup d'etat" Ichiro said.

"Please...father...I beg you..." "I already told you the reason Ichiro why we need to do this" "I understand your reason father but think about it when this happened, it's impossible for the elder or the hokage to just sit and do nothing, they will surely fight back resulting to a civil war, and what more chance for the other village to exploit this opportunity and when this happened not just our clan but the whole village will fall." Fugaku and the other are shock to what the young Uchiha is saying. They never think about that possibility.

"Father please look at this..." Ichiro give his father a folder that show the crime committed by Danzo and the root to the Uchiha clan. "This....that bastard!!" "did you see now father, it's not the village fault" Fugaku look at his son. "Do you have any plan"

"I am...it's a plan to show the Uchiha's importance and at the same time it will protect the village" "what is it?" "The Uchiha need to die" "what are you talking about!?" "We'll staged it Father! and I'll be needing everybody's help" "Staged, what for...what did the Uchiha will bring once we're gone"

"the elders are not the only one warry of our clans power and you know that father, so if everyone know that the uchiha is no more, it will create an illusion that the village lose one of its valuable asset...now that I'm asking is for everyone to lower their pride and endure of few years in the shadow. I believe that time will tell that the power of an Uchiha will be needed"

"I already told the Hokage about this father, I bet he already inform all the head clan of the village. You can ask him for other details, After this I'll be informing the elders alongside the hokage about the launch of the coup d'etat, and I'm sure that Danzo will take this chance to get rid of the Uchiha, and I'll decide to do it" "Ichiro you...will you tell your brothers" Ichiro then shake his head

"No, father I will spare them with this burden. I will make them hate me for the killed of our clan. In this way they can become stronger. I believe that they will have a big part of the change that will happened in the future and also for the Uchiha" "this plan of yours...death is at it's end" "it's alright, I know too well...but I'm a shinobi of the hidden leaf and a member of the Uchiha clan....my life is nothing compare to everyone's life." Ichiro said with a sad eye but smile still form in his lips

The memories then shift to the time before Itachi and Sasuke open the door to see their parent dead body.

Ichiro was shaking and crying. "Are you having a second doubts" Fugaku ask "No...I'm scared...once I struck down this sword. The whole thing...this act will start, and I'm scared to look at my brothers. I know that from this on forward....I will not be able to even talk to them just like I always do....I will never hear them call or even saw me as a brother"

"Son, This is the path you chose to take...I'm sorry. I know that we might be just a clone but this also be the last time I will see you" Fugaku said "I'm proud of you, my son Ichiro, please forgive us" Mikoto said. Shaking, he put all of his courage as he killed his parent. The door open.

The memories stop as Itachi and Sasuke was able to see all that happened and the thought that they're whole clan was massacred and it turns out it also a lie. This made them to feel an unbearable guilt as they remember that they killed their brother to avenge their clan.

Ichiro continue to walk towards the two as he raise his hands in his usual gesture to his brothers.

"I told you the whole truth... I don't want to do it again... I've always lied to you and ask you to forgive me. Always making you keep a safe distance from me. Everything because I don't want you to meddle in nothing of this, but ! know that you suffered as much as I am. If only things would be different...then I wouldn't had to prostrate myself in front of you two, from above, like a failure...I know that those eyes will tell you the path that you need to take."

Ichiro the put his hand behind their head. Looking straight in their eyes.

"Sasuke... Itachi... This time I want to tell you this truth...You don't have to forgive me and it doesn't matter what you're going to do from now on, but know this..."

Ichiro then give them a head bump.

"I WILL LOVE YOU... ALWAYS"

As Ichiro soul remove from his make shift body. Itachi and Sasuke look at their brother as Ichiro smile at them.

"We do not know what kind of people we truly are until the moment before our deaths. As death comes to embrace you, you will realize what you are. That's what death is, don't you think?"
