Mana and element awakening ceremony #3

Before walking to the main entrance of my family's mansion, Mom and Grandfather, along with Maya had already waited for me to send me and mom off for the ceremony.

Grandfather, with his imposing figure, displaying the aura of one of the strongest ranked being smirking at me. Beside him was an extraordinary beauty with a voluptuous body, gently smiling at me.( To think this is my mother ..fufu)

Both of them carried the same hair colour as well as the blood red crimson eyes which I inherited.

"Good morning, Mom and Grandfather as well as Maya!"

"Good morning, my Matty."

"Good to hear that you are as lively as ever. We also can't wait for my amazing grandchildren to reveal his omnipotent talent AHAHHAAHa!!" Magnus laughed.

"Of Course, Grandfather !! You will see me, the one and only Mathias Von Lafiel, be the number one mage and conquer the world!" AHAAHHAHA!!!" We both laugh continuously.

"Father, let's not waste my Matty's time already, Shuu shuu." Celeste eyed Magnus while pushing me towards the carriage.

"Mom, where is sister?"

"She will be waiting for us there as the ceremony is performed in the academy that you will enter after awakening."

"Alright, mom."

"Mhmm Mhm." Celeste replied with a satisfied smile.

As the carriage moved, we waved our goodbyes to Magnus and Maya.

We eventually reach the academy in about 30 minutes while chatting along the way.

We were greeted by multiple gargantuan buildings in pristine condition, all are white in colour coupled with golden engravings. { MORPHEUS ACADEMY } written along the main building, highlighting its brilliance.

"Brother !!" a feminine voice uttered. I turned to see my so-called prodigious sister who was already waiting for our arrival. ( Ahh... another beauty but underdeveloped)

" Sis! It's been a while since my accident." We hugged as our greeting.

"Are you okay, brother?? But from my brother's handsome face, Celine can see that you are fine!.. Mhm Mhmm "

( Umu umu.. Like mother like daughter)

"Yes sis, I'm healthy as ever!!" (trying to tag along her energy)

"Celine is glad that you are okay! Let's go! Mom also!" Celine happily guided us in while holding my hand. ( .. To think that my family is this kind- hearted and caring, I hope that nothing happens..) I sigh inwardly.

The inner main building did not disappoint as it is as luxurious as building from outside. Bleached white colour walls along with red and gold carpeted floors as if a grand 5-star hotel.

We come across some children of similar ages as well as their families along the way, peeking at us with curiousity.

Upon reaching the room of magic awakening ceremony, we stumble upon another noble family, Meredith family, one of the strongest noble families known for their talent for water element alongside other nobles. Due to the acquaintanceship Meredith and Lafiel family after the Monster Invasion Disaster, the bond between two families grew more familiar.

Both parents and Celeste nodded respectfully after noticing our presence. While both families catch up with each other, their daughter(another beauty, blond hair with blue eyes) confidently walks towards me, extending her hand signaling for a handshake.

"Nice to meet you. I am Violet, Violet de Meredith! Thou shall call me Violet. What is thy nameth?" (age 13)

(... An archaic chick?)

" err.. Nice to meet you too. My name is Mathias Von Lafiel, you can just call me Mat." We both proceed to shake hands.

...( awkward silence..)

"Welcome to the most prestigious academy, Morpheus Academy. Noble ladies and gentlemen, please sit at your assigned family seats. We shall assign rooms for your children's mana and attribute awakening after the ceremony." an old looking man with a long white beard announced.

The silence between us was broken as we separate with our family to our own respective seats.

"I am Neo Walker, the Headmaster of Morpheus Academy, as well as your host. Well, to those who are unaware, we have two semesters each consisting of two years with 14 and 15 years old children in the junior term and 16 to 17 in the senior term....blablabla....." the old man continue explaining mandatory stuff for attending the academy.

" Alright, let's not wait any further for our future stars awakening." The moment the Headmaster stopped speaking, around 30 professors guided all the families to their respective mana room for awakening.

Normal families were guided towards the largest room to accommodate the numbers while some noble families rooms are shared.

Being one of the High nobles, we were led to one of the more mana concentrated rooms as the smaller the room size, the mana will be more condensed.

Our family was led by a purple haired woman, wearing glasses with a worker outfit which I assume is one of the Academy's professors.

(hmm.. Why do I always come across beauties.. I guess I am the chosen one. No complaints though)

The mana room was quite dark, in the middle there was a magic circle engraving emitting blue light pulses connecting the entire room with complicated symbols and lines as if it were a labyrinth.

"I welcome the Lafiel's family for the awakening. I am Lisa Madeline, one of the professors for the junior term." Lisa nodded politely.

Celeste, Celine and I also nodded as greetings.

"..And I will be conducting the mana and attribute awaken for Mathias Von Lafiel... I assume it is you, little boy?"

"Yes, professor Lisa." I replied.

"Alright, Do me a favour and sit at the centre of the magic circle for me. For the mother and daughter, both of you can sit at the side to witness during the awakening process. I will be sitting behind Mathias to infuse mana and circulate it around his body to open up his mana veins, by awakening his mana, the colour of the mana will determine the possibility of his attribute or element. Are you ready, Mathias?"
