new ceo

The board room was filled with the board of directors all mumbling to themselves as no one knew the reason why the ceo called for a board meeting this urgent. the door flung open and simon father and his son entered.

The silence was felt by all present as simon father was highly respected. The aura in which he walks carry the manner of a king as he walks to his seat.....His company SIMON COMPUTERS AND TECHNOLOGY is the biggest technology company in country X.

"Good morning. knowing fully well how I have taken this company from the beginning till this day. we have grown to be the biggest and best in the country I want to announce that I have decided to rest and give the mantle to another person to continue therefore with joy in my heart and peace having full confidence am doing the right thing I announce the new ceo of this great company which is no other person but my only son simon

There was a round of applause as everyone congratulated him. some were happy with the ceo choice but some were not happy.

The manager was among those not happy because he has worked with simon father from the beginning and now he wants to retire he gave the post to his son who doesn't even have as much experience as him but he didnt show it but pretended to be happy.

his thoughts were brought back by simon father cold and sharp voice

" pls welcome my son to take his seat and say a few things

Simon smiling face came forward and hugged his father " thank you father I wont disappoint you" then he turned to the board directors

" thank you all I wouldn't want to waste your time so you can all return back to your offices.... will call individually if need be..... immediately the board room was dispersed and everyone returned to their offices in groups.

" the new ceo is so handsome I cant just stop smiling

" I have always had a crush on him am so happy he is now the ceo I will get to see him everyday

the little talks continued till they got to their offices.

Simon saw his father off to the elevator and returned to his office he sat down but his mind is somewhere else.. he cant still get his mind off her..... he really wants to see her again and soon because only her thoughts fills his mind that he really cant look at the files in front of him

what is wrong with me... her face is all over my thoughts I need to see her and I need to see her soon
