The trees leaves had started changing colour and filled the grasses of each and every house in the neighborhood. The air blew harder and more colder than the previous day. Frost would lie on the grasses in the mornings and disappear as the sun rose during the day.

One would find the elders sipping tea while reading books on their couches and while the grandmothers knitted woollen jerseys for their grandchildren. Winter was approaching little by little they could tell.

The wind spread chills down anyone's spine who was outside and goose bumps to those who weren't wearing any jerseys and colds to those who didn't wear them for too long. Only a few people walked outside. A ghost town some could call it.  One of the most peaceful neighbourhoods in town. It was hidden from the city. That is why it was named Hidden Ville .

Children were no where to be seen . Anyone could tell that schools were open and Christmas holdings were over. Summers would fill this place with some life but now people are busy with their works and lives.

The wind howled like swirling storm blowing the curtains in but not just the air but the coulored leaves that  would be blown by the leaves made most people close their windows.

The screeching sound of the school bus was heard by the bus stop. As soon as the door opened children came out running to their houses with their backpacks behind.

One by one they came out but Mrs Phillips starring out the window still couldn't see her little angel. She blew her hot breath on her hands and shook them.  She'd just arrived and hoped that her daughter would come back soon so they would make some cookies.

Thank God she'd knock off early from the hospital since she's learning otherwise her daughter wouldn't have anyone to stay with after school. She used to stay at the neighbor's house but that  was before they moved to the City. A new family moved in yesterday , oh and that got her thinking.  She should also make some pie to welcome them.

The last that came out of the bus was little Brielle in her  blue jeans, winter boots, black winter coat and a hat of the same colours on her head and scarf safely wrapped around her tiny neck.

She waved to one of the girls staying a few blocks away from her house. The wind blew harder and she ran to her house. She felt like she was being watched and glanced to their neighbour's house. A few steps away from the door steps it opened. She looked up in suprise only to see her mother waiting by the door.

"Mommy", she called throwing herself in her mothers arms in happiness. They had the same Ombre heir but she had longer hair while he mother had shoulder length hair.

"Hey baby . How was school? ", she asks taking off her boots and throws her bag on the sofa before heading fir the kitchen.

"It was fine ".

"You have any home work?".

"Yep. Only just a little ", she jumps up and down. The faint sound of the howling wind could still be heard by the two inside the house.

She quickly fixed sandwiches for her and her daughter . They munched on that real quick, ran upstairs to get changed and were back in less than 15 minutes.

Brielle had changed to some warm tracksuits and a turtleneck and her mother some joggers and a zip up hoodie.

"Well first do the cookies", she said tapping little Brielle's tiny nose. Some colour was on her cheeks due to the cold whether. Excitement glowed in her green emerald eyes .

"Are you gonna make Chocolate cookies?".

"Yes, we'll make those.  Then pie to welcome our neighbors then end with dinner. How does that sound? ".

"Perfect".

"Ok then lets get working".

In the other house Tadashi was still standing by the window of his bedroom blowing his hot breath on the window to make fog. It was colder here than his previous home. He drew little car patterns on the fog repeating the same procces all over again. This place was like a ghost town there were no people around. And not just people only but children to be specific.

He wondered how many friends he  would have and if the neighbours had a boy or not. He glanced at the box full of toys placed next to his bed .  He was an only child and gets whatever he wants or wishes for. Both his parents are from wealthy families so he never sruggled for anything. He opened the window only to get a few leaves inside his bedroom.

He would miss his friends. But her parents made him leave without telling him a reason. But later on found out that his father got another  and they had to move here . In this deserted place. *sighs*

He came back from his wild dreams when he heard the sound of the bus stopping.  'Will I be going on the same bus to school' ,He wondered to himself.

The school children came out and ran to their houses with the wind blowing the tiny ones a little bit as they stumbled failing to regain their balance.

Others held hands as they went into their houses. He stood there watching and hoping that one of the boys would come by his house.  The neighbors son maybe but they were almost done departing when one last person came out.

A girl who looked his age came off wearing an outfit to combat the cold weather. She waved to another girl and came running in the direction of his house. But then stopped and looked his way. He quickly hid behind the blinds peekd out a few seconds later and she was gone.

They must have a daughter he guessed.  With a little disappointment he drew the blind of the window close and slumped on his bed facing the ceiling.

After a few hours of lazing around and playing with his toys he was called downstairs.

"Tadashi  get downstairs now", he heard his mother.  He knew what he was being called for.  Leaving his dishes on the table instead of placing them on the sink.

While lazed on the couch he watched her mother do the rest of the unpacking until a door bell rang. He let her attend to it .

She came back but not alone. A woman came with a pie dish in her hands.

"Come on sweetie you can seat here", his mother said. The girl from ealier came out behind her mother playing with one of her pigtails.  Tadashi sat up straight up, questions filling his mind.

Who are they and what are they doing here?
