Imperial family's dinner - 2

After hearing that a son to the current emperor exists Leon had been flooded with a lot of work. Most of it is about nobles asking stupid questions regarding his son while he was also informing his direct subordinates about the situation.

In the midst of this the imperial family members wanted to meet the new prince. They probably just want to know about the child who literally ended their whole plan. They might be facing bigger problems themselves because the supporters of the former first prince are taking their hands back.

Well, some of them were taking the support back while most of them were being forced to take the support back by the royal families or Leon himself. Even though at first the subordinates of Leon didn't need to make a move as there was no way to avoid making the former first prince the next emperor but with the existence of Lucas who is the direct son of the emperor only a fool would sit tight.

Some of them especially the royal families have not completely believed Leon but they have decided to stay neutral because they know which sort of ruler Leon. He is cunning but is smart at the same time. He won't use any child just to compete with his step brother. This child might truly be his and at the same time they are also fearing the fact about the jewel eyes. Even though the white dragon doesn't talk with anyone but the imperial family. Everyone knows about the existence of the jewel eyes of the white dragon.

So this is where Lucas is right now. He is going to attend the imperial family's dinner which is a small family dinner arranged by Leon because he wanted to introduce Lucas to the world and imperial family members will be the first step.

" How do I look ?" Lucas asked.

" You look absolutely stunning, your highness." Lucy said while looking at him like a predator because of how cute he looks.

Lucas was wearing pure white shorts which were above his knees. For top he was wearing a pure white shirt with a sleeveless jacket which was navy blue in colour along with some golden embroidery. For his foot he was wearing navy blue shoes with pure white socks which were just a few centimetres below his knees. A beret cap with a pure white colour and a small sapphire jewel was kept on his perfectly silky pitch black hair which were hiding his forehead with bangs just a little above his eyebrows.

Except for that he was also wearing a chained collar brooch which was made of pure gold with true sapphires on both ends. There was also a big bright sapphire jewel brooch on his chest pocket while he was also wearing a pocket watch.

All in all he looked like a prince. Wait, he is already a prince. That's why the attire perfectly suited his status as the first prince and future emperor. Along with his jewel sapphire eyes and fair smooth skin he will definitely make mother's marry their girls to him.

" Alright let's go." Lucas said to Lucy as he wanted to get away from Lucy as fast as possible. He didn't like her looking at him like a lion looking at a lamb.

They firstly reached the room in which Leon was waiting for them in the white palace. Leon was wearing clothes which showed his status as the emperor but they looked quite matched as the only difference was his colour theme was crimson red and navy blue.

" Anything I need to know ?" Lucas asked.

" Always keep smiling with a gentle expression but don't worry about your words. As long as you don't use vulgar language you can say anything. Don't harm any of them unless they harm you. Don't open your secrets and don't try to get close to them." Leon explained everything like a machine gun to which Lucas simply nodded.

They both walked for a few seconds and reached the dining hall. They both stood before the door leading to the dinning hall. Lucas simply breathed a few times and started smiling which caused him to look extremely charmful and charismatic. He looked at Leon, which was his approval that he was ready. Leon simply nodded to one of the two soldiers who were guarding the door.

The guard didn't say anything and started speaking loudly :-

" His Majesty the sun of the Empire, Emperor Leon de Algar Silvia and His highness the first prince Lucas de Algar Silvia are coming!!"

After he said that, Lucas and Leon started walking with perfect etiquette towards the door leading to the dining hall of the white palace.

What came into Lucas view was a really long dining table which can at least accomodate more than 40 people. Everything was made from the best quality. Even the chairs were made with pure silver along with the best quality wool and silk for comfortable sitting. The table was also very detailed and was made with pure silver. Except for that there was a chair at one end of the long table which looked more like a throne as it was having the tallest back height and was made with pure gold. This was the seat of the emperor.

There were also maids standing on both the sides of the table. They stood straight in a proper maid posture waiting for any and every order. There were also imperial guards standing on each side.

*Gulp*

Lucas gulped down a bit as he was not used to so many people but his exterior didn't look like one as he has been learning to keep his composure from Lucy.

There were a few people sitting on the dining table and they stood up the moment Lucas and Leon arrived. The imperial guards, maid and the stood up people while bowing and saying :-

" Glory and Blessing upon the Holy Silvia Empire."
