Chapter Seventeen The end of the year party 2

The news about Emma giving a rose to Kira got to Jimi who wasn't present at that time.

Jimi was in the science laboratory with his cycle of friends when joking a member of the music club walked up to them

"Jimi your health prefect is after your babe, he had given her a flower as... "Jimi couldn't wait for him to finish his statement he rushed towards the music studio.

On getting there Jimi met Kira and some other club member singing, he walked toward Kira

"k did Emma give you any flowers?

"yes he did, but I don't know what he is up to "

"Can I have the Flowers? Jimi asked as he looked into his girlfriend's eyes, Kira could tell that Jimi was jealous.

She handles the flower over to Jimi who immediately ran off.

Jimi searches for Emma until he found him talking to some perfect. Not minding, jimi walked up to him.

"please am here to return the flower you gave to Kira, she doesn't need them. So.... if you don't mind here is it "Jimi immediately handed the flowers back to him.

"Pardon? I gave it to Kira not..... " Jimi didn't

Let him finish his statement before cutting him off.

"she token, don't mess with a token girl" he was about to leave when the head some nasty words to one of the prefects

"like witches just like his mother, they like to control people's live" On hearing this Jimi's demon surfaced itself that part of that was full of anger and hate the spirit of fighting that made up his nickname back Panther.

With one blow on Emma's chin, he slips off his feet and instantly bleeds from his mouth.

Not being satisfied by the blow he picked up Emma and gave him another punch, the other boys tried to stop but all in vain.

The noise attracted many senior students from both Art and science, they all gather to watch while some ran to call the teachers.

Kira got there, she was mad at Jimi

"Jimi stop! ". On hearing that voice he was familiar with, Jimi's turn behold Kira was right behind him.

Jimi immediately stopped, he looked confused, how was he going to explain to Kira? He wasn't even regretting ever hitting Emma but rather worried that Kira will leave him. He knew she hated to see him like that which he had promised never to fight again but not after someone called his mom a witch he can't just bear it but to make sure he leave some scar on him.

Back panther! back panther! No one but Johnny hails Jimi.

"some people are just too stupid oh how can he call someone else's mother a witch"Joke adds.

"and he got the beating of his life"

If not for Kira it could have been over for him"

"Omo I swear Jimi is a jagaban oh".

Jimi was punished several by the school authority for involving in fright as for Emma he was taken to the school hospital for treatment. The boys that were earlier present during the fright started avoiding Jimi, they still can't forget that event.

The back panther was Jimi's Nickname even his stepbrother Timi fears him.
