Jack and Tracy would hang out with William and Mia every day after school since they did the project. They became really closed and good friends. Now, they were always together in school and would hang out outside the school as well.

A month has passed, and the group of friends was in the market hanging out. William and Mia started school in the Trigger school as well. They would go to school in the morning, and Trigger school in the afternoon every other day. Trigger school was in the headquarters, so Mary would take them to the Trigger school in the car. William was assigned as an A-rank in the school alongside Mia. So they were together with Jack and Tracy.

They were walking around in the market, but the market was a place to buy things such as fruits and that kind of thing. It was a place to buy weapons. The market was located inside the headquarters of Trigger. Trigger would sell these weapons because it is a good way for the people of Trigger, Rankers and Recruits, to use them and not use up the SP while fighting. They were mainly used by Recruits and C-Rank and lower Rankers. William and Mia didn't need them, but they were going to use them to hide their identities.

Jack uses a scythe as his spiritual weapon, but it takes a big toll on him when using it for a long time, so he was going to buy a normal scythe. Tracy uses a one-hand sword as her spiritual weapon, but it is the same thing with Jack. Mia and William are special because they don't have a specific spiritual weapon unlike everybody else. So Mia was going to use a rifle, and William a long sword.

The rifles are different from physical weapons. They use a little bit of spiritual power as the ammunition, so they are harder to control.

"You really use a rifle as a weapon?" asked Tracy when she saw Mia grabbing a rifle from the guns' section.

"Yes, It is harder but I think I can use it perfectly fine," answered Mia with a smile. They have become really close since they met, so they were always together and they cared for each other.

After they bought their weapons, the went back to the neighborhood to their homes. When they were about to separate, William stopped them. He took out two rings. The rings didn't have any jewels on top, it was just a plain ring but it was deep black, with a red line in the middle. He gave them to Jack and Tracy.

"Put your weapons in there and bring them tomorrow to school. Something big will happen and I want to test if you are worthy," said William. He turned around and left with Mia.

Jack and Tracy stood there looking silly because they recognized what the rings were at first sight. They are spacial rings in which you could store anything inside. It is created from a spatial stone that is only found inside of specific Apollyons. They are extremely difficult to find and had an extremely high price and were only available for Trigger officials, but William gave it to them for free. They didn't know what to do, but they then remembered what William said. 'Something big will happen and I want to test if you are worthy,'.

They went to their homes and couldn't sleep all night while thinking about what was going on and who William really was.

"Why did you give them spatial rings?" asked Mia on the way home.

"I said it, I want to test their abilities, and if they are worthy, I will train them." William smiled wickedly when he said this, which made Mia smile.

"Just don't turn into your father, please," said Mia.

They got to their house and went to sleep, but before they turned the lights off, Mary opened the door and said, "Tomorrow is the day, huh? What are you going to do?"

"I will test some friends," said William.

"Don't let them die. I somebody dies because of you, I won't be happy about it."

"Don't worry, I won't let them die, I am not as weak as last time,"

"Ok then, have a good night. And Mia, I want a grandchild so hurry up <3!" Said Mary before running away. Mia was happy to hear that, but William was scared.

The next day, they got up and showered. Then they went straight to school.

Jack and Tracy were kind of anxious because of what happened the day before, but they did what William told them and put their weapons in the rings. They held the weapons in the same hand as the ring, and then they sent their Spiritual power to the ring. The spiritual power surrounded the weapon and disappeared.

They were excited when they thought about being able to store things in the ring, but they didn't dare to store anything else other than the weapon because they weren't sure of William's purpose. They got up and went to school.

The day went by normally, except for the fact that William and Mia didn't come to school. They went to their classes, but for some reason, the mood around them wasn't too good. They felt nervous because of William, they didn't understand why, but they knew that what William said was important and that it might even change their lives. Even more so the part where he said that something was going to happen at school. They kept their eyes open for anything unusual but couldn't find anything.

"Maybe we are just paranoid. He was probably jok-" Tracy was talking to Jack when they heard the sirens all around the school. The sirens were so loud that everybody inside the school and in its surroundings could hear. At this moment, Jack and Tracy could feel their hearts jumping along with all the other students and people in the school because the siren is meant only if a portal is about to be opened in the surroundings.

Jack and Tracy felt nervous because they remember William's words. 'Something big will happen and I want to test if you are worthy'. Did he already know that a portal was going to open here? Who is William, and who is Mia to be together with him? All of these thoughts went through their heads, but they didn't think William was a bad person. It was the opposite, they felt that William was giving them a chance to prove themselves 'worthy'.

The teachers, including the Principal, ran into the hallways trying to control the crazy mass of students rushing into the streets.

"Get out in an orderly fashion, please!" a teacher yelled to his students while bringing them out of the building.

The exits were in the four corners of the school, but the room that Jack and Tracy were in was in the middle on the last floor, so it would take a long time to evacuate. There were also many students with weapons in their hands. Some had knives, guns, swords, and even katanas. All types of weapons were all around the school, and the owners were Recruits from the Trigger school that were studying in the normal school. They were training to fight in these kinds of cases, but hey had never experienced it before so they were trembling from fear. Most of them were rank D and C, while a few ranks B, and a couple rank A including Jack and Tracy.

This lasted for about 2 minutes, with students evacuating from the huge building as fast as possible, but there were still many students inside the building. Suddenly, a big black portal appeared floating on top of the building. It started as a small black hole, but then it grew to a huge size.

Elephant-size cockroach-like creatures started pouring out of the portal in pairs. A couple went straight to the floor outside the building, while another couple fell on top of the building and started eating the roof. Then, another couple fell and went through the windows, or at least they tried before making a big hole on top of the window, and started running around, eating as many people as they could.

The portals that appeared in these kinds of zones had a limited capacity, and every time an Apollyon came out of the portal, it would visibly shrink until it closes. The limit for this portal was 6 small size Apollyons, so the school could be considered lucky this time.

Meanwhile, Jack and Tracy were running in the hallways on the third floor when they heard a window break. They stopped running and saw an Apollyon crash into the wall across the hallway from the window.

"T-th-that is an Apollyon, r-right? Jack?" Tracy got scared when she saw such a scary monster and couldn't help but shrink back when she saw it.

"Yea, It looks like the ones they taught us in Trigger school, right?" Jack remembered the pictures of the Apollyons that their teachers showed them in Trigger academy, and this one obviously looked like one.

The Apollyon pulled away from the wall and shook its head. Then, it turned to where Jack and Tracy were, and then it showed its green and pointy teeth to them.

"So can assume that William expects us to fight these things? they are in other places around the school. We should hurry and finish this one quickly." Jack said.

"Yes, he wants us to fight these things." agreed Tracy.

They pulled out their weapons from the rings and got into a fighting position before rushing to the Apollyon.

"I guess it has started, huh?" said William while sitting on the edge of a house near the school. One could see the whole school campus from here, and the portal floating on top of the school as well.

"Yes, from what I can see, only 6 small Apollyons came out this time. What do you want to do now?" asked Mia while standing behind William on the roof.

"Let's just save the people in danger for now. Let's leave one for Jack and Tracy and make sure to not let anyone, or anything, get near them. Let the other Apollyons run wild for now, I think I see a couple more promising people from that bunch besides Jack and Tracy." said William to Mia. He smiled brightly when he said this and then looked at Mia.

Mia smiled when he saw William smile and said, "Yes, yes, whatever you say. Do you think we will get new members this time?"

"Hopefully yes, or I would have to lower my expectation for future candidates," answered William. He got up and went behind Mia. He then hugged her from behind. "We will get new teammates, are you happy?" whispered William.

"How could I not be? I want Tracy to be on our team. She is my first best friend." smiled Mia. She then hugged William's arms that were around her waist.

"First best friend?!" asked William in an angry tone.

"Female." corrected Mia.

"Hahahaha", they laughed and then turned back to business. William went back to the edge of the roof and then looked to the school. Mia followed right behind him. William then jumped off the roof and disappeared while Mia followed right after. They moved so fast that nobody could see them moving, while they went through the hallways looking for anybody in trouble.
