While Aurora was shocked and confused by the waiter's confessions, Stella released a deep sigh of relief.
It was good that the waiter didn't sell her out, but she couldn't help but feel surprised at how smart he was to say that aiming at Aurora was a mistake.
Stella knew that if the waiter had confessed otherwise, a deeper investigation would have been made and at that time, she wouldn't be able to escape the punishment for her ruthless actions.
"Mr. Detective, I want to meet the man who killed my husband," Stella said, wiping away the stream of tears on her cheeks. "I refuse to believe he would do something so evil because he was fired from his job. There has to be something more. I want to speak with him."
