"They expect too much from me, heavily depending on me can be problematic for several reasons. It places excessive pressure on that individual, leading to stress and potential burnout, it creates vulnerability, as the failure or unavailability of that person can lead to significant disruptions, relying on one person limits the diversity of ideas and perspectives, potentially stifling creativity and innovation, It can lead to unrealistic and unfair expectations, making it difficult for the person to meet them consistently"
