New house tour

(AN: The contents of this chapter may appear to be useless especially the underground part of the house but I just wanted to add it as I liked it. And maybe it will serve to be important in the future...who knows right?😅😅😉)

After the commotion earlier, Kazuya and the two girls continued eating before they left after finishing the food.

Kazuya thought about it a bit before he decided on their next destination. Entering the car, he quickly drove off towards the outskirts of the city.

Soon they arrived at their destination. In front of them was a big house with a pathway leading to the door. Kazuya parked at the front of the house before getting out.

While the two girls were confused why he bought them here. Chizuru couldn't help but asked him why "Kazuya why are we here?" she asked with a confused expression on her face.

Kazuya smiled, "This is a house I bought, what do you two think?" He pointed at the house that has an area of about 900 or 1000 Square meters, of course including the lawn and backyard.

The two were surprised as they hadn't heard it from him yet. Well of course since he just got it earlier through a quest.

On the outside, it looks normal but from what Kazuya got from the information sent to him earlier, the house has a wide underground space filled with various things like a hangar, a factory area.

It was perfect for Kazuya since he had been wanting to experiment with some technologies he got. And with the underground area, he can create some more things using the factory in the underground space.

Of course, he still needs to get some materials but that is much easier as he can buy them using SP as those materials he need can be found in his main world meaning he can use SP to buy them.

"But when did you buy it?" Chizuru asked feeling confused. He quickly changed the subject to escape.

"Don't worry about it, come on let's enter. A few days from now I will move here. If you two want you can also live here." After saying so he quickly walks towards the door and entered, the two quickly followed him inside.

When they entered the first thing that they saw was the living room. There were 3 sofas where you can sit. A small table in the middle with some books on top.

A light on top and a shelf that has some books, along with a 45 inch flat-screen TV. And at the side of the living room is a glass wall from which you can see the pool.

They walked around and sat on the couch. It was soft and very comfortable to sit on.

"This is very relaxing" Kurumi commented while Kazuya and Chizuru agreed with her.

"Yeah, this couch is very comfortable to sit on," Chizuru said and Kazuya continued, "And since we are at the outskirts of the city the surrounding is quieter which is a plus."

After enjoying the couch for a bit, Kazuya stood up. "Well ladies, how about we continue our tour?" he asked.

The two nodded and next they went to the kitchen. The kitchen has a simple design.

Kazuya saw this and nodded feeling satisfied, "Hm, this is good"

"The design is simple, I like it" Kurumi commented. She was kind of simple designs for the interior so she quite like the kitchen. Chizuru also agreed.

Then they continued their tour. By the end of their tour, they were satisfied. In total, the house has the living room on the first floor along with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 guest rooms, and a garage, which shows just how big the house is.

While upstairs on the second floor, there is a bathroom, 4 normal rooms, 1 main bedroom, and a balcony.

Kazuya didn't show them the underground space as he wants it to be an area where he will build some things which, some are dangerous but luckily the elevator down it is hidden and only he knew where it is.

Of course, he plans on telling them too in the future but not now. After their tour, it was nearing dinner so Kazuya decided to dine at a nearby restaurant.

After eating dinner, Kazuya drove Chizuru home while he and Kurumi went home too. All in all, today was very productive for him.

Not only he got to spend time with his two girlfriends, but he also got a new house which has its factory underneath albeit a small one. It also solved his problem as he was planning on buying a new house but luckily the system rewarded him with a new house.

"Hmm...? For now, I need to get some more SP, and there's also that special world travel ticket I got. But I'm not planning on using that now. And for gathering SP...I could maybe write a manga or something. Oh right...One-piece isn't written here...hehe then I will write it." Kazuya was muttering the things he planned to do.

"Luckily with the eidetic memory I got as a side effect of the system enhancing my brain, I can recall the details of the manga" And with that, he decided to write a manga as a random thought and also to get more SP to spend.

The next day, Kazuya went back to the house and went to a secret elevator hidden. Going down it, he soon arrived at a large space underground.

As soon as he stepped out of the elevator, the whole area was powered up. From the information he got, it is about 1000 Square meters in area size. And it is 30 meters underground.

The area was full of machines it's like a factory but of course, there are also some more things like an empty hangar.

There's also the control room which has an advanced holographic computer. It was similar to what he saw back in Fraxinus which they use.

It has a strong defense too so it can't be easily hacked. And multiple monitors were also present from the hidden cameras outside the house, of course it was a security feature.

"Hehe, this is really a godsend reward. Now I can do much more fun things with technology." Kazuya chuckled as he started around the underground space. He was feeling happy right now as it was one of his wishes to have his own underground base with some high-tech stuff.

Kind of like Tony Stark which has his own lab where he builds some high-tech stuff. Some may say it was childish but he doesn't care.

After feeling satisfied Kazuya soon left the place while thinking of some plans he got.
