Lilith and Serafall!

In the room, Serafall sat with Lilith and Gabriel. She didn't speak as she was judging Lilith and her actions.

Knowing Gabriel, she knew that Gabriel wouldn't side with someone who harms innocent, and with her being together, she understood that Lilith wouldn't do anything to her.

"Anyways, Serafall, as I said before, I want you to join me as some things would be less troublesome if I have the support of the foreign minister."

Serafall looked at Lilith for a moment and asked, "And I would like to ask what will you do after becoming the Queen of the Underworld?"

"Hmm? What will I do? Hmm, You don't need to know, but I will make sure that every council member will stop their work and they will become loyal to the Underworld, and think for their betterment."

"And then?"

"Then? Then I will take the position of God in Heaven and take control over the System and become the Leader of the three factions and make them a single Pantheon like others." Lilith said without any change in her expression, but her words made Serafall shocked.

"What? How are you going to do it? It will cause a war and many will die in it. Gabriel, say something to her and stop enjoying her petting." Serafall said as she looked at Gabriel, who enjoyed her chin getting caressed by Lilith.

"Huh? What should I say? Eve isn't doing anything wrong. She has holy energy purer than mine and Michael and she will be able to control the System that Father left." Gabriel said without moving as she felt like she was in her mother's embrace because of the holy energy emitted by her.

Serafall's expression changed as she heard and when she thought what would happen if Lilith became their enemy, her body shuddered as she remembered the suppression she felt.

"I accept, but I will make sure that you won't cause war and make innocents die."

"Oh, My dear Serafall, how can you say that anyone in this world is innocent? Except for newborn child, no one in the world is innocent, absolutely no one." Lilith said with a chuckle and Serafall felt chills as she heard this.

"Here, a gift from me," Lilith said a Blood Piece appeared in her hand and it went inside Serafall's heart. Seeing this, Lilith snapped her finger as a barrier was created in the room and Serafall's expression changed as her energy was released and her form started to change.

Before she could change to a Serpent, Lilith snapped as a seal appeared on Serafall and Lilith said, "Ceil Dear, help her."

The demonic energy around Serafall disappeared and she looked at Lilith with a stunned expression on her face and asked, "If you are that powerful, then why haven't you taken over the Underworld?"

"Haha! It's because I need people to manage Underworld in my place and when I am done, I will start the process."

"Gabriel, do you also want one? With this, you will be able to control the System in Heaven easily."

"Are? Me? No, No! If I did take one, then I would have to manage everything and I wouldn't have time to play. It would be better if you do it." Gabriel said with a pout and seeing this, Lilith chuckled and said, "Okay, When I will control Heaven, I will let you play however you like."

"Yaha!" Gabriel said as she snuggled to Lilith and Lilith smiled as she saw her antics.

Seeing this, Serafall pouted and she wondered why Gabriel could have time to play but she has to work her ass off in the Underworld.

"Serafall, Start strengthening the relationship with Vampires by meeting Carmilla and Youkai by meeting Yasaka."

Serafall's expression changed and then her eyes widened as she asked, "Is Mr. Red part of your group?"

"Me. Red? Ohh! Him! Yes, he is. Create an alliance with them and they will accept it. Make it hidden so that no one will know of it and when I arrive in the Underworld with them, the alliance's details will be released, and it will be easy to suppress Sizrechs and Ajuka because of this. Mostly Ajuka, as Sizrechs will listen to Rias."

"It would be a pity if Ajuka resisted and died," Lilith said as if it was a piece of cake to kill Ajuka and Serafall knew that she could kill him, albeit not easily.

"We will meet again later, Ask Ciel if you have any actions. She isn't a robot but your Superior so treat her with respect."

Saying this Lilith and Gabriel disappeared from the place while Serafall was too stunned to say anything.

In the underworld, Seekvaira looked at the two women in front of her and asked, "Are you sure you two aren't drunk?"

After they had told her the plan, as instructed by Lilith and now Seekvaira was stunned to hear the plan.

"Are we?" Sona said as she flashed her Ultimate Class Demonic Energy after placing a barrier with Ciel's help and a stunned expression appeared on Seekvaira's face.

Before she could say anything, she felt Sona poke her forehead as a large amount of information appeared in her mind and an excited expression appeared on her face.

"I am in." She said as she thought of the incomplete information in her mind about Mechas that could rival the strength of Ultimate and Satan Class Devils.

A grin appeared on Sona's cold face as she heard this and now she was one step closer to her goal.

"Now that you are in, You will be coming with us as we will kidnap someone from Sitri Hospital."

"Who?"

"Just come and you will know," Sona said as a teleportation circle appeared on the ground and they disappeared from the place.

As they disappeared, a woman appeared in the place and cleared the traces of Demonic Energy left and then she disappeared from the place.
