It's been six month since the birth of the little prince, Mei lien and consort Chun had become inseparable friends as they hang out and do a lot of things together

"I must say, your highness is really good at embroidery," said Concubine Chun as she looks at mei lien who is busy embroidering a peony on a handkerchief

"You flatter me," replied Mei lien as she blushed a little

At Mei Zhen chamber, she can be seen tending to the third prince who is lying on the bed as the imperial physician is observing him.

"I don't seem to understand him your highness, I can't find anything wrong with him," replied the imperial doctor as he proceeds to check his pulse again

"I'm sorry your highness, but I would have to take my leave now to give his imperial highness a feedback," said the doctor as he made an exit leaving Mei Zhen and the prince alone.

Just then, her imperial concubine arrived at Mei Zhen chamber

"What happened to my son?" The imperial concubine asked as she rushed to the third prince with tears rolling down her eyes

"I'm sorry your highness, I don't know how all these happened," replied Mei Zhen as she knelt on the floor

"You don't know how it happened," said the imperial concubine as she slapped Mei Zhen

"You evil woman, my son had been like this since the day he married you, you're just a jinx," said the imperial concubine angrily as she couldn't control her anger

"I'm sorry your highness," said Mei Zhen still kneeling on the floor tearfully

"Mother" The third prince called faintly

"Third prince!" exclaimed the imperial concubine as she rushed to the third prince side

"Please, don't be hard on Mei Zhen," said the third prince weakly

"My son, how could you let this happen to you," said the imperial concubine tearfully as she held the third prince hand

"I don't have much time left, I can only beg you to please take good care of yourself, I don't want to see you sad when I'm gone," said the third prince

"You're not going anywhere, you'll be fine, I'll make sure I save you," said the imperial concubine before she departed

Now at Jun's chamber, he can be seen discussing with his eunuch

"How come the third prince is sick," said Jun

"The doctors said they couldn't find the cause," replied eunuch Li as he serves tea and handed it over to jun

"That's strange, the third prince is been known for taking good care of his health," said Jun sadly as he sips from the tea

"The doctors are trying their best to save him, I'm sure they would find the cause of the sickness and save him," Eunuch Li sighs and said

"I hope so, and how is Mei Zhen? I hope she is good " asked Jun

"Her imperial concubine is furious with her, I even heard she was slapped today," replied eunuch Li

Mei lien can be seen in her chamber getting ready for bed with the help of Luli, just then Jing came in with a sad expression

"What's wrong Jing," asked Mei lien worriedly

"His highness is spending the night with concubine Chun," replied Jing sadly

"I'm not concerned about that," said Mei lien as she sat in front of the mirror combing her hair
