The crux's

"I don't suppose you any of you know what happened to Arcturus Black ,whilst I was in Azkaban, do you?" Sirius asked us when we were sitting at the Gryffindor table.

Tonks, being almost part of the Black line, knew.

"He uh, passed away in February." She said quietly.

"Oh no." Sirius said, dropping his head into his hands. "This isn't good."

Besides Harry and Draco, there are no other black males left besides Sirius, but he was dis-owned.

"Harry or Draco then?" I say out loud.

"Much, much worse." Sirius said. "Old Arcturus re-adopted me ,after my dear mother died whilst I was in Azkaban."

"You?" I almost shout at him.

He nods mutely.

"Bwahaha."

"What's going on?" Hermione asked, clearly trying to follow the whole thing.

"Don't talk now 'Mione." I say. "The likes of us can't talk in the presence of the esteemed Lord Black." I say, grinning at Sirius.

"This is going to be a nightmare." He groans, putting his forehead firmly on the table.

"You aren't acting in a befitting manner for someone of your stature, Milord." Tonks chimes in.

He mutters something unintelligible.

"Don't mutter Milord." Tonks jabs his ribs.

"I don't mutter." He mutters. "Maybe I can adopt Andi and Tonks back in ,and make Ted the new Lord Black."

"I'm sure all the other Lords would love that." I say mockingly

"At least on the bright side I'll have one of the best warded houses in Britain. The Blacks were so paranoid, they would make Mad-Eye look like a school girl." He says. "No offence." He says to Tonks. "Is Mad-Eye still kicking?" He asks when we resume our meals.

I morph into his ugly mug face.

"I can do the eye but it's just an illusion, yeah I saw him in the Ministry building." (mc needs to scan an object to copy it, but why bother with a useless eye when he has his dojutsu.)

"Looks like he's lost part of his nose since we last worked together." He says whilst examining my face.

"Looks like you lot should be going and getting on with homework now." Sirius tells us when we finish.

"Maybe you would like to come and see that changing room, that doesn't show up on your map?" I say cryptically, knowing people were listening.

Sirius' eyes light up. "Let's be off!" He grabs my arm as he leads me from the hall.

I follow him for a few minutes. We get to the third floor before he realises he isn't leading. He starts laughing.

"Been a while since I've been taken somewhere new." He smirks beside himself.

"One false turn and you could run into a Cerberus on this floor." I tell him, watching the colour drain from his face.

"You're joking, right?" Hoping I'm joking

"Nope, This door right here." I say opening it, ignoring his protests. "The map says it's called Fluffy."

"W-wait." He stutters out. "Your map does animals too?"

"Most of them, yes. It can find animagi too."

He lets out a low whistle. "Our could never do animagi, the four of us just didn't show up when we transformed."

"Ah. That explains why nobody saw Peter on it."

I say going with the flow

"Thanks again for finding him." He says sincerely.

"It was an accident really." I wave him off as we head to the seventh floor.

"Here we are." I announce as we face the blank wall.

"It's blank." He says. An expression of understanding spreads over his face. "Like the platform at King's Cross?" He asks. 'Why not'

"Exactly." I say.

He starts walking forward to go through the wall and simply smacks into it.

"I set myself up there didn't I?" He grumbled from the floor.

"Yep." I pull him up. "Just think about what room you need, spin three times and it will appear." I demonstrated by bringing the hidden object room here.

"Bloody hell." He says as the door appears.

"Indeed. This is where people go to hide things." I tell him as we walk around the room.

"It's just broken furniture." He comments.

"Well a school of magical children are going to break a few things." I explain. "There are books and stuff in here. This one looks like a journal." I say absently as I leaf through it.

"Merlin's beard." Sirius exclaims as he pulls a cloth from a cabinet. "I've only ever seen one of these, and they're no good without the other."

The vanishing cabinet. "What is it?"

"A vanishing cabinet." He tells me. "Walk in one and close the door, walk out the other instantly." I check with my dojutsu 'I wonder if I can get the same information in comparison.

"By Merlin's beard he's correct." I say as I scan the cabinet. "However, broken it is." I tell Padfoot. "Seems like a student killed a dog about ten years ago trying to use it." I could fix it, but I imagine the other one is still in Borgin and Burkes. "It works for in-animate things, but it currently would kill anything alive, well it is attached to a black market store."

"We could prank them?" He suggests.

"I've got no idea how they work, but you're welcome to try."

He busied himself looking for something to send through whilst I worked.

It's a fairly simple structure of enchantments. It doesn't act like a portkey or apparation, which actually moves the subject, this just switches the internal space with the other cabinet.

"There we go." Sirius says as he hands me panties with a breakup note. I look at him. "What?"

"Forget it "

I shake my head

"Here we go" I open the cabinet. "See you in mars test subject 172Z!"

I throw it into the cabinet as Sirius cheers me on. I tap the handle with my wand for effect purposes. A dim flash of light emits for the cabinet. I check and its gone

"Did it work?" Sirius asks me.

"We wont know till we go to the shop to be honest. However it was sent yes."

We laughed.

"By the way how can you possibly know that?" He says, looking down at the screen. "This doesn't make any sense."

"Want to go buy the cabnet?"

He scratches his beard. Thinking.

"I suppose I could." He brightens. "What do we need the other cabinet for?"

"I suppose You could have it on your home, and Harry could pass through this one whenever he wanted." I suggest. "Or you could come through faster than the floo to watch the Quidditch games." I shrug.

"We should probably tell Albus about it." He suggests. "Potential security threat and all that."

"Only fair I suppose. It'll need some work to let life pass through, I suppose old Dumbles has a few tricks up his sleeve with all those things in his office." I muse aloud whilst scanning the cabinet. 'Although I could fix it why would I if hes going to talk with old bones.'

"Parselmouth?" I say.

"What?" Sirius asks, whirling around.

"There are only two wizards I know of that can use that magic. Seems to be in this room. Harry magic usually floods the areas, hard guy to miss." I explain. "This way." I walk off toward the epicentre.

"How would he know about this room?"

"He's right there." I say, pointing off into a pile of rubble.

The diadem.

"Great." I climb the stack, using the magenformatics network to scan. "You cannot be serious."

"I am and I'm down here." He calls up.

I scan the box with the diadem in it. It's Tom Riddle's magic.

"Sirius. We need to get this to Albus." I say as I scramble down the stairs. "Right now." I pull on my scales and bulk up and break out into a sprint. Sirius turns into Padfoot to catch up.

"No running in the halls!" I hear Filch screech as we dart past him.

"Bloody castle is too big." I mutter as we burst past some students.

"Was that a dragon and a grim, you think it has to do with that outsutsuki kid?" I hear someone say.

"Ah, Mr. outsutsuki." Dumbledore says as we catch him near the gargoyle to his office. "Lord Black." He says with a smile.

"Office." Sirius says as he changes back. "Now, Albus." He seems to have caught on that this is serious.

"Professor Snape and Flitwick should probably be present for this." I tell the Headmaster, who opens his floo up.

Flitwick comes through looking worried and Snape follows looking as calm as ever.

"Now." Dumbledore starts. "Perhaps you could explain why you have called us here?" He asks seriously.

"Earlier this evening, I was scanning Harry Potter with my spell. You all know roughly what it does, yes?" They nod. "After scanning Harry I saw that he has an enormous amount of magic. His presence flooded the room we were in at the time. The reading showed that he could rival the headmaster in raw power." This got their attention.

"So, Mr. Black and I went for a little walk around the castle and … happened across a hidden room." Dumbledore seems to understand which one I mean. "Inside we found a vanishing cabinet, the twin of which is near knockturn Alley" I look a Sirius.

"Anyway, that's a story for another time." I put the box on the desk. "This." I open it. "Is Ravenclaw's lost diadem." Flitwick's eyes widened. "However, It was scanned as Tom riddle."

"Excuse me?" Flitwick asks me hoping he heard wrong

There was a collective gasp as everyone stared at me.

"Now, Could I ask you all something? Well, two things." I get a nod from Dumbledore. 'Playing stupid '

"Why and Who is Tom Riddle?"

Snape spoke up this time. "Tom Riddle once attended Hogwarts. He later took on the pseudonym of 'Lord Voldemort'."

"Bullocks." I said loudly. None of them seemed to want to berate me on my language.

After a while we end up going to the ministry of magic. I greet Ted Tonks as I enter the Ministry. Dumbledore had taken the adults and the diadem to the Ministry in a hurry, Ted had come and collected me a few minutes later from the Headmaster's office.

"Good evening Mr. Tonks." I say holding my hand out after we exited the floo.

"No time for pleasantries I'm afraid." He looked rather stressed. "Whatever bought Dumbledore in here has caused a big stir." He runs his fingers through his blonde hair. "They entered a meeting room with some Unspeakables and other Ministry high-ups including the Minister himself." He explains as we head through the crowds. "Then Sirius sticks his head out the door and tells Baker and I to ,collect You from Hogwarts. I have no idea what's happening." He looks at me pleadingly.

"If they haven't told you then I probably shouldn't." I feel bad for the man. "Sorry."

"Here we are." He says as we arrive at a large door with Aurors guarding it. "Er, itachi." He says as he is about to open the door. "It's not my place to say, but try and be polite to these people."

"Don't worry, Ted." I offer him a big grin. "Best behaviour. I promise."

He groans. "Nym has given me that smile a hundred times." He mutters to an Auror as I walk into the chamber.

There are a ton of important looking people in here. Fancy dress robes, Unspeakables around the place, I see harry here aswell then there is the 'Hogwarts entourage'. I head over to them.

'Why is harry here o well this works better'

"Alright, Harry?" I say nonchalantly.

He looked at me oddly before smiling. "They" He points at the healers and Unspeakables. "Where told by sirius to check me for any damage caused by the soul that I used to have attached to my scar."

"Can't complain, hes just concerned." I tell him. "Padfoot and I were throwing about women's underwear before this happened." I shrug. Harry blushes at this.

I turn to Dumbledore, who just finished talking to a red-faced Fudge. "What's going on then?"

"It would appear that Voldemort, has taken measures to keep him alive upon his death." He explained. "One body dies and he can use his shattered soul to be reborn."

"and the diadem had part in? And so did Harry?" He nods, a lot of people are now listening. "So what if we just pull them out and kill them?" I ask. "Surely it's unanimously agreed that this guy shouldn't be allowed to live, right?"

"Of course not!" Someone shouts. "but if he has these two … horcruxes. Then what's to say he hasn't got more?"

"A valid point." Dumbledore says to the man.

"So say he's got, I don't know. Five." I say. "Can't you guys just go and find them and destroy them?"

"It would destroy the diadem, a small price to pay I say." A man in red robes says.

"What of the boy?"Someone asked

"It appears whatever healed Mr. Potter ,did an amazing job because hes more healthy then should be possible." She spoke to the crowd.

"W-why is h-he here?" An old man looked at me slightly afraid.

"Mr. outsutsuki is here as my guest." Dumbledore speaks softly, placing a hand on my shoulder.

Ignoring the exchange.

I then make an announcement.

"Well then, let's get to buisness my father as the spiritking. Has the ability to take souls, as he is on equal standing as death himself. We could have him go ,and take care of this manner once and for all! So if you give me permission I'll call him now and he will appear.".

"What would your father want in return, surely he wont do it for free." The minister says wearily of a death like entity.

"He wants you all I'm a room with him along with the press ,as there is a concerning matter that he would like to announce. Normally without doing something so monumental as taking down the dark lord ,or something to that effect would have people question his word. However with your backing ,he will have no worry of that being a matter at all." I tell him with a grin

"What are we waiting for then, I'll even get the reporters here now with an unbreakable vow. To not realease the information till its too late." The minister says hastily basically everyone agrees, as they dont see what could possible be wrong with it. Dumbledore however has a bad feeling in his gut, but chalks it up to my father failing or something. Which would allow him to manipulate harry once more, after he gets rid of a pesky Phoenix by putting up a ward. I have the clone of my father, that I had gather all the horucroxs; appear out of nowhere. He of course removed the resurrection stone from the ring, and got the cloak from Dumbledores office ,but he needs permission to own it. Then he said.

"It is done, I have gathered all of the horucroxs but you can check them, if you want before I destroy them." He says everyone is shocked even the minister but he says.

"H-how, even if you knew where they were they would be spread around the world." the minister said questioningly.

"Well first of all I'm a spiritking, just like death I can sense where all souls are. Death has another ability aswell to teleport to all the souls that exist. Now I couldn't apear too close as they are but shards. However, I have very special mage sight that I used to locate them. Oh and professor one of your teachers was possessed by Voldemort, professor squirrel I think it was he is now recovering." 'Purposley mispronounced that haha'

Mad-eye moody inspects the cruxzes and says

"This is indeed all of the horocrux's and they are real." The hall goes silent lord malfoy is fuming in anger as he cant do a thing.

"Okay minister are you ready for me to destroy them, by ripping the soul pieces out." father says

"Y-es do it now before anything bad happens".

the minister says

I reach out and pull them all out then I open a portal and say "My friend death I got a treat for you ,it's the soul pieces of Voldemort. I think it will go nicely, with my other Christmas gifts."

I call out into the void everyone then sees death come out of the portal, as he knows I could make him visible. If I want by putting genjutsu on him. We see his boney hands come out, followed by his cloak as his aura surrounds the room. We then see his scythe in all its glory when he is fully out he reaches, for the squirming soul pieces in my hand ;as well as the wraith of Voldemort screaming in my other hand. I just now made the wraith visible also taking of my silencio spell i had on him.

"Noooooooo" his wails fill ,the room as death grabs him and throws him in the void and says

"Thanks" he walks back into the void. Alot of people have already fainted only leaving malfoy, Dumbledore, harry, the minister fudge ,Sirius, and mad-eye all pale white shaking a storm. While I and my father(also me) uneffected. I decide to speak up "Nice fellow he is. He is a bit lonely thou that's why, I keep him company from time to time.So where are my reporters or do we need a recess as I smell urine." I say nonchalantly, while my original is covering his face in fake embarrassment.

Original "Father was it necessary to call him here, mortals dont really feel comfortable near him." I say deadpanned expression

"Well I'm not a food delivery service, so i told him to get over here." wood clone explained like he was talking about the weather. Then casting mass enervate.

Everyone else thought' I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING OR CRAZY ,WHEN HE SAID HE WAS FRIENDS WITH DEATH'

"Cough-cough right i think a 5...no 30 minute recess is in order, all who agree say I or groan if you cant say i. I will also get the press here and ready for the announcement." Minister fudge says as he scampered off. Everyone leaves except for me, and Dumbledores peanut gallery.

I conjure up a table, tea, some lemon drops and chairs. I then sit down and say" Tea or lemon drop?" They all look baffled, but quickly take their seats as to not offend me. Dumbledore reaches for the lemon drop and says "My favorite, thank you. So... what does being a spirit king entail?" he asked with newfound curiosity "Well, I could do what death does but hes doing a marvelous job ,so I just travel other worlds like many powerful entities do." I explain

So we kept going at it back and fourth, I talk about fictional worlds exct. Then he asks "could I perhaps join in on this adventure" excitement filled his voice. "Only those that can travel through the veil can do so. Now death ,has foreseen the events of what would have happened if I didnt arrive. Let's just say he wasn't pleased with the results." I say this venomously Dumbledore and the rest go stiff

"So he asked for me to collect his "Gifts", so he can give it to a more worthy successor ;as it was intended." Dumbledore gets upset and distraught. " Worry not I have an ability that will create something just as powerful. However it will be bound to you and when you die it will cease to exist." I activate my dojutsu in it's full glory on display. " Now let me disarm you with it, and for this cloak I need Harry's and your permission, to take it. 'Troublesome if I was more powerful then death, I would just break the bonds on them. Since I killed Voldemort the stone is already mine.'

"If you say no, well let's just say timelords have lots of evidence seen through time." He reluctantly stands up and says

"Okay." he says sighing I disarm him and

I take a look at it and say "Marvelous well done death o boy" as i scan it with my sonic screwdriver magenformatics network and my dojutsu "<Yin-yang release creation of all things>" now right in front of me is an exact copy of the elderwand, and cloak of invisibility. I toss it to him and harry and say "I didnt expect you to surrender, so ill give you a choice. I could revive your sister ,and have her be the same age as you. Or not and create a mirror in which you can talk to her spirit , if she hasn't been reincarnated that is."

"I-i choose the mirror ,as I dont want to burden her with old age."

"So be it." I toss him a mirror I just created with yin-yang release.

Time passes and finally the meeting begins

"Okay now a very special guest who has found out that Voldemort is alive,because he made horocrux's.-" He pauses for dramatic effect "- and destroyed all Voldemort's horucroxs thus ended Voldemort himself. Wrathos outsutsuki and his son itachi!!..... He has a very important announcement for us." Fudge says

"Thank you for that splendid introduction." I say.

'Should I defame Dumbledore nah he gave me the wand ,and I'll just punish him. Expecially since harry was going to break the elderwand.'

"I have been talking to dumbledore recently getting to the bottom of an issue, I investigated a while back. The family that harry was sent to before he became a wizard was a muggle family .... not just that but they were so terrible, that they should belong in some sort of necronomicon to summon. They abused the poor boy made him cook and clean at a unbelievable young age. Furthermore they neglected him starved him. If it wasn't for a special rare Phoenix bonding with him ,he would still have several broken mishealed bones and maleneutrician. He has also spent most of his life sleeping in a cupboard... Now the only good that came out of this was his Phoenix. As we all know a Phoenix bonds with someone that is good of heart, and has similar characteristics to their own. He has bonded with a Phoenix that has the characteristics of loving freedom, that's why hes not always with harry he travels around. Now that my son has cleared the name of Sirius black ,and with the defeat of the darklord. Harry for once in his life will be able to live in a loving home with his uncle lord black.As his magical guardian has agreed to this and now will transfer over guardianship to lord black please welcome dumbledore, and lord of the most noble house of black." I say as I conjure up the magical contracts. (would have spoke up earlier, but timelord shut it technique works wonders)

Dumbledore looks pissed and sees he got played like a fiddle, and sees there is no way out of this. While Sirius black, looks at him and scowls then smiles as he walks over to the poem. Followed by a butthurt dumbledore.

"Now all you have to is sign this contract and it will be done." I hand them the contract they both sign it and walk back but not before Sirius says

"I will be making sure the people responsible will get what they deserve." says black

"Worry not as Dumbledore has agreed that he is somewhat at fault, as he was very busy with his positions. However he could have made a better effort by having discussion on the people ,who would make sure nothing bad happened. So he has volunteered to a special illusion, I have made that will send him into the shoes of harry; if he spent his entire life without Sirius black coming out of Prison. He will be out cold for 1 day, but it might take a while to recover." I then look at him activate my dojutsu illusionary worlds power and make it be as i said.

"A round of applause for the heart of this old man ,for making amends the best way he can!!!!"

Everyone claps Sirius looks ecstatic and so does harry he has tears coming down. Quite a few people look pale, at the idea of punishments I can do.

"Now for the one of the biggest heart, and with a will of stone ,I welcome to the stage the one the only Harry potter." harry walks up and speaks

"I would like to thanks the outsutsuki's for all their help that they have provided me and Sirius. I also would like to thank Dumbledore for his sacrifice for the greater good. Most of all I would like to thank Sirius black, for being there for me." he hands me the mic 'Haha greater good'

"Now this announcement would not have been possible ,if it wasn't for the kind heart and great leadership of the minister of magic; minster fudge." there was a round of applause as the minister grabbed the mic and said

"Thank you, it was my pleasure when I heard of the circumstances that needed to be announced.

'BS I said nothing. He truley is a politician'

Also I would like to announce another recipient of a order of Merlin award, wrathos outsutsuki for his valiant effort ,in destroying the dark lord once and for all.

There was a bunch of applause. After a bunch of questions and answers with the press. We left for Hogwarts where Sirius black handed Dumbledore to the headmistress, and said he was very tired and fell a sleep. (she didnt come with us, as she was the only headmaster left during school hours)

'Now i will go back to naruto at the time of the danzo and sasuke fight. I will have to create a clone to intervene, as I dont want zetsu spores on me or realizing I'm an outsutsuki. Time to leave a permanent clone behind, that wont disappear due to the distance and take my place as a student in hogwarts.' I create the clone

'Here I go' *whoosh*

I see I'm near the bridge so I create a human version of me, with the same toughness for a body with yin-yang release. I then make a ghost duplicate and posses it with my ghost powers. Then get ready to intervene with my new serum that makes a person have no emotions, and another strum with lord firsts cells and uchihas combined.
