Initially, many citizens dismissed the news as mere rumours, unable to fathom the idea that the Knights of the Round Table, who were revered as invincible heroes, could be defeated.

Unfortunately, as the days went by and the nobles did not deny the reports, more and more people began to accept the harsh reality.

The gravity of the situation was further amplified by the fact that even Merlin, the legendary sorcerer and advisor to King Arthur, was rumoured to have died in the event.

This catastrophic attack on Camelot was deemed the worst in its entire history, leaving the kingdom in mourning.
