Fan Xifeng and Fan Xiaodan had been strolling in the mall for almost two hours now. While strolling around, Fan Xifeng already received glances from strangers yet, Fan Xifeng remained unbothered, in fact, she was even amused.

They were on their way for their early lunch when a beige color dress caught Fan Xifeng's eyes. "Wait, let me check here first." She said before pulling Fan Xiaodan with her to enter the boutique.

Fan Xifeng checked the dress and walk to the dressing room to try it leaving Fan Xiaodan looking around.

"Miss Fan Xiaodan?" Fan Xiaodan heard someone calling her name. A petite yet pretty lady approached her. "Miss, you're Fan Xiaodan right?" The pretty lady asked.

Fan Xiaodan frowned. "I'm sorry, you are?"

"Oh, I apologized for being impolite. I'm Xin Dongmei. I saw you once on brother Han Ziwei's birthday! It's quite a long time but I could still recognized you because I'm following you on your social media page."

Fan Xiaodan smiled politely. "I see. I recognized you now."

"Yeah, it's okay. Heard that your family returned back here for good. Also heard that your older sister would be engage to brother Han Ziwei."

Fan Xiaodan paused, her eyes held a sharp glint. "Yeah, in fact I am with my sister. She's in the dressing room."

"Oh I see….." Xin Dongmei paused.

"Then I won't disturb you anymore. I have to look around." Fan Xiodan replied curtly.

"Sure, sure. I'll look around myself." Xin Dongmei replied and indeed stayed to look around. However, Fan Xiaodan could see that the lady's eyes would from time to time glance at the dressing area. And she knew why.

Fan Xiaodan's lips curved much when the dressing room where Fan Xifeng was changing opened. Xin Dongmei also looked up at the opened dressing room and seeing the ugly woman who just came out, she shook her head to ignore and continue to look around.

Seeing this reaction from Xin Dongmei, Fan Xiaodan raised an eyebrow before approaching Fan Xifeng. "Is it to your liking sis?" Her voice loud enough for Xin Dongmei to hear.

Xin Dongmei having to hear and realized this was rooted on the ground, not realizing that the expensive and luxurious blouse in her hand fell on the floor while her eyes stayed on Fan Xifeng. Her expression incredulous. A staff of the boutique came quickly to pick the blouse, looking weirdly at Xin Dongmei who was lost in thought.

'How could it be?!' She heard from her parents that the Fan couple's appearance were extraordinary that they even talked one time about Fan Xiaodan not being able to inherit her parents looks. They were actually expecting that at least the eldest daughter is fortunate enough to take after their parents!

But what she saw shocked and at the same time, made her joyful. She no longer waited to greet the Fan sisters and left the boutique in a hurry.I

On the way home, Xin Dongmei opened her friend's group chat in social media and tell her recent discovery to her friends. Soon the group chat exploded and it didn't took long enough for it to spread across the group chats of every second generation young masters and young misses in the Capital.

Su Meixi having to heard this unfounded rumors about her future daughter in law having a hideous appearance rather laughed out loud surprising Han Bouyan. "You seemed relax and unaffected." He asked her.

"The rumor about Feng Feng being ugly. The rumor even specifically stated that she has thick bushy eyebrow, thick lips, a bit bulbous nose and a messy witch like curly hair."

The next morning at Fan Mansion, everyone else except Fan bin were in the dining table for their breakfast.

"What is this rumor Feng Feng. You just went out yesterday with that disguise and now a rumor spread about your hideous appearance?" Grandpa Fan was frowning while addressing the rumor towards Fan Xifeng.

"It's okay Grandpa. You know it's not true." Fan Xifeng shrugged, the rumor do not affect her at all.

"I told you last time about it."

"Hush now. Let the rumors be. Besides, this rumor would be address on the night of Feng Feng and Han Ziwei's engagement party. Just let it be old man, your like an unhappy housewife with this reaction." Grandma Fan butt in.

"Yyyou!" Grandpa Fan could only say this towards his wife but didn't continue seeing the sharp look in her eyes. "Fine. I won't bother about it!" Grandpa Fan said in a grumpy tone.

Jing Huaxi gave Fan Xifeng a look making the latter to stand up to appease her grandfather. "Grandpa, grandma is right. On the night of the engagement party, those people will certainly see the truth. So don't be affected over it. It's not good for your health."

Grandpa Fan rubbed Fan Xifeng head and calmed down. "Fine. You are already an adult and I could only give you an advice."

"You're as the best as grandma, grandpa."

"Hmp." Grandpa Fan snorted, however his happy face betrayed his grumpy attitude.

"I'm confused though, no one except us knew that its you and it's only your first time going out with that ugly appearance. So where did this rumor started? Have this investigated old man." Grandma Fan told Grandpa Fan.

"I'm about to do that." Grandpa Fan replied.

Fan Xiaodan just smiled. Not worried at all.
