Leaving for business trip

Upon arriving home, Butler Kei came out and helped Xyleria to carry the two sleeping kids. Entering the house, "KI bring the first aid kit for me."

"Yes sir," said KI the AI. Xyleria carried Liam to wash up and wake him up in the process in her room. Liam woke up with his mom close to him, feeling comfortable in his mom's embrace he went back to sleep. Xyleria's eyebrows raised and laughed softly. Sora who was carried by Butler Kei was placed on the sofa with a blanket covering him as he sleeps.

After cleaning up Liam, she rubs some medication cream on his bruise that started turning purple. After massaging his bruise, the bruise was lightening. She put Liam tuck under her bed. Sora who woke up was hungry, got off the sofa and walked to the kitchen to look for food. As he walks to the kitchen, he found his mom in the kitchen reheating food.

"Are you awake?" asked Xyleria, as she noticed that Sora walked in.

"Yes! I am hungry." Said Sora as he rubs his tummy, which not long grumbles loudly. Xyleria and Sora laughed, while the main door opened and Ryuu was wondering who was laughing. And he saw Xyleria and his son laughing at the dining table. It was a scene he longed to see before his wife went missing.

Xyleria noticed Ryuu came back and ask him to wash up before eating. As they were eating, Sora was sharing his experience at school.

Xyleria added that Sora was popular among the boys in his class. Ryuu was dumbfounded that his son is popular among boys, not girls. Ryuu cleared his throat and said, "If you ever find anyone you want to date especially a boy, please inform me in advance. I need to be prepared.". Xyleria who was drinking water, almost splat it out after hearing what Ryuu said. Sora frowned at what his father said, "Why a boy?".

Xyleria looked at Ryuu and faced Sora "There are times, where the people you romantically love are from the same gender." Sora understood Xyleria and said "I want to marry someone like mom. Strong, beautiful, and tall."

Not long the father and son went to sleep, while Xyleria checks on Liam. She brought a cup of warm honey milk for Liam. She saw Liam who just woken up and gave him a cup of warm honey milk. Liam who finished drinking the milk felt warm in his tummy slept in Xyleria's embrace.

William who had come back home in the middle of the night needed to pack his luggage for his business trip. His flight was in 2 hours, so he quickly packed but upon entering his room, he wondered where his son was. He went to Xyleria's room and saw the mother and son sleeping together. He walked towards them, and kissed his son's head, and looked at Xyleria who hasn't detect his presence. He gave a quick peck to Xyleria cheek and left.

As he was leaving, KI the AI said "So cheeky. Did you forget I am also watching everyone's moves in this house?". William was surprised by KI's response and asked "KI I'll leave my family safety in your hands."

"No need for you to say. It has been my priority command since the start." Said KI.

William left the house and was on the way to the airport. KI went back to work, noticing that 4 strangers were keeping them watched. He sends out CT-01, CT-03 to clear the people.

In the silent night, robots silencing the pest. Elijah who was watching all it happened through his house, was astounded at KI's clean-up team. His job at Z∑RO Empire was not easy, the security guards there were on a whole new level. He thought he would just be a guard dog for the empire, how wrong he was. He has to go through training often and his off days were only on Sunday.

As he was grieving through his memory of the training, he received a message. He lowered his eyes upon reading the message,

****3972: It's best if you delay your appearance. I'm afraid, you might fail.

****5325: You should be the one listening to me. Do you not care about her anymore? It's fine with me but what about you.

****3972: I am just advising you. I understand the situation better than you. I will have someone take the fall.

****5325: "Aren't you smart, I just wanted to scare you. I still have things to do after all".

****3972: "You better keep your promise."

Elijah threw away the burner phone and not long he received another message from William.

"Take care of them, I will be gone for a week."

Elijah looked at the message and switched his phone off. I wonder if they will ever forgive me, I had no choice, my baby sister is the most important to me in the world.

"Eli, come look, this is your baby sister. Isn't she cute?"

"Eli, we must protect our family. If anyone bullies your sister, tell me okay!"

Anyone would want to grab whatever hope there is, even if it means asking the devil. His parents agreed, but not knowing that the price they will be paying is not recoverable and it was all a sham.
