As Ariel took her quick steps to the brain, the Multiple Eye Leader Whale would not permit such nonsense. It rolled in the sea in a bid to get Ariel off its back. It is not going to happen. Ariel latches on like a parasite. She waited for the Multiple Eye Leader Whale to complete its roll before continuing her race to its skull.
