Chapter 57: First Gate, Gate of Opening

Kido Kenji, a mass murderer and terrorist, one of the most dangerous and closely monitored prisoners, also happened to be an expert hacker. However, he is also the 'key' to acquiring the Leukocyte.

"How's everything going? Is it ready, Tsugumi?"

[Yes! It's ready! Whenever you say, Yukin. However, I'm impressed; you managed to make that guy follow your orders.]

"I had to be good for something, right?"

With a smile on his face, Yuki (Daryl) recalled a certain commander.

"Do you want me to upload this file to the base?"

Looking confused, Guin looked at Yuki (Daryl).

"That's right. We need a scapegoat, and there's our scapegoat."

Pointing a finger at the interface in his hand, Yuki (Daryl) smiled.

It contained classified and high treason information about Major Makoto Waltz Segai.

Looking through the information, Guin was surprised. He didn't know where Daryl had obtained this information, but he couldn't help but look at him.

"Is... Is this true?"

"Of course! Do you dare doubt me?"

Looking at him angrily, Yuki (Daryl) raised his voice. Of course, everything in that file was false.

"No... I wouldn't dare! It's just..."

"Will you do it or not? My patience is limited."

"I will!"

"That's what I like."

With a smile on his face, Yuki turned around, not without stopping first.

"It's just... Wouldn't it be more believable if you presented this, Lieutenant?"

With a tired and angry expression, Yuki (Daryl) turned away.

"Look, I'm saving your neck. Understand? What I do is for my own amusement! So just do it and shut up!"

"Yes!"

Cold sweat dripped down Guin's face. This was an opportunity, and despite his doubts, he couldn't afford to miss it.

What he didn't know was that the file contained a virus, specially designed to attack the server, and of course, once uploaded, Tsugumi would gain control.

Guin was bait for Yuki. GHQ wasn't foolish; they knew the probability of having a spy was high. However, blaming Guin and Daryl for being spies was challenging. That didn't mean they were free, though. That's why Yuki needed Guin to keep them at bay, and what better way than making Guin do the job.

Yuki had to admit there was a 50/50 chance that Guin would do it. However, it turned out that Guin was more foolish than he expected. After all, invading GHQ wasn't a simple matter.

"Stop! This area is restricted!"

Lost in his thoughts, Yuki had reached the area. Although the cameras were under Tsugumi's control, security was still active.

"I am Lieutenant Daryl Yan. I have permission to enter this area."

"Lieutenant? We didn't receive any notice."

The soldiers looked at him with skepticism before one of them grabbed his radio.

"Tsugumi, start the operation."

[Understood!]

Dancing among her holographic screens, Tsugumi slid her finger while pulling on a holographic chain.

*Beep

[And it begins! You have 30 seconds before GHQ discovers me and closes this area.]

Ending these words, multiple doors opened one by one. The soldier who was about to call was surprised by this.

*Bam bam

"Ugh?"

However, before they could respond, Yuki had moved, hitting their stomachs hard. Both soldiers couldn't avoid passing out.

*Poof

"At last, how annoying it is to have that guy's face." With a smoke cloud, Yuki shook his head; he had undone the transformation. His Anbu mask and standard Anbu attire had served their purpose.

Yuki decided to wrap this up.

[25 seconds]

"That's enough time."

With a flash of his body, Yuki moved at high speed.

"Sir! We have problems in the Isolation and Prison area."

"What?"

Raising his eyebrows was a middle-aged man with gray hair and a medium mustache, wearing a white lab coat.

This was Shuichiro Keido, the head of the Antibodies.

"We found multiple unauthorized accesses in that area, sir."

"Quick, shut everything down."

"We can't, sir. They have us blocked."

"What?!"

"30 seconds, sir. We'll regain control in 30 seconds."

Listening to the soldier speak, Shuichiro had a headache. There was enormous pressure on him. After the previous failure and the 'Reaper' incident, he felt a lot of pressure from the Commander in Chief.

"No one must leave that area! Quickly, sound the alarm, send out the Endlaves."

"Yes, sir!"

"Here it is!"

With an excited look, Segai heard the alarm. He knew this would happen, but he was surprised at how quickly they had acted.

"Major Segai, the isolation zone has been invaded."

"That's perfect!" Getting up abruptly, Segai didn't want to miss this.

"Sir, we have orders not to interfere."

"We're not going to interfere... We're just going to watch."

The smile on Segai's face deepened before leaving the room.

"Is this the location?"

[Yes! Hurry, only 10 seconds left.]

With a smile on his face, Yuki destroyed the door in front of him. If they looked back, there were a lot of soldiers in the hallway. Yuki used his skill and agility to knock out the soldiers before they could respond.

"It's time to leave the cave, little one."

Looking ahead, there was a green-haired boy. Staring into his eyes for a moment, Yuki moved.

"There's no time to waste; we have to get out of here."

"Uh?"

As he pulled his body, Kenji was surprised. He was comfortably in his room before his door was destroyed.

And now, he was being kidnapped by a kid with a mask. This was very strange.

"I know you have questions, but the first thing is to get out of this place."

"I-understand."

As if sensing his confusion, Yuki explained, and Kenji could only nod gently.

[5 seconds! Quickly, get out of there!]

"Understood!" Moving behind Kenji, Yuki took his body under his arm like a sack of potatoes. Kenji, who didn't know what was happening, was surprised at how quickly his body was taken.

"Hold on tight!"

With Yuki's strength, carrying Kenji's lightweight body with one hand was nothing. There were other ways to do it, but Yuki wouldn't carry Kenji like a princess or on his back.

Flexing his legs, the ground beneath his feet broke before his body flashed.

*Boom!

"Ahhhhhh!"

Yuki moved at high speed, causing Kenji to be terrified. He couldn't help but scream as he felt his body move at inhuman speeds.

*Boom Boom

Multiple walls were destroyed by Yuki's body. Staying one more second was a big no.

*Shiiiiii

Looking forward, multiple Endlaves were waiting for him.

Yuki smiled at their feeble attempt to stop him.

"They never learn."

Without stopping, Yuki increased his speed.

"Hahaha."

He didn't know when, but Kenji began laughing like a madman.

"Crush them!" Like a child playing with monsters, Kenji was thrilled. He didn't know what was happening, but seeing the numerous holes in the walls made his heart leap with joy. Now, looking at the Endlaves, his blood boiled.

Smiling beneath his mask, Yuki glanced at the sack of potatoes in his arm. He didn't mind people with guts, and Yuki decided to fulfill Kenji's wish.

*Boom!

Colliding head-on with an Endlave, Yuki didn't hold back. The fragile Endlave couldn't withstand Yuki's superior physique. Due to the impact, it broke in half before exploding.

"Yes! Damn! That's it! Crush them! Crush them! Hahaha!"

Shouting in ecstasy, Kenji's smile widened. He didn't know what was going on, but witnessing the multitude of holes in the walls made his heart pound with joy. He truly wanted Yuki to destroy all these scraps, but it was a pity that Yuki didn't have that kind of time. He increased his speed again.

[1 second!... Time's up! The area is being isolated. Yukin, get out of there!]

On the other side, Tsugumi had her heart in her throat. GHQ had already discovered her, and they were regaining control. Multiple blast-resistant doors were being activated.

This zone was designed to withstand multiple bombs and even a nuclear bomb. The numerous blast-resistant doors and being an underground area made it an impenetrable defense.

Tsugumi's hands began to sweat; she was very nervous. After all, she didn't want Yuki to get trapped in that cage. He still had to attend his appointment, and Tsugumi didn't want her future boyfriend to be caught as a guinea pig.

But Tsugumi severely underestimated Yuki's capabilities. After all, she looked at her digital counter, and Yuki's speed exploded.

(First door, opening door, Open!)

Yuki could feel it; something in his brain had opened.

His limiter had opened, and the load on his muscles increased, but so did his speed.

*Bam

Stepping on the ground with force, his body flashed, leaving marks on the ground.

The multiple cameras couldn't capture his speed; they only saw his body turning into a black blur before disappearing.

The doors did nothing to stop him. After all, Yuki crossed them at high speed.

This astonished both GHQ and Tsugumi.

"Yukin... What are you?"

Murmuring softly, Tsugumi smiled. She was genuinely happy.
