(TN: Undécimo means eleventh)

(Not as Easy as Expected)
Peering down among the debris, Yuki's Sharingan spun...
This attack wasn't enough to kill Undécimo; well, it never intended to finish him that way. However, it confirmed another of his theories.
(I knew it... Whenever I'm not with Yuno, Undécimo can't trace my movements.)
Undécimo's Diary is powerful, but it has a fatal weakness. His Diary can spy on the Diaries of other participants, but his own future cannot be predicted. Once Yuno and he separated, Undécimo lost his trail, making this attack catch him off guard, preventing his escape.
Without Yuno around, Undécimo was at an absolute disadvantage. This was Yuki's opportunity to kill Undécimo.
"I see you're good at running..."
But it's not over. Looking in a particular direction, Yuki frowned.
Within the dust cloud, Undécimo walked at a slow pace, seemingly unscathed.
Apparently, before that blow could land, Undécimo accelerated his body's time, successfully dodging.
As for the Time barrier, if it weren't for the element of surprise, Undécimo wouldn't have panicked and activated the barrier involuntarily. It was more effective for him to evade by accelerating his body, as he did.
Undécimo was a complete novice when it came to fights, so his body reacted independently.
"You are the Key... Deus is terrifying; to think he would create a monster like you."
Frowning forcefully, Undécimo stared at him.
The Key, supposed to be in possession of the Second, was now free, just as his Diary predicted. Moreover, it wasn't a simple Key but a nuclear bomb like all the participants. Now Undécimo understood why the Second couldn't steal power; otherwise, she would be invincible.
"Bad luck, old man... You'll have to die."
Yuki, on the other hand, didn't correct his statement. It was easier for him if they assumed Deus created him.
With all this Champion business, not all worlds know of their existence. It's safer if they remain unaware; this avoids many problems. Although it's more secure if these Regulars don't know about them.
"Hahaha... Sorry, but I'm not in the mood to die. I haven't become God yet."
"This isn't up to you..."
[Zafkiel]
Summoning his angel instantly, Yuki was not negligent. Facing someone with the power to manipulate time required caution.
(Chronometer?)
Seeing this, Undécimo raised an eyebrow, a smile forming on his face.
(Unfortunately for you, you're not the only one controlling time.)
*Shua...
With these words in his mind, Undécimo disappeared instantly, appearing behind Yuki, holding a pistol, leaving Yuki surprised.
"I'll deal with you first, then I'll go for the Second."
Seeing the surprised expression on the boy's face, the smile on Undécimo's face widened as he pulled the trigger.
*Bang...
*CLANG
However, the bullet from his pistol had no effect on the boy, as his spiritual armor completely repelled it.
Yuki didn't lift a finger, and a mocking smile appeared on his face.
Normal bullets don't work on him; his spiritual armor is more than enough to reject any low-grade attack. Even in the ninja world, Yuki ignored all D-rank ninjutsu, shuriken, and kunai that weren't imbued with chakra.
"As I said, old man... You must die."
"Ugh!"
As his words came out, a sword pierced Undécimo's heart, his clone having emerged from the shadows, attacking an unsuspecting Undécimo.
Time is very versatile; those who can manipulate it are the most troublesome. Yuki knew this, so he opted for surprise attacks. Well, he's an assassin, so that's his specialty, hiding in the shadows.
Seeing the sword piercing through him, Undécimo opened his mouth wide, but no words came out. Blood rushed to his throat, and his eyes closed.
This was a fatal blow...
"Hmp! Let's go for the next target..."
Discarding Undécimo's body to the ground, Yuki's clone snorted coldly. A novice will always be a novice, falling for the bait so easily left a bad taste in his mouth when eliminating someone so weak...
However, Yuki didn't respond to his clone. He narrowed his eyes, looking at Undécimo's body on the ground. He didn't believe that someone manipulating time would be so easy to kill, even if he was a novice.
"I see... It's not that simple."
And just as he suspected, eliminating Undécimo wouldn't be that easy, as the body with a pierced heart disappeared...
"Genjutsu? No, that's impossible... Did he change the timeline?"
Even his clone was surprised, as his attack was fatal. Surviving that wasn't something just anyone could do. But Undécimo vanished, having the power to manipulate time and creating a space-time anomaly.
"Hm?!"
Feeling an imminent danger, his defenses activated automatically. With his Apocalypse virus crystallizing parts of his body, creating a barrier.
*BOMM
With the Apocalypse virus neutralizing the explosion, Yuki frowned, looking at his aggressor.
Where Undécimo stood unharmed, as if the heart-wound had disappeared, carrying a bazooka on his shoulder, smoke still emerging from the cannon's mouth.
"I couldn't get either, huh?... Seems like I need something stronger."
Undécimo, on the other hand, didn't seem surprised. Ordinary bullets couldn't harm that monster, so he sought something stronger – a bazooka. But even with that, he couldn't harm the Key, now covered in pink crystals, staring at him intently.
(Deus... This is a bit unfair.)
Having the power of time, his offensive ability was minuscule. Thus, he specialized in surprise attacks. However, unlike Yuki, Undécimo lacked a weapon that could harm Yuki. His offensive ability was at the bottom. If he had the power of space or better control over time, things would be different. Meanwhile, he cursed Deus for creating a monster with superior offensive capabilities and having the power of time.
(I need a more powerful weapon... For now, let's escape.)
With these two encounters, Undécimo knew he was inferior to Yuki. So his first move was to run, as if he didn't, his [DEAD END] would be his only future.
But it's a pity that Yuki didn't allow it.
"Hmp!"
Snorting in coldness, Yuki snapped his fingers, and his shadow expanded, several white hands emerging attacking Undécimo like a whip.
*Shua...
Undécimo, of course, wasn't going to stand idly. He accelerated the time of his body, moving at high speed. He had learned his lesson.
"You're not the only one who can accelerate time... Aleph."
*Bang...
Accelerating the time of his clone, Yuki watched with the Sharingan as both chased each other at an incredible speed.
*BAM
"Argh?!"
Unfortunately for Undécimo, his speed was inferior to Yuki's clone, who, upon catching up, swung his sword, cutting Undécimo in half.
"Did he really change the timeline?!"
But just like before, Undécimo's cut body disappeared as an illusion, leaving Yuki's clone wide-eyed; his analysis proved to be true.
"You can't kill me... I'm immortal."
Walking calmly again, Undécimo presented himself completely unharmed, mocking the poor attempt of the Key to kill him. However, Yuki could see it... Something had changed in him; his 'Time' had increased...
(I understand now... So that's what happened.)
With his Sharingan spinning and Zafkiel sending spiritual pulses, Yuki had already understood everything. He was trapped in a time loop...
Every time he killed Undécimo, he reversed time, switching with his younger 'self,' allowing him to revive and continue the fight. Similarly, he was trapped in a time loop, where every time he killed Undécimo, he returned to his original position...
"I see that you've figured it out... If that's the case, surrender. You'll never be able to kill me."
Seeing Yuki not responding and frowning, Undécimo opened his arms. Both being possessors of the power of time, it was no surprise that Yuki understood his ability. After all, this was a matter of time.
